通过数值计算的方法,对比绝热剪切带内裂纹扩展和预制II型疲劳裂纹扩展的动态性能参数。分析热塑失稳现象中裂纹的传播与绝热剪切带传播的关系。采用ABAQUS/CAE进行二维模型建立,预制疲劳裂纹和绝热剪切带,分析计算了材料在2种情况的应力应变时间曲线、II型动态应力强度时间历程以及裂纹扩展速度。计算结果表明,预制绝热剪切带与预制疲劳裂纹对于材料的破坏方式影响一致,即裂纹跟随绝热剪切带传播最终导致材料失效。  相似文献

A mathematic model is proposed for predicting the dynamic properties of fiber reinforced plastic composites(FRP) with interphase. Dynamic properties mainly include loss factors and elastic moduli. The results of elastic moduli from the present model are compared with other models. Elastic moduli E11, E22, G12, G23 and loss factors η11, η22, η12 and η23 of FRP are calculated and a study of the effect of elastic modulus EIand loss factor ηI of interphase on dynamic properties in FRP is carried out here. In this paper, E11 linearly increases with EI, but the growth rate is slow. E22, G12, G23 increase rapidly for lower value of EI. The longitudinal loss factor g11 decreases with the increase of EIin the case of ηI 0.0026. But η11 linearly increases with EIin larger range of ηI, ηI≥ 0.0026. On the contrary, transverse loss factor η22, transverse shear loss factors η23 and longitudinal shear loss factors η12 increase with increase of EIin the case of lower value of ηI, but decreases at larger value of gI. And they also show insensitivity to EIat higher value.  相似文献

针对数字化装配实际生产过程中动态扰动因素造成静态调度失效问题,建立面向数字化装配生产过程的动态调度模型。模型考虑了机器故障、人员流失和不合格产品等动态扰动对装配过程的影响,建立飞机大部件数字化装配工艺流程描述模型。在此基础上计算预调度方案,扰动产生时刻重新计算调整预调度方案。将资源利用率、平均生产率和作业平衡系数等指标作为优化目标,结合多目标优化遗传算法求解模型的Pareto最优解,得到多目标优化的装配作业调度方案。  相似文献

This article proposes a new method for uncalibrated phase delay (UPD) estimation to improve the accuracy of precise point positioning (PPP), which uses only observation station data. This means that the station used to generate the UPDs is the same station to which they are applied. First, dual-frequency observation equations based on a raw PPP model are developed. Then, the UPDs are calculated from integer linear combinations of float ambiguities. Third, with the UPD corrections, the least-squares ambiguity decorrelation adjustment (LAMBDA) method is utilized to obtain the integer ambiguities. Since only observation station data are used for UPD estimation, the partial ambiguity resolution (PAR) method is adopted to increase the possibility of finding a subset of integer ambiguities. The UPD estimation and ambiguity resolution are performed in each epoch. To obtain the correct integer ambiguity, the ratio test and success rate (bootstrapping) are used to evaluate the estimated integer ambiguity. Finally, by treating the integer ambiguities as constants, fixed solutions can be obtained. Quality control is also applied throughout the entire data processing procedure to obtain high quality float and fixed solutions. Data from 22 stations of the International Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Service (IGS) in East Asia on day of year (DOY) 206, 2017, are used to verify the feasibility of this method. The experimental results show that compared with the float solution, the proposed method can significantly improve the accuracy in the east, north and up directions by 24%, 21% and 18% for static PPP and 36%, 18% and 34% for dynamic PPP, respectively. However, the accuracy of the proposed method is still lower than that of the fixed solutions obtained by the PRIDE-PPPAR software, in which the fractional cycle bias is computed based on reference network data. These findings sufficiently show that the proposed method can offer better solution accuracy than the float solution. However, the quality of the UPDs estimated only from observation station data is not as good as that of the estimates obtained based on reference network data.  相似文献

近年来,澳门特区政府加大文化遗产旅游发展力度,取得了良好成效,历史城区的众多文化遗产景点游客数量激增,但仍存在一些亟待改进的地方.为解决这些问题,首先通过“平衡记分卡”对澳门文化遗产旅游的发展因素进行梳理,然后进行SWOT分析,通过各因素的匹配找到七条战略举措.为验证这些战略举措是否与发展因素相适配,采用“质量功能展开”的品质双屋矩阵图验证所获得的战略举措与发展因素之间存在因果关系,同时通过数值的大小标明各环节的工作重要程度,再通过品质屋对战略举措进行简化和具体化,以促进澳门文化遗产旅游能够实现持续发展,成为世界旅游休闲中心.  相似文献

对在EXCO溶液中预腐蚀后的LC4CS光滑试件和缺口试件进行疲劳试验,得到不同预腐蚀时间的S-N曲线及预腐蚀疲劳缺口系数。通过分析腐蚀过程,阐述了腐蚀对疲劳缺口系数的影响机理,建立了描述预腐蚀疲劳缺口系数的两参数模型,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:LC4CS材料的疲劳缺口系数随预腐蚀时间呈现出先降后升的变化趋势,其拐点出现在剥蚀开始阶段。  相似文献

Based on the demands of compact heat exchangers and micro cooling channels applied for aviation thermal protection, the flow resistance characteristics of aviation kerosene RP-3 were experimentally studied in a vertically downward circular miniature tube with an inner diameter of 1.86 mm at supercritical pressures and constant heat fluxes. A long and short tube method was used to accurately calculate the frictional pressure drop, and experimental conditions are supercritical pressures of 4 MPa, mass flow rates of 2–4 g/s (i.e., mass fluxes of 736–1472 kg/(m2?s)), heat fluxes of 100–500 kW/m2, and inlet temperatures of 373–673 K. Results show that the sharp variations of thermophysical properties, especially density, have significant influences on frictional resistances. Generally, the frictional pressure drop and the friction factor increase with increasing inlet temperatures, and this trend speeds up in the relatively high-temperature region. However, the friction factor has a sudden decline when the fuel outlet temperature exceeds the pseudo-critical temperature. The frictional pressure drop and the friction factor basically remain unchanged with increasing heat flux when the inlet temperature is relatively low, but increase quickly when the inlet temperature is relatively high. Besides, a larger mass flux yields a higher pressure drop but does not necessarily yield a higher friction factor. Finally, an empirical friction factor correlation is proposed and shows better predictive performance than those of previous models.  相似文献

为了研究燃气轮机燃烧室主燃区和掺混区空气分配比例对燃烧室性能的影响,在双旋流环形燃烧室上进行全温全压燃烧试验研究。结果表明,随运行工况的提高,燃烧室出口温度分布系数OTDF呈现总体降低的变化趋势,出口径向温度分布系数RTDF呈现先显著降低、后缓慢升高并最终平稳的变化趋势,总压恢复系数略有增加;随着主燃区空气比例的增加,OTDF呈现先增加再降低再增加的变化趋势,并在主燃区空气比例为0.343时达到最小值;随掺混区空气比例的增加,燃烧室RTDF持续降低;主燃区和掺混区的进气比例对燃烧室的总压恢复系数几乎没有影响。  相似文献
