以3Cr13高熔点合金进行电弧熔射实验,总结了电弧熔射成形的工艺过程,解决了存在的技术难题;分析了熔射成形件的微观组织以及熔射层表面粗糙度的影响因素,提出了改善熔射层质量的途径和措施。     

流量调节器研制的全过程质量控制

围绕流量调节器研制过程,以确保和提高流量调节器工作可靠性为目标,阐述了在设计、制造以及试验中保证调节器质量的控制措施。通过设计人员全程跟踪、反馈和改进,形成了完整的全过程闭环动态控制流程。这些措施的可行性、有效性在试车中得到考核。调节器的研制过程是一个不断改进和完善的动态过程,其控制流程可以为今后其它产品型号研制过程中的质量控制提供参考。     

微重力环境下推进剂贮箱中三维气液平衡界面的数值模拟

以部分管理表面张力贮箱的管理舱为研究对象,利用三维气液平衡界面计算程序Surface Evolver,在无重力和微重力且几何边界条件比较复杂的环境下对管理舱内的气液平衡界面进行数值模拟;计算结果与已经应用卫星的理论计算完全吻合。     

大合班教学现状解析及对策研究

目前，随着高等教育大众化历史趋势的形成，各高校师资普遍紧张，大合班上课已是必然选择。资料显示，一般情况下，班容量越大，实施因材施教的可能性越小，教学管理越困难，教学质量越差，学生满意度越低。影响合班教学质量的困境已摆在诸多教育者、管理者、学习者面前，为此需要不断探索这一发展中的问题。     

Constraints on injection parameters of cosmic rays in the Galactic center from resolved HESS observations

In this study, we investigate how restrictive the γ-ray emission from the Galactic center region, as seen by HESS and other Cherenkov air shower arrays, is against various models for cosmic ray injection. We derive diffusion coefficients which fit the observed spatial scales of diffuse γ-ray emission from the extended emission associated with the molecular clouds SgrA, B and C. Using these diffusion coefficients, we then obtain a limit for time scale of assumed recent proton acceleration near the SMBH, as the spatial size of SgrA^∗ in VHE γ-rays has to be consistent with the observed unresolved HESS point source size at this position. The signal from this hadronic component may be mixed with the expected VHE inverse Compton emission from the nearby unresolved pulsar wind nebula.     

From Titan’s tholins to Titan’s aerosols: Isotopic study and chemical evolution at Titan’s surface

In the present work, we focused on the possible isotopic fractionation of carbon during the processes involved in the formation of Titan’s tholins. We present the first results obtained on the ¹²C/¹³C isotopic ratios measured on Titan’s tholins synthesized in laboratory with cold plasma discharges. Measurements of isotopic ratio ¹²C/¹³C, done both on tholins and on the initial gas mixture (N₂:CH₄ (98:2)) used to produce them, do not show any evident deficit or enrichment in ¹³C relatively to ¹²C in the synthesized tholins, compared to the initial gas mixture. This observation allows to go further in the analyses of the ACP experiment data, including part of the Cassini–Huygens mission.     

Italian polar data center for capacity building associated with the IHY

The International Heliophysical Year offers a good opportunity to develop and coordinate studies on the Sun–Earth system by using a large variety of simultaneous data obtained by satellite/spacecraft and ground based instruments. Among these data we recall the ones coming from solar and interplanetary medium observations, auroral, neutron monitor, geomagnetic field, ionospheric, meteorological, and other atmospheric observatories. In this context, an Information System for the Italian Research in Antarctica has started in 2003, aiming to collect information on the scientific research projects funded by the National Antarctic Research Program of Italy since its establishment (1985). It belongs to Joint Committee on Antarctic Data Management of Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research as Italian Antarctic Data Center. This project, as the Italian Polar Database, gathers also information on research activities conducted in North Pole regions. This Information System can be a relevant resource for capacity building associated with the International Heliophysical Year, especially for people involved in interdisciplinary researches. We describe the present status of the Italian Polar Data Center and its potential use.

离心轮水力性能的优劣对泵的效率影响最大，离心轮加工质量好坏直接影响泵的特性。针对钎焊式离心轮加工的技术要求与技术难点进行分析、研究，结合现有数控设备对离心轮的加工工艺进行改进、优化及数控加工转化。     

Corner-milling of Thin Walled Cavities on Aeronautical Components

This article presents a mathematical model of helical end-milling forces through experimental identification of the cutting coefficients and analyzes the changes of corner-milling forces under different conditions. In allusion to the corner-milling process, the relationship between working parameters and the corner coordinates is investigated by way of combination of tool tracing and cutting geometrodynamics. The milling parameters are optimized by changing the coordinates of tool center and working parameters without altering cutting forces. By applying the optimized parameters to milling practice, a comparison is made to show the improved product quality. Based on these optimized parameters, a finite element method (FEM) program is used to compute deformation values of a workpiece's corner, which evidences few effects that optimized parameters can exert on the corner deformation.
