新型热熔浸渍技术及其应用前景

介绍了一种新型热熔浸渍工艺及配方，专门用于生产供缠绕用的３～１５ｍｍ高性能碳纤维／环氧预浸带。它不用分离纸；胶液不预反应，不预制股膜，工艺和设备简单；生产成本低；浸清质量好，壳体性能高。在固体火箭发动机壳体制造中具有良好的应用前景。     

碳/陶复合密封材料的研究

采用粉末热压烧结一次成型工艺压制出石墨／BN复合材料基体，对基体材料进行浸渍、固化和炭化处理，制备出石墨／BN复合密封材料，并对该材料进行性能考察。结果表明，石墨／BN复合材料是一种高温抗氧化、自润滑性能优异的机械密封材料。     

Hubble Space Telescope spectroscopy of massive hot stars in the Magellanic Clouds and M31

Using the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) and the Faint Object Spectrograph (FOS) high signal to noise spectrograms were obtained for 15 OB stars in the Magellanic Clouds^***, three of which are of spectral type O3. The data cover the spectral region from 1150 A – 2300 A with a resolution of /1 A. One O8.5 supergiant, OB78#231, in M31is also included in this work. These data are a substantial improvement on previous high resolution IUE observations in the Magellanic Clouds (Walborn et al. 1985 and references therein) because of the smaller aperture and the much better signal to noise ratio, while no high resolution UV spectra of O stars in M31 have been obtained before. In this paper we discuss various morphological aspects of the spectra, concerning metallicity and the stellar winds, compared to galactic analogues.     

空管中带班主任管理模式研究

通过对中国空中交通管制中带班主任管理模式研究，提出了适用于该管理模式的权变-行为混合管理模型。采用对比研究方法，分析了传统的权变管理模型、行为管理模型等当今流行管理学理论和模型，从而提出了权变-行为混合管理模型。通过一线带班主任的反馈，能够最大限度调动发挥全班组人员的主观能动性和积极性，合理地组织人力、物力，从而预防和消除人为差错，提高管制工作效率。     

Study of hot flow anomalies using Cluster multi-spacecraft measurements

Hot flow anomalies (HFAs) were first discovered in the early 1980s at the bow shock of the Earth. In the 1990s these features were studied, observed and simulated very intensively and many new missions (Cluster, THEMIS, Cassini and Venus Express) focused the attention to this phenomenon again. Many basic features and the HFA formation mechanism were clarified observationally and using hybrid simulation techniques. We described previous observational, theoretical and simulation results in the research field of HFAs. We introduced HFA observations performed at the Earth, Mars, Venus and Saturn in this paper. We share different observation results of space mission to give an overview to the reader.

提出了基于工作过程《机械制造技术》课程的理实一体化教学新思路及具体实施方案,并通过应用实例证明理实一体化教学相对传统教学方法的优越性。     

一类智能控制器及其在水浴箱控制中的应用

提出了一种智能控制新方法，其特点是控制决策不仅是直接控制作用输出，而且还包含了解析算法，改善了通常基于规则的智能控制器的稳态性能。实际应用于大型水浴箱的非线性温度控制系统取得了良好的效果。     

CFM56-7B发动机的热启动及启动悬挂

介绍了CFM56-7B发动机的启动过程,说明了其热启动和启动悬挂时的故障现象。根据影响发动机启动的一些主要因素,对造成CFM56-7B发动机热启动和启动悬挂的原因进行了分析,为排除此类故障提供了依据。     

The entropy in groups – a clue to galaxy formation

The entropy in the hot X-ray gas in groups of galaxies is a fossil of the process of galaxy formation The amount of entropy in these low mass systems considerably exceeds that predicted from structure formation models. To explain these results requires “extra” energy which is a relic of the process of star formation and active galaxy heating. We present new XMM results on the entropy and entropy profiles. These results are inconsistent with pre-heating scenarios which have been developed to explain the entropy floor in groups but are broadly consistent with models of structure formation which include the effects of heating and/or the cooling of the gas. The total entropy in these systems provides a strong constraint on all models of galaxy and group formation, and on the poorly defined feedback process which controls the transformation of gas into stars and thus the formation of structure in the universe.
