基于双框架控制力矩陀螺的航天器动量管理

为减小维持大型航天器的姿态稳定和降低能量消耗的动量管理中的扰动力矩对姿态稳定的干扰,设计了周期性抑制滤波器。姿态控制的执行机构采用双框架控制力矩陀螺群（DGCMGs）,应用KENNEL操纵率,使航天器执行机构的角动量在本体系的x轴分量和偏航角可达稳定,同时角动量在本体系的z轴分量和滚转角可在较小的范围内振荡。数值仿真结果验证了方案的可行性。     

MDS图在液态模锻工艺过程单片机仿真控制系统中的应用

本文介绍了液态模锻工艺过程单片机仿真控制系统的设计方法，包括液态模锻工艺程确立、逻辑量确立、硬件系统设计、ＭＤＳ图的建立及软件实现，在工艺设备的逻辑性控制中应用ＭＤＳ图控制结构设计的控制器可方便方便地实现ＰＬＣ的控制功能，也可主便地实现其他娄字逻辑系统的控制功能。     

Singularity analysis for single gimbal control moment gyroscope system using space expansion method

Control Moment Gyroscope (CMG) is an effective candidate for agile satellites and large spacecraft attitude control because of its powerful torque amplification capability. The most serious situation, however, in using CMG is the inherent geometric singularity problem, where there’s no torque output along a particular direction. Space expansion method has been proposed in this work for the singularity analysis. Based on inverse mapping transformation, an expanded Jacobian matrix which is a full rank square matrix is obtained. The singular angle sets of the 3-parallel cluster and pyramid cluster are distinguished using space expansion method. An effective hybrid steering strategy, able to deal with the elliptic singularity, is further proposed. Simulation results demonstrate the excellent performance of the proposed steering logic compared to the generalized singular robust logic and pseudo inverse logic in terms of energy consumption and torque error.

本文介绍UDU~T 分解滤波算法;用工程师容易理解的方法重新推导时间修正和量测修正滤波公式,并给出标准通用的UDU~T 分解滤波子程序。本算法子程序已实际用于工程估计器中。本算法具有高的数字稳定性。作为UDU~T 分解滤波算法理论和工程应用之间桥梁的本通用标准子程序具有良好性能,使用方便,极易推广应用。     

计算机辅助的低空风切变改出优化控制

介绍了动态系统的计算机辅助直接优化方法的原理及其在低空风切变改出飞行中的应用，利用较真实的风切变工程化模型，选择适当的控制函数模型，性能准则及其约束条件，通过计算机直接地，系统地和迭代地探寻最优条件，对飞机改出低空风切变控制进行了优化，获得了最佳改出性能飞行参数曲线，并与没有优化的改出引导策略结果作了比较，结果表明，通过优化，飞机改出低空风切变的性能获得了明显的改善。     

Crew autonomy for deep space exploration: Lessons from the Antarctic Search for Meteorites

Future piloted missions to explore asteroids, Mars, and other targets beyond the Moon will experience strict limitations on communication between vehicles in space and control centers on Earth. These limitations will require crews to operate with greater autonomy than any past space mission has demonstrated. The Antarctic Search for Meteorites (ANSMET) project, which regularly sends small teams of researchers to remote parts of the southern continent, resembles a space mission in many ways but does not rely upon a control center. It provides a useful crew autonomy model for planners of future deep space exploration missions. In contrast to current space missions, ANSMET gives the crew the authority to adjust competing work priorities, task assignments, and daily schedules; allows the crew to be the primary monitor of mission progress; demands greater crew accountability for operational errors; requires the crew to make the most of limited communication bandwidth; adopts systems designed for simple operation and failure recovery; and grants the crew a leading role in the selection and stowage of their equipment.     

Transient simulation of regression rate on thrust regulation process in hybrid rocket motor

The main goal of this paper is to study the characteristics of regression rate of solid grain during thrust regulation process. For this purpose, an unsteady numerical model of regression rate is established. Gas–solid coupling is considered between the solid grain surface and combustion gas.Dynamic mesh is used to simulate the regression process of the solid fuel surface. Based on this model, numerical simulations on a H2O2/HTPB(hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene) hybrid motor have been performed in the flow control process. The simulation results show that under the step change of the oxidizer mass flow rate condition, the regression rate cannot reach a stable value instantly because the flow field requires a short time period to adjust. The regression rate increases with the linear gain of oxidizer mass flow rate, and has a higher slope than the relative inlet function of oxidizer flow rate. A shorter regulation time can cause a higher regression rate during regulation process. The results also show that transient calculation can better simulate the instantaneous regression rate in the operation process.

结合生产实践介绍了新一代导弹的重要构件－控制舱壳体机械加工的难点及其工艺总方案的确定，并着重就控制铝合金乐于壁壳体的变形、提高偏心圆加工精度的措施进行了细致的研究，实践证明，该种工艺方法简单、合理，可以为类似的复杂舱体加工提供一条可借鉴的工艺途径。
