This work develops a tension control strategy for deploying an underactuated spin-stable tethered satellite formation in the hub-spoke configuration. First, the Lagrange equation is used to model the spin-deployment dynamics of the tethered satellite formation. The central spacecraft is modeled as a rigid body, and the tethered subsatellites are simplified as lumped masses. Second, a pure tension controller has been proposed to suppress the tether libration motion in the deployment without thrusting at the subsatellites. A nonlinear sliding mode control is introduced in the tension controller for the underactuated system to suppress the periodic gravitational perturbations caused by the spinning hub-spoke tethered satellite formation. The unknown upper bounds of the perturbations are estimated by adaptive control law. The bounded stability of the closed-loop tension controller has been proved by the Lyapunov theory. Finally, numerical simulations validate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed controller, i.e., tethers are fully deployed stably to the desired hub-spoke configuration.  相似文献

The Spectral Airglow Temperature Imager is an instrument for ground-based spectroscopic measurements of the night-glow atmosphere emissions. This instrument was developed specially for gravity wave investigation. The measured airglow spectra are matched to synthetic spectra calculated in advance for determination of the temperature in the mesopause region where the radiation maximum of some О2 emissions is situated. The synthetic spectra are transformed into a format which corresponds to the measured spectra in order to be matched. This transformation is based on the known values of the refractive index and the central wavelength of the interference filter used. A substantial part of the processing algorithms of the SATI images is connected with determination of these two filter parameters. The results of the original and newly-proposed algorithms for filter parameter calculation and their importance for the final results for temperature determination on the basis of the О2 (864–868 nm) emission measurements are presented.  相似文献

对PMI泡沫夹层结构整流罩冯卡门锥段成型技术进行了研究,通过对玻璃钢面板及其泡沫夹层结构性能、面板成型、泡沫热成形、泡沫拼接、玻璃钢泡沫夹层结构成型及无损检测等技术研究,确定了玻璃钢外面板、预先固化,然后与泡沫等复合组装,最后铺覆内面板,整体进罐固化的成型工艺。结果表明,玻璃钢面板纵、横向拉伸强度为602、593 MPa,模量为26.0、27.2 GPa,满足设计强度≥350 MPa、模量≥25 GPa的要求;玻璃钢/PMI泡沫夹层结构泡沫密度为(110±10)kg/m3,厚度28 mm,纵、横向侧压强度为32.9、30.5 MPa、模量为2.31、2.38 GPa,满足设计指标侧压强度≥25 MPa、模量≥2.0 GPa的要求,采用玻璃钢/PMI泡沫夹层结构分步固化成型工艺研制的首件新型号整流罩冯卡门锥段,满足设计使用要求。  相似文献

An adaptive sliding mode control(ASMC) law is proposed in decentralized scheme for trajectory tracking control of a new concept space robot.Each joint of the system is a free ball joint capable of rotating with three degrees of freedom(DOF).A cluster of control moment gyroscopes(CMGs) is mounted on each link and the base to actuate the system.The modified Rodrigues parameters(MRPs) are employed to describe the angular displacements,and the equations of motion are derived using Kane's equations.The controller for each link or the base is designed separately in decentralized scheme.The unknown disturbances,inertia parameter uncertainties and nonlinear uncertainties are classified as a ‘‘lumped matched uncertainty with unknown upper bound,and a continuous sliding mode control(SMC) law is proposed,in which the control gain is tuned by the improved adaptation laws for the upper bound on norm of the uncertainty.A general amplification function is designed and incorporated in the adaptation laws to reduce the control error without conspicuously increasing the magnitude of the control input.Uniformly ultimate boundedness of the closed loop system is proved by Lyapunov's method.Simulation results based on a three-link system verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller.  相似文献

In practice, some sensors of aircraft engines naturally fail to obtain an acceptable measurement for control propose, which will severely degrade the system performance and even deactivate the limit protection function. This paper proposes an adaptive strategy for the limit protection task under unreliable measurement. With the help of a nominal system, an online estimator with gradient adaption law and low-pass filter is devised to evaluate output uncertainty. Based on the estimation result, a sliding mode controller is designed by defining a sliding surface and deriving a control law. Using Lyapunov theorem, the stability of the online estimator and the closed-loop system is detailedly proven. Simulations based on a reliable turbofan model are presented, which verify the stability and effectiveness of the proposed method. Simulation results show that the online estimator can operate against the measurement noise, and the sliding controller can keep relevant outputs within their limits despite slow-response sensors.  相似文献

文摘针对SiC_p/Al复合材料的难加工性,建立了二维有限元切削模型,利用ABAQUS完成复合材料正交切削的动态物理仿真。通过仿真与实验结果的比较,验证模型的准确性。同时,利用该切削模型分析颗粒分布形式、直径及刀尖圆弧半径对切削力的影响。结果表明,SiC颗粒的分布形式对切屑形态和切削力具有明显的影响,颗粒形成团簇不利于复合材料加工。切削力随颗粒直径的增大而减小,随刀尖圆弧半径的增大而增大。  相似文献

文摘为改善苯并噁嗪树脂对树脂传递模塑(RTM)成型工艺的适应性,并进一步提升苯丙噁嗪基复合材料的耐高温性能。提出利用炔基改性苯并噁嗪树脂,以提高树脂的交联密度,并改善树脂流变特性。结果表明:改性后的炔基苯并噁嗪树脂在81. 5℃时黏度低至805 mPa·s可满足RTM工艺灌注要求,在110℃其工艺窗口高达310 min。同时,炔基苯并噁嗪树脂的起始固化温度低至130℃,固化温度为167℃,后处理温度为208℃,满足低温固化要求。通过DMA与TGA分析,RTM成型低温固化苯并噁嗪/碳纤维复合材料的Tg为411℃,在N_2环境下800℃残留率高达88. 6%,表明其复合材料具有良好的耐高温性能。SEM观察发现该树脂与纤维界面粘结强度较高,碳纤维复合材料350℃拉伸性能保留率达99%以上,弯曲、层剪性能保留率达70%以上,压缩性能保留率也达60. 9%。  相似文献
