高温诱波材料研究进展

对高马赫数飞行器用高温透波材料的性能要求进行了评述,分析了不同体系高温透波材料的增强模式、力学性能以及电气性能。在此基础上,提出了高温透波材料的发展方向。     

T700碳纤维增强树脂复合材料性能试验研究

为了降低碳纤维复合材料制造成本,采用价格相对低廉的碳纤维T700替代T300作为复合材料增强相.本文主要介绍碳纤维T700和T300不同表面形态,并对其制成的复合材料力学性能进行对比试验和分析,结果表明复合材料采用碳纤维T700替代T300在方法上和试验上是可行的.     

Dynamic Response Analysis of Bird Strike on Aircraft Windshield Based on Damage-modified Nonlinear Viscoelastic Constitutive Relation

Damage-modified nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation and failure criterion are introduced and the three-dimensional incremental forms are deduced based on the updated Lagrangian approach. A simple tensile test model and a split Hopkinson pressure bar model are built to verify the accuracy of the subroutine implemented within the non-linear finite element program LS-DYNA. A numerical model of bird strike on windshield is established to study the responses of windshield under three different bird velocities at three sites. The bird is represented by a cylinder with a hemisphere at each end and the contact-impact coupling algorithm is used in this study. It is found that the implemented subroutine can properly describe the mechanical behavior of polymethyl methacrylate under low and high strain rates and large deformation, and can be used validly.     

Infrared signature studies of aerospace vehicles

Infrared (IR) emissions from aircraft are used to detect, track, and lock-on to the target. MAN Portable Air Defence Systems (MANPADS) have emerged as a major cause of aircraft and helicopter loss. Therefore, IR signature studies are important to counter this threat for survivability enhancement, and are an important aspect of stealth technology. This paper reviews contemporary developments in this discipline, with particular emphasis on IR signature prediction from aerospace vehicles. The role of atmosphere in IR signature analysis, and relation between IR signature level and target susceptibility are illustrated. Also, IR signature suppression systems and countermeasure techniques are discussed, to highlight their effectiveness and implications in terms of penalties.     

飞机复合材料的NDT方法研究

剖析了飞机复合材料的特点及其在成型和使用过程中易产生的缺陷,分析了适于飞机复合材料无损检测技术的优缺点及其适用范围,探讨了在实际工艺设计和工程应用中,实施无损检测方法的问题。     

防热材料热解与氧化性能试验技术研究

介绍了利用Arrhenius方程开展材料烧蚀热解性能动力学特性的基本原理，试验测试方法。并通过对炭酚醛材料烧蚀动力学参数的高频等离子体风洞试验研究，验证了采用时间历程积分在试验结果处理中的可靠性，在此基础上采用平板试验技术获得炭酚醛材料在600～1200K温度范围内的表面质量烧蚀率动力学方程，并将该方程所预测的结果与采用驻点烧蚀技术所获得的结果进行比较。结果显示：二者最大误差不超过5％，通过理论初步分析了二者之间存在差异的主要原因，并在试验比较分析的基础上，采用最大误差限理论分析了试验结果的可靠性。     

声发射技术在复合材料损伤模式识别中的应用

应用模态分析技术,分析复合材料拉伸破坏试验中的声发射信号,提取复合材料不同破坏阶段下的声发射源信号的特征,进行了有关复合材料损伤模式识别的工作。     

直升机纤维增强复合材料的超声无损检测方法及其应用

本文简要介绍了应用超声无损检测技术对直升机使用的纤维增强复合材料部件存在的缺陷的进行定性和定量检测的方法,给出了具体的应用实例。     

重复使用贮箱结构选材及评价标准研究进展

可重复使用低温贮箱是发展重复使用运载器的关键领域之一.本文从国外重复使用贮箱结构材料选用及评价标准、国外贮箱结构设计取值方法及材料体系、贮箱结构材料试验体系三方面综述了重复使用贮箱结构材料选用及评价标准研究进展.系统介绍了泡沫材料、先进铝锂合金材料以及复合材料等在重复使用低温贮箱上的应用情况以及评定上述材料的试验方法.     

一种耐高焓低热流环境隔热材料

采用模压工艺将耐高温阻燃硅橡胶和隔热填料RMX 压制成胶结片材,其密度为0. 56 g/ cm3,比 热容为1. 371 J/ (g·K),热导率为80 mW/ (m·K),拉伸强度为1. 87 MPa,断裂伸长率为25%。在高焓低热流 风洞考核环境下,厚度为1 mm 隔热材料试件界面平均温度为70. 7℃,试片表观完整、无龟裂。
