永磁行星齿轮和同轴永磁齿轮是两类具有不同拓扑结构和运行原理的磁力齿轮,采用定量设计比较法设计了具有相同有效体积和永磁体用量的上述两类磁齿轮,并通过有限元分析法对二者的转矩传递性能进行比较研究。研究结果表明,永磁行星齿轮较同轴永磁齿轮有更高的转矩密度和更低的转矩脉动。此外,由于永磁行星齿轮具有更加灵活的运行模式,并且能实现功率分流,使其在混合动力汽车领域有很好的应用前景。加工了一台永磁行星齿轮样机,并搭建试验平台进行了相关的试验,结果表明了该拓扑结构的有效性。  相似文献

The period of field line resonance (FLR) type geomagnetic pulsations depends on the length of the field line and on the plasma density in the inner magnetosphere (plasmasphere), where field lines are closed. Here as FLR period, the period belonging to the maximum occurrence frequency of the occurrence frequency spectrum (equivalent resonance curve) of pulsations has been considered. The resonance system may be replaced by an equivalent resonant circuit. The plasma density would correspond to the ohmic load. The plasma in the plasmasphere originates from the ionosphere, thus FLR period, occurrence frequency are also affected by the maximum electron density in the ionosphere. The FLR period has shown an enhancement with increasing F region electron density, while the occurrence frequency indicated diminishing trend (possible damping effect). Thus, the increased plasma density may be the cause of the decreased occurrence of FLR type pulsations in the winter months of solar activity maximum years (winter anomaly).  相似文献

With a network of ground-based ionosondes distributed around the world, the ionospheric peak electron density and its height measured by FORMOSAT-3/COSMIC satellites in terms of GPS radio occultation technique are extensively examined in this article. It is found that, in spite of the latitude, the mean values of the peak electron density measured by COSMIC satellites are systematically smaller than those observed by ground-based ionosondes. The discrepancy between them is dependent on the latitude, namely, it is small in low and mid-latitudes and large in high-latitude region. Moreover, statistical analysis shows that the slopes of the regression line that is best fitted to the scatter diagram of occultation-retrieved peak electron density (ordinate axis) versus ionosonde-observed peak density (abscissa axis) are universally less than one. This feature is believed to be the result of path average effect of non-uniform distribution of the electron density along the GSP ray during the occultation. A comparison between COSMIC-measured peak height and ionosonde-derived peak height hmF2 indicates that the former is systematically higher than the latter. The difference in the two can be as large as 20% or more in equatorial and low-latitude regions. This result implies that the peak height hmF2 derived from the virtual height through true height analysis based on Titheridge method seems to underestimate the true peak height. The correlation between COSMIC and ionosonde peak electron densities is analyzed and the result reveals that correlation coefficient seems to be dependent on the fluctuation of the occultation-retrieved electron density profile. The correlation will be higher (lower) for the electron density profiles with smaller (larger) fluctuations. This feature suggests that the inhomogeneous distribution of the electron density along the GPS ray path during the occultation plays an important role affecting the correlation between COSMIC and ionosonde measurements.  相似文献

磁性磨料磁力研磨是近年发展起来的一种高效率、高质量的抛光方法,能够加工复杂外形工件和各种内壁、内腔表面,具有加工装置易于控制、工作环境清洁、加工成本低等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。本文设计、制造了加工装置并进行了一系列的试验,在研磨过程各主要参数对研磨的影响作了研究。试验结果表明,研磨初期加工效率较高,但随着研磨时间的延长,研磨效率降低,研磨质量提高不多;工件转速越高,研磨效率越高,而对研磨质量则没有影响;研磨存在最佳的加工间隙与电流强度值,在此条件下,研磨效率高,研磨质量也较好。本文最后对加工机理作了理论分析,认为磁极的设计与制造研磨能力好、磁性强的磁性磨料是非常重要的。  相似文献

针对固体火箭发动机实际使用的热环境要求,研制了一种弹性低密度耐高温隔热涂层,通过石英 灯辐射和电弧风洞试验对其进行了防热性能考核。该涂层密度为0. 62 g/ cm3,伸长率为25%,热导率为0. 18 W/ (m·K);在401℃时DSC 失重率仅为6. 6%;验证考核表明,采用1. 0 mm 涂层时,壳体与涂层界面温度最高 为77. 3℃,壳体背温度最高为44. 5℃。  相似文献

采用一种机理严密,精度高的区域法辐射换热模型用于燃烧室壁温计算.采用Lefebvre模型和区域法模型计算了一个圆筒型不冷却火焰筒结构的换热;对比分析了两种方法计算的壁面辐射热流密度和壁面温度分布情况.结果表明,使用Lefebvre模型计算时,由于将燃气按一维划分为定向辐射,在燃烧室前后壁面辐射热流密度较小,存在一定不足;而使用区域法模型计算时,辐射热流密度分布更趋合理.   相似文献

Helicopter plays an increasingly significant role in Maritime Search and Rescue (MSAR), and it will perform MSAR mission based on response plans when an accident occurs. Thus the rationality of response plan determines the success of MSAR mission to a large extent. However, with the impact of many uncertainty factors, it is difficult to evaluate response plans comprehensively before performing them. Aiming at these problems, an evaluation framework of helicopter MSAR response plan named UMAD is proposed in this paper, which reveals the influence mechanism of uncertainty factors based on Multi-Agent method and analyzes the mission flow based on Discrete Event System (DEVS) method. Furthermore, the evaluation criterion and indicators of response plan are extracted from the aspects of safety and effectiveness. Meanwhile, the Monte Carlo method is adapted to calculate the probability distribution and robustness of response plan comprehensive result. Finally, in order to illustrate the validity of this method, it is discussed and verified by an application example of evaluating multiple response plans to the same MSAR scenario. The results show that this method can analyze the influence of uncertainty more systematically and optimize response plans more comprehensively.  相似文献

多工况载荷下航空发动机支架拓扑优化设计   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将基于变密度法的拓扑优化技术引入到航空发动机外部支撑结构(例如附件支架)设计中,以多工况下的总柔度为目标函数,以体积为约束函数对某发动机支架进行基于拓扑优化的结构设计。根据发动机机匣与附件的相对位置关系建立支架初始模型,开展发动机外部支架结构受力分析研究,建立了基于多工况载荷下拓扑优化和考虑强度影响的尺寸优化相结合的发动机外部支撑结构设计方法,并对最终支架结构进行强度、振动、外廓性校核评估。结果表明:最终模型最大应力出现在工况3情况下,最大主应力为345 MPa低于材料疲劳极限;支架的第1阶固有频率在发动机最高转速频率的125倍以上。采用该方法对某发动机外部支撑结构进行拓扑优化设计,在满足强度、振动和外廓要求的前提下,最终模型质量仅为初始模型的73%。基于多工况的优化结果更符合发动机实际工作需求,该方法研究具有工程应用前景。  相似文献
