测量质量工程技术在计量管理中的应用

测量质量工程技术是日本著名质量工程学专家田口玄一博士创立的一门新的工程技术(也称田口方法)在测量领域中的具体应用.它对提高计量管理水平,促进企业经济效益是非常有益的.本文着重介绍了这一新技术运用到计量管理中的几项突出表现.     

提高聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝质量的研究进展

概述了世界主要聚丙烯腈（PAN）基碳纤维生产厂家在各自生产工艺下的碳纤维原丝或碳纤维的质量状况。综述了提高PAN基碳纤维原丝质量的研究进展。重点讨论了我国以丙烯腈（AN）、丙烯酸甲酯（MA）、衣康酸（ITA）为单体，以硫氰酸钠（NaSCN）为溶剂，采用一步法均相溶液聚合制得聚丙烯腈原液，经纺丝制得碳纤维原丝过程中存在的问题。指出我国原丝质量不能真正过关的根本原因，提出了我国现阶段碳纤维的发展方向。     

Special Technologies Related to Electron Beam Welding

In order to improve the manufacturing quality of electron beam welding,some technologies are developed by using the special features of electron beam.Comparing with the conventional electron beam welding,the usage of multi-beam technology and micro-beam technology are introduced.In addition.the development of beam diagnostic system is also presented.     

2007年上市民航运输企业财务分析

利用2007年财务报告，对中国国际航空公司（简称国航）、中国南方航空集团（简称南航）、中国东方航空集团（简称东航）、海南航空公司（简称海航）、上海航空公司（简称上航）5家A股上市民航运输企业财务状况进行了分析，采用比较分析法、比率分析法对5家企业的财务报表进行分析。结果表明，传统财务报表分析方法是从盈利水平和财务风险的角度进行的，从盈利质量、资产质量和现金流的视角能更全面系统地进行财务报表分析，为相关信息使用者决策提供更科学的依据。表明5家A股上市民航运输企业中，在资产规模、获利能力以及创造现金流方面，国航具有总体相对优势，在净资产率和现金流方面，海航具有相对优势。     

Analytical solutions of cracks emanating from an elliptical hole under shear

Based on the complex variable method, the analytical solutions of stress functions and stress intensity factors（SIFs） are provided for the plane problem of two collinear edge cracks emanating from an elliptical hole in an infinite plate under shear. The stress distribution along the horizontal axis is given in graphical forms, which conforms to Saint-Venant＇s principle. The influences of crack length and ellipse shape on the stress intensity factors are evaluated. Comparing the analytical solutions with finite element method（FEM） results shows good coincidence. These numerical examples show that the present solutions are accurate.     

An assessment of semi-analytical models based on the absorption coefficient in retrieving the chlorophyll-a concentration from a reservoir

Monitoring chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentrations in inland waters is crucial for water quality management, since Chl-a is a proxy for phytoplankton biomass and, thus, for ecological health of a water environment. Chl-a concentration can be retrieved through the inherent optical properties (IOPs) of a water system, which, in turn, can be remotely sensed obtained. Quasi-analytical algorithm (QAA), originally developed for ocean waters, can also retrieve IOPs for inland waters after re-parameterizations. This study is aimed at assessing the performance of sixteen schemes composed by QAA original and re-parameterized versions followed by models that use absorption coefficients as inputs for estimating Chl-a concentration in Ibitinga reservoir, located at Tietê River cascading system, São Paulo State, Brazil. It was verified that only QAA_V5 based schemes were able to obtain reasonable estimates for image data and that by four models tested presented similar and acceptable results for QAA_V5 outputs. The best model were applied to a Ocean and Land Colour Instrument (OLCI) image. Light absorption in the reservoir showed to be dominated by colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), and wide spatial and temporal variability of optical and water quality properties was observed.     

一种基于数字采样技术的电压波动测量系统CSCD

本文针对电能质量计量校准领域中电压波动参数的测量问题进行研究,通过比较现有电压波动信号的检测方法,结合数学模型分析,提出一种基于Agilent 3458A采样器的电压波动信号交流采样均方根值检测法。并搭建电压波动信号测量系统,通过实验,实现了测量电压波动频率范围可覆盖0.008Hz^40Hz,波动值范围为0.1%~30%。     

基于测绘业务的遥感图像质量标准开发研究

评价遥感图像的质量既可以采用客观的方法也可以采用主观的方法。重点研究了遥感图像质量主观评价方法。回顾了主观评价使用的量表法和任务满足度法的主要思想。由1∶500～1∶10 000比例尺制图的图示要求,概括出了若干个典型的满足一定规范要求的测绘业务,设计了一个心理物理试验,对这些测绘业务进行了研究,开发了一个面向1∶500～1∶10 000比例尺制图的主观图像质量评价标准。     

代理问题与上市公司会计信息质量研究——基于公司治理的视角

上市公司会计信息的披露质量受外部制度环境和内部治理机制两个方面影响.通过对基于内部治理机制的相关研究进行梳理与分析,文章发现这一领域的研究不论是在权力制衡安排的角度还是管理激励契约的角度,公司间的代理异质性问题均未被作为决定性因素加以考虑.由于公司治理机制内生于企业的特定代理问题,因此,代理异质性问题的忽略可能是造成现有相关研究结论不一致的原因.未来的研究,应在构建直接测度和间接测度相结合的会计信息质量综合评价的基础上,全面、系统地研究上市公司代理异质性对会计信息披露质量的影响机理.     

重庆都市经济圈土壤Cd元素含量分布特征与评价

通过重庆都市经济圈网格化深浅层土壤及评价样品的调查分析,阐述重金属Cd区域上的分布现状,并绘制土壤Cd元素环境质量分级图.研究区浅层土壤Cd背景平均值0.27μg/g,深层0.13μg/g.根据《土壤环境质量标准》对区内土壤进行统计分类,区内浅层土壤Cd元素Ⅱ类土及以上土类面积为83.97%.土壤Cd高含量值主要分布在金刀峡镇北、含谷—白市驿、木耳—王家和玉峰山镇等区域.含谷—白市驿、木耳—王家、西彭北等区域的高Cd含量受人类活动影响比较明显,其中含谷—白市驿区Cd主要来源于生活垃圾、排污底泥和降尘,而金刀峡镇北的高Cd含量属自然背景变化的范畴.
