典型CMOS存储器电离辐照效应

对电离辐照环境中典型CMOS存储器的辐照效应进行了研究。分析了SRAM,EEPROM,FLASH ROM存储器在^60Coγ射线辐照及辐照后不同退火过程中,CMOS存储器的集成度、辐照偏置、退火时间和温度与电离辐照效应的关系。结果发现：不加电（冷备份）状态的^60Coγ射线辐照过程中,存储器的逻辑状态翻转出现较正常工作状态推迟1个量级以上;随着集成度的提高,SRAM,EEPROM存储器的辐照敏感度降低;试验器件经不同剂量的^60Coγ射线辐照后在不同温度下退火,所有试验器件均出现了逻辑状态翻转。     

弹道跟踪数据野值剔除方法性能分析

弹道跟踪数据中的野值会影响导弹目标定位精度。对用于弹道跟踪数据的野值剔除方法进行了综述。结合事后和实时两大类处理模式,分析了各野值剔除方法在理论和工程应用上的优缺点,给出了实际应用时的限制因素,建立了野值判决准则和相应的野值剔除实现步骤。仿真结果表明:野值剔除方法可以有效提高弹道跟踪数据的精度。事后处理模式中,基于格拉布斯准则的野值剔除效果最佳;实时处理模式中,基于自适应门限的五点线性预报法野值剔除效果相对较好,且时间复杂度相对较低,适合实时处理。     

Investigations into sensing characteristics of circular thin-plate electrostatic sensors for gas path monitoring

Circular thin-plate electrostatic sensors are promising in gas path monitoring due to their advantages of non-intrusiveness and easy installation. The spatial sensitivity and filtering effect are two important performance parameters. In this paper, an analytically mathematical model of induced charge on a circular thin-plate electrode is first derived. Then the spatial sensitivity and filtering effect of the circular electrostatic sensor are investigated by numerical calculations. Finally,experimental studies are performed to testify the theoretical results. Both theoretical and experimental results demonstrate that circular thin-plate electrostatic sensors act as a low-pass filter in the spatial frequency domain, and both the spatial filtering effect and the temporal frequency response characteristics depend strongly on the spatial position and velocity of the charged particle. These conclusions can provide guidelines for the optimal design of circular thin-plate electrostatic sensors.     

基于面板数据模型的中西部地区加工贸易升级研究

我国经济高速发展,劳动力、土地等要素随之发生转变,加工贸易从东部地区向中西部地区转移,中西部地区加工贸易急需升级以适应发展。利用2001-2011年中西部地区部分省份的面板数据建立计量模型,通过检验对混合估计模型、固定效应模型和随机效应模型进行选择,并对选定模型的估计结果进行具体分析,提出中西部地区加工贸易升级的对策及建议。

民机高速风洞试验的阻力雷诺数效应修正

在飞机设计阶段,获得准确的气动特性数据对设计者是十分重要的,采用缩比模型的风洞试验是主要途径之一。但是风洞条件限制了试验的Re数,从而影响了对跨音速巡航阻力的评估,因此需要对风洞试验结果的阻力进行Re数效应修正。分析了风洞试验结果阻力的误差构成,提出了Re数效应修正的风洞试验数据基础;进一步就跨音速巡航阻力的构成进行分析,论述了对最小阻力和升致阻力分项修正的方法,并对修正结果进行了验证,得到了一种可靠的工程方法。     

公共设施投资的决策模型探讨

公共设施投资的成本与产生的社会福利如何比较，社会效益的提高有多大等等一系列基本问题为政府所关心。这一问题的解决需要通过结合公共经济学的原理与近几年出现的一些新观点做出系统的可行性分析模型加以解决。本文就是基于公共经济学的理论并结合了笔者的一些新的观点所作的常识性的探索。     

Feasibility evaluation of failure models for predicting forming limit of metal foils

Forming limit of metal foil is an important index to evaluate its formability, and is of considerable significance to improve the quality of products. The ductile fracture (DF) behavior in microscale plastic deformation is remarkably affected by the geometry and grain size. To explore the size-dependent forming limit curve (FLC), the Holmberg and Marciniak tests of SUS304 foils with the thicknesses of less than 0.1 mm and diverse grain sizes were performed. In addition, the validity and feasibility of three types of existing failure models including Swift/Hill, Marciniak-Kuczynski (M-K) and DF criteria for predicting the micro-scaled FLCs were discussed. It is found that the Swift/Hill model possesses the worst accuracy with predicting deviation above 50%. Four classical DF criteria including Freudenthal, Ayada, Brozzo and Oh show great difference, and Oh model considering plastic anisotropy presents the best precision. The predicted deviation of M-K model is aggravated with increasing grain size and decreasing foil thickness, which is attributed to the intensified free surface roughening and transformation of fracture mechanism with miniaturization. This research thus provides a deeper understanding and valuable reference for the widespread application of FLC in microforming.     

C 波段全场效应晶体管化宽带微波接收机

介绍一个全场效应晶体管化 C 波段卫星转发器用微波接收机的方案,并给出微波通道部分的实验结果,其中采用元器件均以国内1986年生产,现空间仍在用的高可靠性器件为设计依据和实验样管。实验结果与法国汤姆逊公司1986年为我国研制生产的 C 波段接收机(以下简称法国接收机)相比,电气指标均能达到该公司产品水平,同时具有结构简单、体积小、低功耗等优点。该方案同样适于 Ku波段应用。
