如何在分布式环境下构筑CAD／CAM集成系统的集成平台，是CAD／CAM技术发展中的一个值得研究的重要课题；尤其是如何根据特定系统的具体情况选择合理的系统结构、配置完整而实用的系统功能以及设计方便友好的用户界面，更是问题的关健。未交给出了在分布式环境下系统集成的一个集成框架。     

惯性/偏振光组合定姿技术研究

惯性导航系统是一种全参数、全天候的自主导航系统,但其姿态误差随时间发散。太阳光在大气中传播时在天空具有稳定的偏振模式,惯性/偏振光组合定姿系统就是利用偏振光中的方位信息实现惯性导航系统姿态角误差的估计。研究了惯性/偏振光组合定姿系统模型,利用跑车试验数据对所设计的组合定姿系统进行了仿真。结果表明:惯性导航系统引入偏振光导航信息后,可以有效地抑制惯性导航姿态角误差发散的趋势,提高姿态精度,满足中等精度姿态参考系统的需求。     

Aeroelastic stability analysis of heated flexible panel subjected to an oblique shock

The critical conditions for aeroelastic stability and the stability boundaries of a flexible two-dimensional heated panel subjected to an impinging oblique shock are considered using theoretical analysis and numerical computations, respectively. The von-Karman large deflection theory of isotropic flat plates is used to account for the geometrical nonlinearity of the heated panel, and local first-order piston theory is employed in the region before and after shock waves to estimate the aerodynamic pressure. The coupled partial differential governing equations, according to the Hamilton principle, are established with thermal effect based on quasi-steady thermal stress theory. The Galerkin discrete method is employed to truncate the partial differential equations into a set of ordinary differential equations, which are then solved by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta numerical integration method. Lyapunov indirect method is applied to evaluate the stability of the heated panel. The results show that a new aeroelastic instability (distinct from regular panel flutter) arises from the complex interaction of the incident and reflected wave system with the panel flexural modes and thermal loads. What’s more, stability of the panel is reduced in the presence of the oblique shock. In other words, the heated panel becomes aeroelastically unstable at relatively small flight aerodynamic pressure.     

太阳帆板平面度测量系统的误差补偿方法

介绍了一种采用斜光学三角形测量结构和基于虚拟精密测量基准的太阳帆板平面度无接触测量系统及误差补偿方法.提出的虚拟精密基准的建模与误差补偿技术,解决了在非精密基准上实现精密测量这一难题,使得所研制的测量系统利用现有平台可实现对太阳帆板平面度的高精度测量.实际测量结果表明,该测量系统对面积为2581mm×1755mm太阳帆板的平面度测量精度达0.02mm(RMS).     

一种多模型自适应联邦滤波器及其在INS/CNS/GPS组合导航系统中的应用

本文介绍一种基于多模自适应估计的联邦滤波器的原理和特点。设计了INS/CNS/GPS组合导航系统的联邦滤波算法 ,并首次将多模自适应估计方法运用到联邦卡尔曼滤波器中。此外 ,联邦滤波器算法中采用自适应调整信息分配系数的方法。仿真结果表明 ,与采用单一模型的联邦滤波算法相比 ,多模自适应方法与联邦滤波方法结合使用能大大提高导航系统的精度和可靠性。     

进化神经网络在复合材料格栅结构设计中的应用

根据Kolmogorov多层神经网络映射存在定理,利用进化神经网络来实现结构设计参数(输入)与结构响应参数(输出)的全局非线性映射关系,以此来代替实际结构优化过程中存在的大量有限元计算,从而提高优化效率。以遗传算法为优化求解器,神经网络屈曲稳定性响应面为主要约束,对复合材料格栅加筋结构的优化问题进行了分析研究。算例表明,在相同(有限元)样本数据的情况下,进化神经网络通过自适应调节网络结构和权值,可获得比BP神经网络更高精度的映射模型,具有很强的泛化能力。该方法可为解决大型复合材料结构优化设计提供一条高效途径。     

GNSS地基集成测试与开发环境

GNSS地基集成测试与开发环境可测试和监测GPS,GLONASS,GALI-LEO等多种导航星座的空间信号,更重要的是测试和认证各种新型接收机和应用产品的性能和指标。同时为新的GNSS系统投入运行前进行必要的信号结构试验、接收机试验等。本文从集成测试与开发环境建立动机和目标入手,重点阐述了其运行模式、系统结构、测试区域选择标准,并进行了逼真度分析以及系统规划。以期对我国自主研发GNSS集成测试与开发环境做些探索性工作。     

Radio/FADS/IMU integrated navigation for Mars entry

Supposing future orbiting and landing collaborative exploration mission as the potential project background, this paper addresses the issue of Mars entry integrated navigation using radio beacon, flush air data sensing system (FADS), and inertial measurement unit (IMU). The range and Doppler information sensed from an orbiting radio beacon, the dynamic pressure and heating data sensed from flush air data sensing system, and acceleration and attitude angular rate outputs from an inertial measurement unit are integrated in an unscented Kalman filter to perform state estimation and suppress the system and measurement noise. Computer simulations show that the proposed integrated navigation scheme can enhance the navigation accuracy, which enables precise entry guidance for the given Mars orbiting and landing collaborative exploration mission.     

某型飞机起动接触器盒设计研究

电气盘箱是电气系统一个重要组成部件,其设计的好坏直接关系到系统能否有效地运行。根据盘箱的设计原则,在＂电气功能＂、＂可靠性和维修性＂、＂盒内成品布置＂、＂接口引线＂、＂热分析＂等方面综合考虑,基于CATIA、AUTOCAD、ANSYS等计算机软件完成起动接触器盒的最优设计,为盘箱的设计提出了新的思路和理念。     

基于WEB的固体火箭发动机集成设计平台

为满足固体火箭发动机设计过程对集成的需求,开发了一个基于WEB的发动机集成设计平台,提出了采用J2EE技术构建基于WEB的集成设计平台方案,建立了集成设计平台体系结构,分析了体系结构中每一层内涵,重点对集成平台功能框架层进行了详细分析,给出了基于J2EE的平台软件实现方案。平台实现了发动机设计过程中应用集成、信息集成和过程集成,能够支持优化设计和分布式设计人员的协同工作。通过在某翼柱型装药固体火箭发动机设计中的应用实例表明,该平台能够有效提高设计效率和质量,显著缩短设计周期。
