从振源着手通过设计参数的最优选择设计直升机旋翼桨叶,使传递到机身的交变载荷最小达到降低振动水平的目的是旋翼桨叶设计思想的进步。本文在简单概述该方法的基础上,以某4桨摆振柔软的无铰复合材料桨叶为研究对象,将其大梁模拟为一单闭室复合材料盒形梁,研究了通过铺层角的优化选择,降低4次/转的桨毂交变力与力矩的情况。数值算例表明方法效果良好。 相似文献

Uncertainty is extensively involved in the rotor systems of rotating machinery, which may cause an unstable vibrational response. To take the uncertainty into consideration for the uncertain rotor-bearing system, an improved unified interval analysis method based on the Chebyshev expansion is established in this paper. Firstly, the Chebyshev Interval Method (CIM) to calculate not only the critical speeds but also the dynamic response of rotor with uncertain parameters is introduced. Then, the numerical investigation is carried out based on the developed double disk rotor model and computation procedure, and the results demonstrate the validity. But when the uncertainty is sufficiently large to influence critical speeds, the upper and lower bounds are far from the actual bounds. In order to overcome the defects, a Bound Correction Interval analysis Method (BCIM) is proposed based on the Chebyshev expansion and the modal superposition. In use of the improved method, the bounds of the interval responses, especially the upper bound, are corrected, and the comparison with other methods demonstrates that the higher accuracy and a wider application range. 相似文献

The modal vibration of the rotor is the main cause of excessive vibration of the aero-engine overall structure. To attenuate the vibration of the rotor under different modal shapes from the perspective of energy control, the intrinsic physical relationships between rotor modal shapes and instantaneous vibrational energy flow transmission characteristics is derived from the general equation of motion base on the structural intensity method. A dual-rotor-support-casing coupling model subjected to the rotor unbalanced forces is established by the finite element method in this paper. The transmission, conversion and balance relationships of the vibrational energy flow for the rotors in the first-order bending modal shape, the conical whirling modal shape and the translational modal shape are analyzed, respectively. The results show that the vibrational energy flow transmitted to the structure can be converted into the strain energy, the kinetic energy and the energy dissipated by the damping of the structure. The vibrational energy flow transmission characteristics of rotors with different modal shapes are quite different. Especially for the first-order bending modal shape, the vibrational energy flow and the strain energy are transmitted and converted to each other in the middle part of the rotor shaft, resulting in large deformation at this part. To attenuate this harmful vibration, the influences of grooving on the shaft on the first-order bending vibration are studied from the perspective of transmission control of vibrational energy flow. This study can provide theoretical references and guidance for the vibration attenuation of the rotors in different modal shapes from a more essential perspective. 相似文献

以NASA Rotor37为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法进行叶顶喷气对转子稳定性的影响研究。研究表明,在叶顶垂直于叶片弦线方向喷气可以达到扩稳效果,其扩稳机理在于通过喷口喷射出的高速射流把叶顶泄漏流吹向转子吸力面,减弱了叶顶泄漏流对主流的影响,使得转子叶顶堵塞区域减小,改善了叶顶区域的流通状况,从而得到扩稳效果。在喷气流量对转子稳定性的研究中,喷气流量越大,对增强稳定性越有利。在所选取的1%,1.5%和2%三种喷气流量水平下,2%的喷气流量可以使转子的流量裕度提高4.24%,综合裕度改进量提高5.16%。此外,不同喷气流量对转子的流场影响不同,随着喷气流量的增大,除了可以降低叶顶前缘负荷外,还可以通过将激波位置推向下游,从而有利于减弱流动分离,对转子稳定性的提升更为有利。 相似文献

Swirl brakes are usually introduced at the seal entrance in industry to improve the seal stability, especially for labyrinth seals suffering low seal clearance and high inlet preswirl ratio. However, how to arrange swirl brakes at the seal entrance to obtain better seal stability retains unknown, such as the axial distance between the brake trailing edge and the first tooth. To this end, the effects of the distance between brakes and the first tooth on the leakage flow rate and seal rotordynamic coefficients were numerically investigated at typical inlet preswirl ratios of 0.45 and 0.8, and the predicted results were in comparison with the results for no-brake configuration. The obtained results disclose that the brake configuration arranged against the first tooth produces lower circumferential velocity in the downstream of the brakes as a result of the larger counter-clockwise vortex moving from the brake trailing edge to the brake leading edge when compared to the brake configuration away from the first tooth. Besides, the dropped circumferential velocity in the downstream of brakes will cause larger pressure fluctuation in the circumferential direction and thus generates larger tangential force to restrain the rotor forward whirl. On the other hand, the effective damping is further increased when the distance between brakes and the first tooth decreases to zero, that is, the crossover frequency is even disappeared at the inlet preswirl ratio of 0.45 and successfully drops from 69.9 Hz to 32.7 Hz at the preswirl ratio of 0.8. 相似文献
