具不确定观测和相关噪声的最优递推滤波

应用正交投影定理,对于噪声相关系统,在观测不确定的情况下,求出了状态向量的卡尔曼滤波公式。在线性最小方差准则下,解决了状态噪声一步相关,相同时刻的测量噪声和状态噪声相关,以及测量噪声和状态噪声在相邻时刻均相关的情况下的滤波问题,并给出了递推滤波公式。仿真算例说明了它们的有效性。

Solar signals in the minimum extreme temperature records in the southern region of the Gulf of Mexico

Minimum extreme temperature series from several meteorological stations of the Gulf of Mexico are spectrally analyzed using the Maximum Entropy Method.We obtained significant periodicities similar to those found in meteorological and solar activity phenomena. This indicates that probably the solar activity signals are present in the minimum extreme temperature records of this Mexican region.

直接扩频通信系统中最小误码率准则下的特征相消器

首先研究最小误码率准则下的特征相消器,再由最小化误码率（MBER）准则和约束条件的最小均值输出能量（MMOE）准则之间存在的关系,将MBER准则下特征相消器的设计转化为约束条件的MMOE下的干扰抑制器的设计,并利用子空间跟踪算法实现MMOE准则下的干扰抑制器。仿真表明,采用子空间跟踪算法比同准则下的RLS算法有更低的计算量和更好的抗干扰效果。     

What is wrong with space system cost models? A survey and assessment of cost estimating approaches

Despite several decades of research and refinement in cost estimating tools and practices, the final cost of US space programs continues to exceed initial cost estimates by an average of more than 45%. Thus, program cost models not only exhibit error, they are seriously biased. A structured review surveyed techniques, approaches, models and conceptual tools related to space program cost estimating, to understand cost in complex space systems. Analysis shows problems of cost estimating result from the growing complexity of space programs, failures in managing growth, and mission failures. Although there is greater expectation for the models to accurately predict program costs, the current models used for seeking funding for large space programs are inadequate due to (1) inability to predict future, (2) lack of insight, and (3) process replaces judgment in decision making.     

Minimum sliding mode error feedback control for fault tolerant small satellite attitude control

This paper proposes a new control strategy (which we call “minimum sliding mode error feedback control, MSMEFC”) for small satellite attitude control. As we know, the attitude control algorithm plays a significant role in the whole performance of the satellite, especially under the existence of uncertain disturbances from the space. Without loss of generality, the MSMEFC is presented based on the sliding mode theory. It is assumed that the equivalent control error is defined to offset the uncertain disturbances to improve the control performance. Hence, in order to estimate the optimal equivalent control error, a cost function is derived on the basis of the principle of minimum sliding mode error. Then, the equivalent control error wills feedback to the conventional sliding mode control to obtain the final MSMEFC. According to the theoretical analyzes, the sliding mode after the MSMEFC will approximate to the ideal sliding mode, resulting in enhancing the control performance. Moreover, an adaptive non-singular terminal sliding mode is employed to compare with the performance of MSMEFC. Several simulations are performed to verify the effectiveness of proposed MSMEFC in the presence of serious perturbations, even in some fault-tolerant scenarios.

简要叙述了特性结构配置及奇异摄动法，介绍了用系统回差矩阵奇异值计算各回路幅值裕量、相位裕量的稳定变化范围，最后以某飞机纵向小扰动运动为例，设计直接力控制律，分析了两种设计方法所设计的控制系统鲁棒性，展示了上述方法的应用。
