冲击加速度传感器输出零漂是影响传感器使用的重要特性,对零漂问题探索由来已久。根据冲击传感器输出信号特点,从传感器模型到传感器与变换电路角度进行了分析,结合传感器安装频响与冲击信号之间的关系,得出高频冲击信号在传感器安装谐振频率处被放大导致传感器零漂的结论。通过理论推导与实际传感器输出结果对比,验证了理论推导的正确性。最后,对零漂抑制措施以及实际作用结果进行了阐述。  相似文献

In this paper, shock train motion in a Mach number 2.7 duct is studied experimentally, and large numbers of schlieren images are obtained by a high-speed camera. An image processing method based on Maximum Correlation Detection (MCD) is proposed to detect shock train motion from the schlieren images, based on which the key structures, e.g., separation positions and separation shock angles on the top and bottom walls, can be analysed in detail. The oscillations of the shock train are generated by rhombus and ellipse shafts at various excitation frequencies. According to the analysis of MCD results, the distributions of the frequency components of shock train oscillation generated by the two shafts are distinctly different, in which the motion generated by the ellipse shaft is much smoother; shock train motion is mainly characterized by the oscillation of separation position while the separation shock strength is not so sensitive to downstream disturbance; there is a hysteresis loop relation between the downstream pressure and separation position.  相似文献

Symmetric Mach reflection in steady supersonic flow has been usually studied by solving a half-plane problem with the symmetric line treated as reflecting surface, thus losing the opportunity to discover antisymmetric flow structures. Here in this paper we treat this problem as an entire-plane problem. Using an unsteady numerical approach, we find that the two sliplines exhibit antisymmetric unsteadiness if the Mach stem height is small while the flow remains symmetric if the Mach stem height is large. The mechanism by which disturbance, generated in the downstream of the flow duct between the two sliplines, propagates upstream is identified and it is also shown that the interaction between the transmitted expansion waves and the sliplines increases the amplitude of the unstable modes. The present study suggests a new type of compressible jet that deserves further studies.  相似文献

A direct numerical simulation of hypersonic Shock wave and Turbulent Boundary Layer Interaction(STBLI) at Mach 6.0 on a sharp 7° half-angle circular cone/flare configuration at zero angle of attack is performed. The flare angle is 34° and the momentum thickness Reynolds number based on the incoming turbulent boundary layer on the sharp circular cone is Reθ = 2506. It is found that the mean flow is separated and the separation bubble occurring near the corner exhibits unsteadiness. The Reynolds analogy factor changes dramatically across the interaction, and varies between 1.06 and 1.27 in the downstream region, while the QP85 scaling factor has a nearly constant value of 0.5 across the interaction. The evolution of the reattached boundary layer is characterized in terms of the mean profiles, the Reynolds stress components, the anisotropy tensor and the turbulence kinetic energy. It is argued that the recovery is incomplete and the near-wall asymptotic behavior does not occur for the hypersonic interaction. In addition, mean skin friction decomposition in an axisymmetric turbulent boundary layer is carried out for the first time. Downstream of the interaction, the contributions of transverse curvature and body divergence are negligible, whereas the positive contribution associated with the turbulence kinetic energy production and the negative spatial-growth contribution are dominant. Based on scale decomposition, the positive contribution is further divided into terms with different spanwise length scales. The negative contribution is analyzed by comparing the convective term, the streamwise-heterogeneity term and the pressure gradient term.  相似文献

针对星箭分离过程,建立了减冲击环结构模型,并分析了该结构的减冲原理。利用冲击响应谱的时域合成算法计算获得符合冲击谱规范的时域载荷,并以此作为结构优化设计中动力学模型的输入载荷工况。以减冲击环的连续层数、单层支撑块数、连续层厚度、支撑块层高度以及环的外半径和内半径6个结构参数为设计变量,以减冲效果和结构强度、刚度为约束,以质量最轻为目标,建立减冲击环的结构优化设计模型,这是一包含离散变量和连续变量的混合优化问题。为了在跨平台下求解该混合优化问题,采用代理模型策略和自适应模拟退火算法求解,并在最优点处开展结构性能对设计变量的敏度计算,对计算结果进行了分析评估。本研究对强冲击动力学环境下的航天器结构分析与设计有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

针对纵缝采用搅拌摩擦焊、环缝采用VP-TIG熔焊工艺的箱底进行液压试验,并在试验过程中监测各典型焊缝位置的应变响应,结果显示箱底上搅拌摩擦焊缝和熔焊焊缝交叉形成的"T"型接头区域在试验中最先进入屈服,说明该位置材料的屈服强度较低,是箱底承载的薄弱环节。  相似文献
