Research on vibration suppression of a mistuned blisk by a piezoelectric network

The work aims to provide a further investigation of the dynamic characteristics of an integral bladed disk(also called ‘blisk') with a Parallel Piezoelectric Network(PPN). The PPN is constructed by parallelly interconnecting the piezoelectric patches distributed in the blisk. Two kinds of PPN are considered, namely mono-periodic PPN and bi-periodic PPN. The former has a piezoelectric patch in each sector, and the later has one patch every few sectors. The vibration suppression performance of both kinds of PPN has been studied through modal analysis, forced response analysis, and statistical analysis. The research results turn out that the PPN will only affect mechanical frequencies near the electrical frequency clusters slightly, and the bi-periodic PPN will make the nodal diameter spectrum of the modes more complex, but the amplitude corresponding to the new nodal diameter component is much smaller than that of the nodal diameter component corresponding to the mono-periodic system. The mechanical coupling between the blades and the disk plays an important role in the damping effect of the PPN, and it should be paid attention to in applications. The mono-periodic PPN can effectively suppress the amplitude magnification of the forced response induced by the mistuning of the blisk; meanwhile, it can mitigate the vibration localization of the mistuned electromechanical system. If piezoelectric patches are set only in part of the sectors, the bi-periodic PPN still has a vibration suppression ability, but the effect is related to the number and spatial distribution of the piezoelectric patches.     

结合TEC的泵驱两相温控系统的空间应用

为满足天舟一号货运飞船(T Z1)蒸发冷凝科学实验的控温需求，采用半导体制冷片(TEC)和泵驱两相回路结合的控温系统实现了冷凝台-5~40 ℃(±0.2 ℃)的控温要求。对TEC和平行流换热器进行了研究，结果表明该系统能够满足环境温度等于30 ℃工况下的制冷和散热要求。测试结果表明，平行流换热器在地面和在轨的换热相当，说明重力的影响几乎可以忽略。     

Parallel algorithm and its convergence of spatial domain decomposition of discrete ordinates method for solving radiation heat transfer problem

To improve the computational efficiency and hold calculation accuracy at the same time,we study the parallel computation for radiation heat transfer. In this paper, the discrete ordinates method(DOM) and the spatial domain decomposition parallelization(DDP) are combined by message passing interface(MPI) language. The DDP–DOM computation of the radiation heat transfer within the rectangular furnace is described. When the result of DDP–DOM along one-dimensional direction is compared with that along multi-dimensional directions, it is found that the result of the latter one has higher precision without considering the medium scattering. Meanwhile, an in-depth study of the convergence of DDP–DOM for radiation heat transfer is made. Analyzing the cause of the weak convergence, we relate the total number of iteration steps when the convergence is obtained to the number of sub-domains. When we decompose the spatial domain along one-,two- and three-dimensional directions, different linear relationships between the number of total iteration steps and the number of sub-domains will be possessed separately, then several equations are developed to show the relationships. Using the equations, some phenomena in DDP–DOM can be made clear easily. At the same time, the correctness of the equations is verified.     

曲柄连杆机构可靠性及其关联失效控制

为了提高机械系统的整机可靠性,对机械系统的机构动作故障及其关联失效实现有效控制,在该领域对动作可靠性惟象研究基础上.在机构动作可靠性机理、失效模式、故障危害及其失效控制方面作了初步探讨;通过失效机理研究,借助集合理论,从广义变形研究出发,由Gershgorin圆盘定理及通过变形设计和组合加工对引起特征值病态的像集合中的非线性改造为线性后,提出的包容模型,实施以装配状态和实际使用状态为目标的变形控制方法,对曲柄连杆机构的实际应用表明:能够有效控制其可靠性及其关联失效.     

地形跟随系统的并行预测控制方法

本文基于脉动（Ｓｙｓｔｏｌｉｃ）阵列结构，提出了一种基于状态空间模型预测控制的并行算法，这种算法可以通过阵列结构并行实现，以满足地形跟随系统的实时控制参数合成的要求     

SiC/SiC复合材料氧化退化研究进展

针对高速推进系统温度测量传感器的设计方法、测量误差等核心问题,综述了现阶段高速推进系统接触式和非接触式温度测量的方法。其中,重点综述了辐射与红外测量、可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)、相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射(CARS)及温度敏感涂料(TSP)等非接触温度测量技术在高速推进系统应用的研究进展和发展趋势,并分析了上述温度测量技术存在的问题。     

上行天线组阵载波相位并行标校方法研究

提出了利用伪随机序列并行确定上行组阵各天线载波相位差的标校方法.该方法具有精度高、并行处理、所需时间短、标校通道一致等显著技术优势.利用现有的扩频测控多功能数字基带系统搭建实验平台,通过演示实验验证了该标校方法的正确性以及工程可实现性.实验结果与理论分析十分吻合.     

Libration and end body swing stabilization of a parallel partial space elevator system

This paper studies the libration and stabilization of a parallel partial space elevator system in circular orbits. The system is made up of two paralleled partial space elevators, each of which consists of one main satellite, one end body and a climber moving along the tether between them. The libration characteristics of the elevator are studied through numerical analysis by a new dynamic model, and a novel control strategy is proposed to stabilize the swing of the end body by projecting the climber speeds only. Optimal control method is used to implement the new control strategy in the case where the climbers move in opposite direction. The simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy whose application will neither sacrifice the transport efficiency nor exacerbate libration significantly.
