构建实验教学新体系

本文论述了实验教学在高等教育中的重要性,较为系统地分析了当前高等学校实验教学中存在的问题,现有实验教学体系的弊端严重影响了人才培养质量和教学改革。在此基础上,提出了实验教学改革的具体措施。

高职院校学报是职业教育发展到一定阶段的产物，是为高职教育教学研究服务的载体和窗口。基于目前高职院校学报办刊时间短、学术水平低、研究队伍弱的现状，高职院校学报要坚定为职业教育服务的信念，在探索中不断提高服务水平和学术研究水平。     

创意产业人才发展的现状及对策研究

经济的发展促进了经济结构的升级,创意产业也伴随着消费者需求结构的改变和技术水平的发展而快速发展起来,创意产业的发展一方面需要需求的拉动,但另一方面也需要具备足够的供给条件才能够取得理想效果,在创意产业的发展中,创意人才的地位至关重要,只有培养大量高素质的创意人才,才能够保证创意产业长期健康的发展。     

大学生思想政治教育问题与对策

目前大学生思想政治教育工作在思想观念、管理体制和队伍建设等层面都存在着一定的问题，与《中共中央关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》提出的新思想、新观念、新任务不相适应。因此，要保证大学生思想政治教育工作与时俱进，就必须更新观念，以德为本，树立开放的思想政治工作系统观；改革管理体制，切实还思想政治工作的首要地位；加强大学思想政治工作队伍专业化建设。     

国外思想政治教育方法借鉴

国外思想政治教育的许多做法和经验值得我们学习和借鉴。通过对国外思想政治教育的研究,概述了渗透式和隐蔽式的教育方法、以活动为教育载体的方法、环境熏陶法、寓德于教,学科协调法、道德认知发展法、＂七结合＂和＂六顺＂的德育方法以及心理咨询法等方法,并对我国学校思想政治教育的经验与教训进行了宏观的理性思考。     

Space Weather Outreach: An informal education perspective

Informal science education institutions, such as science centers, play an important role in science education. They serve millions of people, including students and teachers. Within the last decade, many have tried to improve the public’s understanding of science and scientific research through informal education projects. The recent success of several space weather-related missions and research programs and the launch of the International Heliophysical Year (IHY) research and education programs make this an ideal time to inform the public about the importance and relevance of space weather to our understanding of heliophysical science. Communication efforts associated with space weather both benefit and are compromised by analogies to terrestrial weather. This paper summarizes the benefits and challenges of the terrestrial weather analogy using two exhibit evaluation studies. The paper also describes three components of the Space Science Institute’s Space Weather Outreach Program – Space Weather Center Website, Educator Workshops, and Small Exhibits – and how they can help to achieve the education goals of IHY.     

浅谈新形势下的高等职业教育实验教学改革

通过阐述高职教育开放式实验教学的特征和实施原则，指出了开放式实验教学的培养要求和培养目标。开放式实验教学并不是指实验室课外时间对学生简单的开放，而是在实验实训环节中，充分体现学生的主体地位，自己独立选择、设计命题并实施完成，以促进学生对理论知识应用与理解。     

Distributing space weather monitoring instruments and educational materials worldwide for IHY 2007: The AWESOME and SID project

The International Heliophysical Year (IHY) aims to advance our understanding of the fundamental processes that govern the Sun, Earth, and heliosphere. The IHY Education and Outreach Program is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of space and Earth scientists as well as spreading the knowledge, beauty, and relevance of our solar system to the people of the world. In our Space Weather Monitor project we deploy a global network of sensors to high schools and universities to provide quantitative diagnostics of solar-induced ionospheric disturbances, thunderstorm intensity, and magnetospheric activity. We bring real scientific instruments and data in a cost-effective way to students throughout the world. Instruments meet the objectives of being sensitive enough to produce research-quality data, yet inexpensive enough for placement in high schools and universities. The instruments and data have been shown to be appropriate to, and usable by, high school age and early university students. Data contributed to the Stanford data center is openly shared and partnerships between groups in different nations develop naturally. Students and teachers have direct access to scientific expertise.

高职高专院校科研管理创新直接影响学校的科研水平和学校的发展。文章从分析高职高专院校科研管理创新的内涵，阐述了构建科研环境和完善科研管理以及制度创新的必要性。     

内准字高职学报的过渡之路

内准字高职学报占高职院校学报的大多数，由于刊物没有正式刊号，学报面临社会认同度低、学报前景不明朗等诸多问题。通过从学报的内涵建设方面提出应对举措，使高职学报在内准字时期仍能发挥自身的独特作用，为过渡到公开刊物积累“财富”，并为提高学校的教学科研水平起到应有的作用。
