Under-race lubrication applied to the inter-shaft bearing of aeroengine is characterized by spray oil collection and oil delivery to the bearing via flow-path structure. Droplet splashing induced by the collision between spray oil and the scoop as well as oil flowing characteristics in the flow-path influence bearing lubrication efficiency. In previous investigations, the spray oil collection and oil delivery analysis were separated, and the effect of droplet splashing on bearing lubrication efficiency was not considered. Moreover, time-varying characteristics of oil delivered to the bearing were not accounted for. This is caused by time variations of the circumferential position of rollers and under-race feed holes. To overcome these limitations, a numerical model which integrates the spray oil collection and oil delivery analysis is proposed in this paper. The model is embedded with the function of calculating the flow rate of splashing droplets and analyzing time-varying characteristics of the oil fed to the bearing. Furthermore, the numerical model is validated by experimental investigation. The proposed numerical model facilitates the accurate calculation of bearing lubrication efficiency as well as the design of an efficient lubrication structure.  相似文献

微型涡喷发动机总体设计目前还没有较为详细的设计准则和方法。本文应用涡轮发动机的尺寸和重量设计与评估方法,对9~80 kg 级的多台微型涡喷发动机进行总体综合设计并与其发动机数据进行对比评估;建立微型涡喷发动机综合设计数据库,提炼微型涡喷发动机综合设计准则,利用该准则进行16 kg 级微型涡喷发动机的总体综合设计。结果表明:应用微型涡喷发动机总体综合设计方法得到的设计准则可靠性高,能够对微型涡喷发动机进行总体方案设计。  相似文献

设计了一种基于绝缘体上铌酸锂(LNOI)的片上多模干涉(MMI)波导功率分束器,在5μm×45μm的小尺上实现了1×2的片上分束功能,且满足集成化光纤陀螺的光路应用要求。通过理论公式和有限时域差分法对器件进行了关键参数计算和光场仿真,MMI干涉区长度为20μm,优化输出分支间距并增加宽度为1.7μm的锥型波导后,在100nm的光谱宽度中,功率分束器的归一化输出光强较为平坦,最低规一化输出光强为0.965,两输出分支的光功率不均匀度仅为10量级。  相似文献

CubeSats and small satellites have potential to provide means to explore space and to perform science in a more affordable way. As the goals for these spacecraft become more ambitious in space exploration, moving from Low Earth Orbit (LEO) to Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) or further, the communication systems currently implemented will not be able to support those missions. One of the bottlenecks in small spacecraft communication systems is represented by antennas' size, due to the close relation between antenna gain and dimensions. Current antennas for CubeSats are mostly dipole or patch antennas with limited gain. Deployable (not inflatable) antennas for CubeSats are currently being investigated, but these solutions are affected by the challenge of packaging the whole deployable structure in a small spacecraft.The work that we propose represents the first attempt to develop an inflatable antenna for CubeSats. Inflatable structures and antennas can be packaged efficiently occupying a small amount of space, and they can provide, once deployed, large dish dimension and correspondent gain. Inflatable antennas have been previously tested in space (Inflatable Antenna Experiment, STS-77). However they have never been developed for small spacecraft such as CubeSats, where the packaging efficiency, the deployment, and the inflation represent a challenge.Our study explores for the first time the possibility of developing such antenna in a way compatible with CubeSat dimensions and constraints. The research provides answers on the possible dimensions for an inflatable antenna for small satellites, on the gain and resolution that can be achieved, and on the deployment and inflation mechanism compatible with CubeSat. Future work in the development of the antenna will include the test of the antenna in flight during a specific technical demonstration mission.The article is structured as follows: context and motivation for Cubesat inflatable antenna are described; then a study to design the antenna which achieves the required performance metrics, while respecting the constraints imposed by CubeSat structure, is presented.  相似文献

Development and experiment of an integrated orbit and attitude hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulator for autonomous satellite formation flying are presented. The integrated simulator system consists of an orbit HIL simulator for orbit determination and control, and an attitude HIL simulator for attitude determination and control. The integrated simulator involves four processes (orbit determination, orbit control, attitude determination, and attitude control), which interact with each other in the same way as actual flight processes do. Orbit determination is conducted by a relative navigation algorithm using double-difference GPS measurements based on the extended Kalman filter (EKF). Orbit control is performed by a state-dependent Riccati equation (SDRE) technique that is utilized as a nonlinear controller for the formation control problem. Attitude is determined from an attitude heading reference system (AHRS) sensor, and a proportional-derivative (PD) feedback controller is used to control the attitude HIL simulator using three momentum wheel assemblies. Integrated orbit and attitude simulations are performed for a formation reconfiguration scenario. By performing the four processes adequately, the desired formation reconfiguration from a baseline of 500–1000 m was achieved with meter-level position error and millimeter-level relative position navigation. This HIL simulation demonstrates the performance of the integrated HIL simulator and the feasibility of the applied algorithms in a real-time environment. Furthermore, the integrated HIL simulator system developed in the current study can be used as a ground-based testing environment to reproduce possible actual satellite formation operations.  相似文献

针对惯性/里程计组合导航易受环境影响的情况,引入路网匹配方法,以惯导/里程计组合导航历史轨迹数据与路网数据库进行全局匹配比较,从而得到当前导航位置的匹配点。将匹配点作为组合导航卡尔曼滤波器的量测输入,其滤波结果用于反馈校正惯导误差,通过不断迭代优化后,惯性/里程计/路网匹配组合导航能够提供高精度的位置信息。试验验证结果表明,该方法能将大部分定位误差控制在10m左右,证明了该方法的有效性与适用性。  相似文献

鉴于离心式加速度场模拟试验系统的需要,研制了一种大量程六维力传感器。在力传感器传统设计方法基础上,重点分析了传感器结构优化、材料选型、加工工艺、惯性耦合补偿等控制环节的影响。利用有限元方法对所设计的六维力传感器维间耦合、加速度场惯性效应耦合及输入输出关系进行仿真分析;借助相应的标定系统,实现六维力耦合效应的标定测试和耦合矩阵的获取,基于标定误差矩阵建立六维力传感器惯性效应补偿;静/动态实验结果表明所设计的大量程六维力传感器完全满足大加速场下力测试精度和稳定性要求。  相似文献
