低密度烧蚀材料高温气动剪切试验研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
利用超声速平板试验技术,对两种低密度烧蚀材料在高焓、低热流(气流剪切力70 N/m~2,冷壁热流密度200 kW/m~2,气流总焓12 MJ/kg,压力1 kPa,试验时间300 s)条件下进行了高温气动剪切试验.试验中通过试验件的不同安装方式,综合考核了材料的性能及工艺.结果表明:两种低密度烧蚀材料试验过程中无明显剥蚀,表面碳层完整,材料的抗剪切性能较好,两种材料表面烧蚀较为均匀,材料间的粘接缝没有明显的开裂,也没有出现冲刷凹槽,材料的热匹配性能较好;材料与底板之间没有脱落现象,粘接工艺较好.  相似文献

To examine the quality and propagation characteristics of the Very Low Frequency (VLF) radio waves in a very long propagation path, Indian Centre for Space Physics, Kolkata, participated in the 27th Indian scientific expedition to Antarctica during 2007–2008. One Stanford University made AWESOME VLF receiving system was installed at the Indian Antarctic station Maitri and about five weeks of data were recorded successfully from the Indian transmitter VTX and several other transmitting stations worldwide. The quality of the signal from the VTX transmitter was found to be very good, consistent and highly stable in day and night. The signal shows the evidences of the presence of the 24 h solar radiation in the Antarctic region during local summer. Here we report the both narrow band and broadband VLF observations from this site. The diurnal variations of VTX signal (18.2 kHz) are presented systematically for Antarctica path and also compared the same with the variations for a short propagation path (VTX-Kolkata). We compute the spatial distribution of the VTX signal along the VTX-Antarctica path using the most well-known LWPC model for an all-day and all-night propagation conditions. The calculated signal amplitudes corresponding to those conditions relatively corroborate the observations. We also present the attenuation rate of the dominant waveguide modes corresponding to those propagation conditions where the effects of the Antarctic polar ice on the attenuation of different propagating waveguide modes are visible.  相似文献

Blade Tip-Timing (BTT) has been regarded as a promising way of on-line blade vibration monitoring. But blind multi-band BTT vibration reconstruction is a big challenge under variable speeds and under-sampling. In order to deal with it, a novel Compressed Sensing (CS) method is proposed based on Multi-Coset Angular Sampling (MCAS) in this paper. First, multi-coset sampling scheme of BTT vibration signals is presented. Then the CS model of BTT vibration signals is derived in order domain. A sufficient condition of the number of BTT sensors is derived for perfect reconstruction and optimal placement of BTT sensors is determined by minimizing the condition number. In the end, numerical simulations are done to validate the proposed method and the performances of four reconstruction algorithms are compared, i.e., Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (OMP), Multiple Signal Classification (MUSIC), Basis Pursuit Denoising (BPDN) and Modified Focal Underdetermined System Solver (MFOCUSS). Influences of the sensor placement, the number of BTT sensors and measurement noises on the reconstruction performances are also testified. The results demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and the overall performance of the BPDN algorithm is the best among the four algorithms. Also the reconstruction performance decreases with the accelerations of rotating speed.  相似文献

Numerical predictions of three-dimensional flow and heat transfer are performed for a two-pass square channel with 45° staggered ribs in non-orthogonally mode-rotation using the second moment closure model. At Reynolds number of 25,000, the rotation numbers studied were 0,0.24, 0.35 and 1.00. The density ratios were 0.13, 0.23 and 0.50. The results show that at high buoyancy parameter and high rotation number with a low density ratio, the flow in the first passage is governed by the secondary flow induced by the rotation whereas the secondary flow induced by the skewed ribs was almost distorted. As a result the heat transfer rate is enhanced on both co-trailing and co-leading sides compared to low and medium rotation number. In contrast, for the second passage, the rotation slightly reduces the heat transfer rate on co-leading side at high rotation number with a low density ratio and degrades it significantly on both co-trailing and co-leading sides at high buoyancy parameter compared to the stationary, low and medium rotation numbers. The numerical results are in fair agreement with available experimental data in the bend region and the second passage, while in the first passage were overestimated at low and medium rotation numbers.  相似文献

实验研究了叶片弯曲对不同叶型折转角环形扩压叶栅气动性能的影响,分析了叶栅出口总压损失和二次流速度矢量分布,并给出了壁面静压分布及壁面墨迹流动显示结果。研究结果表明,叶型折转角越大损失分布的对称性越差,根部损失增加明显;弯曲角度和叶型折转角的增大将使得正弯叶栅吸力面反“C”型静压分布加剧,60°叶型折转角叶栅中径处负荷随叶片弯曲角度变化的敏感性强,大弯角时气流易分离,导致总损失激增;综合来说,对比直叶栅,正弯15°叶栅在各种叶型折转角正弯叶栅中减小损失效果最好。  相似文献

Blade vibration monitoring can ensure the safe operation of aero-engine rotor blades. Among the methods of blade vibration monitoring, Blade Tip Timing (BTT) method has attracted more and more attention because of its advantages of non-contact measurement. However, it is difficult to install the Once-Per-Revolution (OPR) probe in the confined space of aero-engine, and the failure and instability of the OPR signal will reduce the reliability of the blade vibration analysis results, which directly affects the accuracy of the blade vibration parameters identification. The Multi-Probe linear fitting and Time of Arrival (ToA) Linear Correction method based on the BTT (MP-LC-BTT) without OPR is proposed to reduce the errors of single probe linear fitting method for blade vibration displacement analysis. The proposed method can also correct the calculation error of blade vibration displacement due to the nonlinear change of rotation speed, which can improve the analysis accuracy of the blade vibration displacement. A new blade vibration model conforming to the actual vibration characteristics is established, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by numerical simulation. Finally, the reliability and accuracy of the MP-LC-BTT method have been verified by the experiments which include two high-speed blade test-benches and an industrial axial fan. This method can be used in the actual aero-engine monitoring instead of the BTT method with OPR.  相似文献

对由亲水电极与Nafion 112质子交换膜制备的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)膜电极组件(MEA),测试了工作温度、气体压力、气体相对湿度和气体流量等对MEA性能的影响。试验和分析显示MEA的适宜工作条件为:温度70℃、压力0.2~0.3 MPa、H2/O2或空气的相对湿度为100%/60%、H2/O2或空气流量计量比分别为1.1~1.2/1.2~1.5或2.0~2.5。在此条件下对MEA进行了1000 h放电性能测试。结果表明,该MEA的结构和性能稳定,能满足燃料电池长寿命工作要求。  相似文献

The problem of obtaining long term relative orbit configurations for spacecraft clusters with realistic operational considerations such as safety, station keeping and inter-spacecraft distances is addressed. Two different approaches are developed for station keeping and safety objectives. In the first approach, relative orbit configurations, or relative TLEs, are found minimizing deviations from reference mean orbit which would maximize the station-keeping objective. In second one, relative configurations are found from a reference initial condition by minimizing probability of collision, hence maximizing the safety objective, between the spacecraft in the cluster which are propagated numerically through a high precision orbit propagator. For the design optimization, a derivative free algorithm is proposed. Effectiveness of the approaches is demonstrated through simulations. Using this design framework, several configurations can be found by exploring the limits of the clusters in terms of spacecraft number, distance bounds and probabilities of collision for long time intervals.  相似文献
