旋翼桨叶质量不平衡造成旋翼动不平衡,从而引起直升机振动。针对旋翼动不平衡故障,建立直升机动力学模型,对桨叶质量不平衡进行故障仿真及分析,建立质量不平衡故障与调整配重的对应关系;进而提出一种 BP神经网络和遗传算法结合的旋翼调整方法,建立输入参数与桨叶配重之间的模型,将四片桨叶的挥舞角和机体横滚、俯仰 2个方向的加速度值及相位作为网络输入,通过学习训练,根据输入数据预测调整配重,从而减小直升机 振动,解决旋翼动不平衡问题。  相似文献

The plastic deformation behavior of new Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Mn magnesium alloys gains great necessity to clarify and understand the mechanism deeply. In the present work, the tensile mechanical property test and visco-plastic self-consistent (VPSC) model are used to investigate the activities of deformation modes of VW84M and VW94M magnesium alloys during the tensile deformation. The results show that the mechanical properties of the above extruded alloys are similar but VW94M has higher strength than VW84M after the same aging process. Compared with the extruded alloys, the as-aged alloys have significantly higher activation of pyramidal slip at the later stage of plastic deformation. In addition, the as-aged VW94M alloy with higher strength has the largest activity of pyramidal slip. In summary, the addition of Gd increases the critical resolved shear stress (CRSS) in each slip system of VW94M, while the increase in the strength and the decrease in the elongation of as-aged alloys are associated with the significant activation of pyramidal slip.  相似文献

TC21 titanium alloy, as an important metal to fabricate the aircraft structural components, has attracted great attentions recently. A TC21 titanium alloy with widmanstätten structure was isothermally compressed. Based on the microstructure observation, the evolution of initial β grain, Grain Boundary α phase (αGB), lamellar α and interlayered β was systematically investigated. The results showed that, with the increasing of height reduction, the αGB underwent an evolution process from bending/kinking to breaking inducing the corresponding blurring of initial coarse β grain outline. Meanwhile, a significant phase transformation from α to β took place at the terminations of broken αGB. The evolution of lamellar α and interlayered β in the colony was closely related to their deformation compatibility. In the α colony, the interlayered β experienced a larger deformation amount than lamellar α. The higher distortion energy promoted the occurrence of Dynamic Recovery (DRV) and Dynamic Recrystallization (DRX) to generate many Low Angle Boundaries (LABs) and High Angle Boundaries (HABs) in interlayered β, which induced an apparent grain refinement of β phase. On the contrary, the lower distortion energy and low deformation temperature suppressed the occurrence of DRV/DRX and restrained the globularization of lamellar α. Furthermore, the microstructure observation clearly revealed that the shearing separation mechanism dominated the evolution of the α phase from lamellar to short bar-like morphology.  相似文献

目前对引射过程的分析模型还比较简单并且不准确。为提高引射分析模型精度,从引射过程的物理机制出发,以速度差异导致的质量交换作为一、二次流掺混过程的控制因素,以一次流动量覆盖整个法向截面时的参数剖面计算引射效果,建立了引射过程分析方法,并采用数值模拟和试验结果对方法进行了验证。结果表明:一、二次流掺混过程的计算模型能反映横截面上参数的变化趋势;当一次流处于过膨胀状态和轻度欠膨胀状态时,本方法计算的引射系数偏差在4.56%以内;当一次流处于严重欠膨胀状态时,在利用特征线法对截面静压进行校正以后,偏差在6%以内;以上精度均优于传统的Fabri模型。本方法还能准确地获得引射系统的临界背压,因此更适用于RBCC发动机这种有背压的应用场景。  相似文献

Process-induced deformation is an important limiting factor to the application of high performance composite structures. An alternative method to reduce process-induced deformation is proposed by introducing prestress to a single layer or part of the layers instead of all the applicable layers. In this method, the necessary prestress level that applied to the single layer was in the reasonable range. Two kinds of unsymmetric laminates are manufactured at varying prestress levels. The experimental results described that the curing deformation is changed rapidly with the growing prestress level and flipped after a certain prestress level. Moreover, there is a good linear relationship between prestress level and final curing deformation, which gives a convenient way to calculate the prestress level that can fully counteract the curing deformation. The numerical model to predict the curing deformation was built. A good agreement between the numerical and the experimental results shows the effectiveness of the numerical model. To predict the prestress level that can fully counteract the curing deformation, an analytical model is also proposed. Theoretically, the prestress method can fully counteract the curing deformation of the specimens, while the experimental results show that the prestressing layer reduces more than 80% of the curing deformation.  相似文献

Active attitude control of solar sails is required to control the direction of the force generated by Solar Radiation Pressure (SRP). It is desirable to control the attitude through propellant-free means. This paper proposes a new method for attitude control of solar sails: A boom consisting of “smart” structural material can be deformed by the piezoelectric actuator, and Solar Radiation Pressure torque will be generated due to shape variation of sail membrane caused by boom deformation. The method has the advantages of simple structure, small disturbance and small additional load, and is not limited by the size of the solar sail. The case of rendezvous with the Asteroid 2000 SG344 is used to verify the attitude control around the pitch and yaw axes.  相似文献

对TC4钛合金切削过程中锯齿形切屑形成过程和切削力的关系进行了实验研究,并对锯齿形切屑形成中微观塑性变形区进行了分析。结果表明:当切削速度大于48.75 m/min时,切屑由带状转变为锯齿形。锯齿形切屑的形成导致了切削过程中切削力的波动变化,切削力与切屑的锯齿形变化规律一致,锯齿形切屑形成中塑性变形区的宽度随切削速度的增加而减小。  相似文献

Using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator, the high temperature plastic deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of Mg-9Al-3Si-0.375Sr-0.78Y alloy are investigated at the temperature of 523 K?673 K and the strain rate of 10-3 s-1?10 s-1. True strain-true stress curves show the characteristics of the typical dynamically recrystallization process. The Arrhenius constitutive equation of the hyperbolic model is established. The average activation energy and the strain rate sensitivity index are, respectively, 221.578 kJ.mol-1 and 0.137. The result shows that the α-Mg phase exhibits dynamic recrystallization (DRX) characteristics obviously. But no DRX occurs in theβ-Mg17Al12 phase. Hot deformation does not affect the primary Mg2Si phase. Under the conditions of low temperature (523 K?673 K) and high strain rate (1 s-1?10 s-1), the flow instability and macro-defects such as crack appear in the specimens. However, there are finer recrystallization grains. Under the conditions of high temperature (≥673 K) or low strain rate, the microstructure of the alloy shows good homogeneity. The size of the primary Mg2Si phase is uniform, the size of the β-Mg17Al12 phase is small, and the distribution of the β-Mg17Al12 phase is uniform.  相似文献
