针对固体火箭发动机对绝热包覆材料性能要求,制备了芳氧基聚磷腈绝热包覆材料。利用热导率测定仪、动态热机械仪、SEM及国军标规定的测试方法对芳氧基聚磷腈的热导率、线膨胀系数、烧蚀后碳层结构、密度、线烧蚀率及与推进剂的相容性等进行了表征。结果表明,芳氧基聚磷腈的热导率为0.187 W/(m·K)、线膨胀系数为2.31×10-4℃-1、密度为1.196 g/cm3、线烧蚀率为0.109 mm/s,而且烧蚀后成碳率高、碳层坚硬,同时该材料与推进剂具有良好的相容性。芳氧基聚磷腈优异的物理性能及抗烧蚀性能,证明其可作为火箭发动机绝热包覆材料并显示出良好的应用前景。 相似文献

通过激光选区熔化制备BCC和DOD结构的钛合金金属点阵,使用Micro–CT对两种结构的钛合金点阵材料进行扫描和三维重建。Micro–CT图像清晰地显示金属点阵内部结构,BCC和DOD单胞整齐地以周期性进行排列,且内部存在少量圆形、椭圆形缺陷。通过将实际样品三维数据与CATIA数模进行比对,发现钛合金点阵在制备过程中出现一定程度翘曲。此外使用共聚焦显微镜并基于Micro–CT图像对BCC和DOD两种金属点阵进行表面粗糙度测定。结果表明,Micro–CT在钛合金点阵材料内部结构、缺陷、制备误差、粗糙度测试等表征方面具有显著的应用价值。 相似文献

核磁共振陀螺仪具有小体积、高精度、低功耗等优点,是未来高精度微小型陀螺的主要发展方向之一。原子气室内 Xe 核自旋的极化是衡量原子气室性能的一个重要参数,直接影响陀螺的角随机游走, 因此准确快速地测量极化场有利于研制性能更优的原子气室。为了实现Rb-Xe体系的核磁共振陀螺仪快速、原位测量Xe的极化场,提出了利用Rb电子顺磁共振频移测量Xe极化场的方法。通过激励磁场翻转Xe极化场,推导了估算Xe极化场的简单公式。实验测量了在典型核磁共振陀螺仪装置中,10nT 量级的Xe极化场,结果与理论计算相符。表明这种方法能够快速有效的在核磁共振陀螺仪原位测量Xe的极化场。 相似文献

The adaptive Gaussian mixtures unscented Kalman filter for attitude determination using light curves

The Adaptive Gaussian Mixtures Unscented Kalman Filter (AGMUKF) is introduced to estimate the attitude of a Resident Space Object using light curves. This filter models the state probability density function as a Gaussian Mixture. This enables to capture the non-linearities of the light-curve measurement model. A non-linearity index is used to refine the mixture when necessary, and individual Gaussian kernels are merged back together when their relative distance is below a certain threshold. A conventional attitude Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) is used to propagate and update each kernel. The AGMUKF efficiently maintains the mixture population as low as possible, while still being able to represent non-symmetric, multimodal, arbitrarily complex distributions. Therefore, it is presented as a promising alternative to Particle-Filter-based implementations, the current state of the art used in sequential attitude estimation from light curves. The non-linearity index has been used to show that the measurement model is the main contributor to the system non-linearity. Results have demonstrated the superiority of the AGMUKF w.r.t. the UKF for attitude determination, and that it can converge for high initial state uncertainty cases, successfully capturing the non-Gaussian probability distribution of the state. 相似文献

Full impact damage tolerance assessment requires the ability to properly mimic the repeated impact response and damage behaviour of composite materials using quasi-static approximations. To this aim, this paper reports an experimental investigation evaluating two quasi-static methods for mimicking repeated impact response and damage behaviour of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) composite laminates. In this study, an 8.45-J single impact was repeated 225 times and mimicked with 225 times 6.51-J quasi-static (energy equivalent) indentations and with 225 quasi-static (force equivalent) indentations following the recorded impact peak force variation. Results show that the loading rate and the inertial effect are the two major factors affecting the responses of the composite laminates under out-of-plane concentrated loading. Both the energy- and force-equivalent quasi-static indentations failed to reproduce the impact responses greatly associated with high loading rate and inertial effect. The force-equivalent quasi-static indentations were performed in a semi-automatic way and induced damage states more similar to those of the repeated impacts than those of the energy-equivalent quasi-static indentations, whereas the latter can be better automated and has better reproducibility compared to that of the repeated impact responses, as it is less dependent on high loading rate and inertial effect. 相似文献
