为了进一步探究微机电系统(MEMS)传感器领域中静电力对非线性振动的影响,以静电负刚度谐振式加速度计(ENSRA)为研究对象进行动力学建模和实验分析.基于哈密顿原理建立了ENSRA机电耦合的非线性振动动力学模型,分析了其高阶非线性刚度的来源,并结合实验现象探究了MEMS传感器中静电力对器件非线性振动的影响,得到了驱动力与静电力对高阶非线性刚度的一般关系.经过开环扫频实验表明,当驱动力从100mV降低到60mV时,非线性振动优化了49%,当调谐电压从10V降低到6V时,非线性振动优化了44%,输出非线性降低了将近4个数量级,器件整体性能大幅提升,有效改善了二阶非线性刚度项导致的谐振器刚度软化和谐振峰的左偏现象.  相似文献

Bird-like flapping-wing vehicles with a high aspect ratio have the potential to fulfill missions given to micro air vehicles, such as high-altitude reconnaissance, surveillance, rescue, and bird group guidance, due to their good loading and long endurance capacities. Biologists and aeronautical researchers have explored the mystery of avian flight and made efforts to reproduce flapping flight in bioinspired aircraft for decades. However, the cognitive depth from theory to practice is still very limited. The mechanism of generating sufficient lift and thrust during avian flight is still not fully understood. Moving wings with unique biological structures such as feathers make modeling, simulation, experimentation, and analysis much more difficult. This paper reviews the research progress on bird-like flapping wings from flight mechanisms to modeling. Commonly used numerical computing methods are briefly compared. The aeroelastic problems are also highlighted. The results of the investigation show that a leading-edge vortex can be found during avian flight. Its induction and maintenance may have a close relationship with wing configuration, kinematics and deformation. The present models of flapping wings are mainly two-dimensional airfoils or three-dimensional single root-jointed geometric plates, which still exhibit large differences from real bird wings. Aeroelasticity is encouraged to consider the nonignorable effect on aerodynamic performance due to large-scale nonlinear deformation. Introducing appropriate flexibility can improve the peak values and efficiencies of lift and thrust, but the detailed conclusions always have strong background dependence.  相似文献

In recent times, multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are being widely utilized in several areas of applications such as agriculture, surveillance, disaster management, search and rescue operations. Degree of robustness of applied control schemes determines how accurate a swarm of UAVs accomplish group tasks. Formation and trajectory tracking controllers are required for the swarm of multiple UAVs. Factors like external environmental effects, parametric uncertainties and wind gusts make the controller design process as a challenging task. This article proposes fractional order formation and trajectory tacking controllers for multiple quad-rotors using Super Twisting Sliding Mode Control (STSMC) technique. To compensate the effects of the disturbances due to parametric uncertainties and wind gusts, Lyapunov function based adaptive controllers are formulated. Moreover, Lyapunov theorem is used to guarantee the stability of the proposed controllers. Three types of controllers, namely fixed gain STSMC and fractional order Adaptive Super Twisting Sliding Mode Control (ASTSMC) methods are tested for the swarm of UAVs by performing the numerical simulations in MATLAB/Simulink environment. From the presented results, it is verified that in presence of wind disturbances and parametric uncertainties, the proposed fractional order ASTSMC technique showed improved robustness as compared to the fixed gain STSMC and integer order ASTSMC.  相似文献

基于飞行-推力一体化思想提出了一种针对搭载超燃冲压发动机的吸气式高超声速飞行器速度通道的状态/输入约束自适应鲁棒保性能安全控制方案。首先根据超燃冲压发动机的机理分析与计算流体动力模型数据,建立了安全子系统与性能子系统面向控制的仿射非线性模型。之后基于障碍Lyapunov理论与动态面设计方法设计了一套安全子系统状态约束控制器,从理论上保证了飞行器在跟踪指令的全过程中,发动机相关状态不会触碰安全边界,并结合自适应技术与辅助系统提高了该控制系统的鲁棒性。针对性能子系统设计了一套鲁棒自抗扰控制器,达到“保证安全的前提下不折损性能”的目的。仿真结果表明所设计的控制系统可以在保障安全的同时达到预想的性能,并显著放宽了超燃冲压发动机对飞行器飞行姿态的约束,保证了高超声速飞行器的机动灵活性。  相似文献

The problem of decreasing stability margins in L1 adaptive control systems is discussed and an out-of-loop L1 adaptive control scheme based on Lyapunov’s stability theorem is proposed. This scheme enhances the effectiveness of the adaptation, which ensures that the system has sufficient stability margins to achieve the desired performance under parametric uncertainty, additional delays, and actuator faults. The stability of the developed control system is demonstrated through a series of simulations. Compared with an existing control scheme, the constant adjustment of the stability margins by the proposed adaptive scheme allows their range to be extended by a factor of 4–5, bringing the stability margin close to that of variable gain PD control with adaptively scheduled gains. The engineered practicability of adaptive technology is verified. A series of flight tests verify the practicability of the designed adaptive technology. The results of these tests demonstrate the enhanced performance of the proposed control scheme with nonlinear parameter estimations under insufficient stability margins and validate its robustness in the event of actuator failures.  相似文献

In the semi-physical simulation of aeroengines, using the pneumatic pressure servo control technology to provide realistic pneumatic excitation to the sensors and electronic controller can improve the confidence of the simulation and reduce the test cost and risk. However, the existing methods could not satisfy the precise simulation of large-amplitude and high-frequency pulsating pressure during aeroengine surge. In this paper, a pneumatic pressure control system with asymmetric groups of the High-Speed on–off Valve (HSV) is designed, and an Improved Nonlinear Model Predictive Control (INMPC) method is proposed. First, the volumetric flow characteristics of HSV are tested and analyzed with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal input. Then, a simplified HSV model with the volume flow characteristic correction is developed. Based on these, an integrated model for the whole system is further established and used as the prediction model in INMPC. To improve the computational speed of the rolling optimization process, the mapping scheme from control signal to PWM duty cycle of HSVs and the objective function with exterior penalty function are designed. Finally, the random step, sinusoidal and real engine surge data are set as the reference pressure in multiple comparative experiments to verify the effectiveness of the pressure tracking system.  相似文献

The use of space robots (SRs) for on-orbit services (OOSs) has been a hot research topic in recent years. However, the space unstructured environment (i.e.: confined spaces, multiple obstacles, and strong radiation interference) has greatly restricted the application of SRs. The coupled active-passive multilink cable-driven space robot (CAP-MCDSR) has the characteristics of slim body, flexible movement, and electromechanical separation, which is very suitable for extreme space environments. However, the dynamic and stiffness modeling of CAP-MCDSRs is challenging, due to the complex coupling among the active cables, passive cables, joints, and the end-effector. To deal with these problems, this paper proposes a workspace, stiffness analysis and design optimization method for such type of MCDSRs. Firstly, the multi-coupling kinematics relationships among the joint, cables and the end-effector are established. Based on hybrid series-parallel characteristics, the improved coupled active–passive (CAP) dynamic equation is derived. Then, the maximum workspace, the maximum stiffness, and the minimum cable tension are resolved, among them, the overall stiffness is the superposition of the stiffness produced by the active and the passive cable. Furthermore, the workspace, the stiffness, and the cable tension are analyzed by using the nonlinear optimization method (NOPM). Finally, an 8-DOF CAP-MCDSR experiment system is built to verify the proposed modeling and trajectory tracking methods. The proposed modeling and analysis results are very useful for practical space applications, such as designing a new CAP-MCDSR, or utilizing an existing CAP-MCDSR system.  相似文献

针对光电平台低速转动时,受摩擦力影响较大,使得速度跟随曲线出现“死区”现象,导致跟踪性能明显下降这一问题,提出了一种基于智能差分进化算法和Lurge摩擦模型的摩擦力补偿控制方法。通过采集记录光电转台正、反向匀速运动时的摩擦力大小,建立转台不同速度和摩擦力之间的对应关系。通过最小二乘法对摩擦模型静态参数进行分段拟合,采用智能差分进化算法辨识摩擦模型动态参数,并基于反馈的速度信息和获得的摩擦模型等效为摩擦补偿力矩输入到电流环控制输入端,实现平台平稳低速运行。实验结果表明:摩擦力补偿后速度响应误差由补偿前的±0.1°/s减小到±0.04 °/s,提出方法效果显著。  相似文献
