AerMet100 steel thick wall is fabricated by in-situ rolling composite wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM). The microstructure and mechanical properties of AerMet100 steel after heat treatment are studied. The results show that after the introduction of in-situ rolling force, the grain of AerMet100 steel is broken, the anisotropy is eliminated, and the microstructure is refined obviously. The microstructure of AerMet100 steel after heat treatment is mainly lath martensite and reverse austenite. There are 40 nm?68.6 nm alloy carbides precipitated in the martensitic matrix, and the hardening mechanism is mainly Orowan bypass strengthening. The film-like reverse austenite with the thickness ranging from 2 nm to 5 nm exists between the martensitic lath, which improves the toughness of the maraging steel. Good combination of strength and toughness can be achieved through proper heat treatment process. 相似文献

采用高频疲劳试验方法对新型高强度沉淀硬化马氏体不锈钢S06钢中长寿命疲劳性能进行了测量,结果发现:随着应力水平降低,疲劳裂纹趋向于从试样内部萌生,裂纹内部萌生的试样寿命高于表面萌生的试样寿命,二者分散性很大.为了对S06钢长寿命疲劳数据概率特性进行正确的评估,主要对内部萌生机制下的数据进行了研究:利用定时截尾数据的极大似然估计方法和定时截尾数据的柯尔莫哥洛夫检验方法对长寿命区一定应力水平下的疲劳寿命概率分布情况进行了研究,结果表明疲劳寿命服从对数正态分布;采用考虑越出数据的极大似然方法对S06钢应力寿命数据进行拟合,建立了P-S-N曲线模型;利用P-S-N曲线对S06钢长寿命区疲劳强度概率分布进行了讨论. 相似文献

通过静态装置,研究了不锈钢经表面磷化、酸洗钝化以及电解钝化后对超临界压力下航空煤油RP-3热氧化结焦的抑制效果,并对表面钝化层的耐久性做出评估.研究发现,不锈钢的钝化膜层有效地降低不锈钢表面催化活性,按结焦抑制效果排序为:电解钝化>酸洗钝化>磷化;化学稳定性好、耐蚀性强的钝化膜层会延长材料的使用寿命,按钝化膜耐蚀性排序为:电解钝化>酸洗钝化>磷化;综合结焦抑制效果及化学稳定性两个因素考虑,电解钝化为最佳表面钝化方案,但其在高温高腐蚀的煤油环境下长时间实验时易失去钝化效用. 相似文献

Laser Shock Peening (LSP) is a well-established surface treatment commonly used to improve mechanical properties of material's surfaces. To further understand the relationship between tensile property and fatigue life improvement of high strength low alloy steel in the LSP process, LSP treatment of 32CrNi high strength low alloy steel was carried out by YAG laser with pulse energy of 15 J, and tensile property was tested by electronic universal material testing machine. Surface morphology, residual stress and tensile fracture of the specimens before and after LSP were observed by white light interferometer (WLI), X-ray measuring apparatus and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Result shows that LSP did not change tensile strength of 32CrNi steel but cause yield characteristic transform from obvious yield point to no yield phenomenon which is the only factor benefiting fatigue life, indicating that the increment of fatigue life was probably related to the disappearance of yield phenomenon. Formation mechanisms of tensile fractures and yield phenomenon induced by LSP at room temperature were also discussed and completely revealed. Deeper compressive residual stress and flat grains contributed to the transition of yield characteristic and lower elongation rate of 32CrNi steel subjected to LSP. 相似文献

In this paper fretting fatigue crack behavior in 1045 steel is studied by in-situ observation and finite element analysis. in-situ fretting fatigue experiments are conducted to capture real-time fretting fatigue crack formation and propagation process. The fretting fatigue tests under different load conditions are carried out, then the lifetime and fracture surface are obtained. The crack propagation rates under different loading conditions are measured by in-situ observations. With in-situ observation, crack initiation location and direction are analyzed. Finite element model is used to calculate J-integral which then is applied to fitting with experimental crack growth rate, and establishing crack growth rate model. From fitted S-N curve, it turns out that smaller load ratio leads to higher lifetime. Crack initiates slightly below the point equivalent to line contact of the contact surface in different test conditions, and crack direction shows no obvious relationship with load parameters. The established crack growth rate model well agrees with the test results. 相似文献
