对航空火箭弹射座椅机加黄铜类、引伸黄铜类抛放弹的基体材料、外形结构进行了对比分析;着重介绍了机加黄铜类具有延期功能的抛放弹冷、热加工、装配、包装工艺技术难点,并对制造验收全过程工艺流程、检测试验方法及注意事项等进行了总结提炼,在工艺技术设计及应用过程中取得了一定的技术积累,对于该类抛放弹保质批量稳定生产具有较高的促进作用,对于其他类型抛放弹的生产制造具有良好的借鉴、推广应用意义.  相似文献

The incursion of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) into airports often occurs due to the popularity of drones, which may lead to a threat to aircraft flight safety. Therefore, estimating the dynamic impact load caused by drone strikes is essential. This paper proposes a test method with high precision and low cost involving launching of a UAV to impact a flat plate specimen by using an air gun. The test results of UAVs impacting flat plates at different impact velocities, such as the UAV damage deformation captured by a high-speed camera and strain vs time dynamic response curves of plates, were obtained and analysed. At the same time, a corresponding numerical simulation was carried out by using the explicit finite element software LS-DYNA. The predicted damage to the UAV and strain on the flat plate during the strike process were compared with the test results. The overall trend of the simulation results is in good agreement with the test results, at least for the first three milliseconds of the event. This shows that the numerical simulation model established in this paper is reasonable. The UAV numerical method established in the present paper can be used to carry out numerical simulations and evaluations of the collision safety of UAVs against large aircraft and high-value ground targets. The results show that the local deformation of the impacted target is uneven due to the distribution of concentrated mass components such as motors, battery, and camera. As the impact velocity of the UAV increases, all parts of the UAV are seriously damaged and basically in a fragmented state, and the battery is greatly deformed. The interaction between the UAV and the flat plate specimen is approximately 2.7 ms, and the UAV numerical simulation model established in this paper can well simulate the real UAV impact process.  相似文献

The US Air Force Research Laboratory, in conjunction with other US National Laboratories and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) conducted a study that examined what technical systems and operations would be required to perform such a mission. From 1 January 1986 through 1 January 2008, GOES satellites recorded 170 solar proton events. For 169 of these events, we estimated effective and equivalent dose rates and doses of galactic cosmic radiation (GCR) and solar cosmic radiation (SCR), received by aircraft occupants on simulated high-latitude flights. An overview is given on the present status of the understanding of the origin of galactic cosmic rays. Recent measurements of charged cosmic rays and photons are reviewed. Their impact on the contemporary knowledge about the sources and acceleration mechanisms of cosmic rays and their propagation through the Galaxy is discussed. Pre-earthquake physical and chemical interactions in the earth’s ground may cause anomalies in latent heat flux, air and surface temperature. Earthquakes occur when the energy accumulated in rocks releases. Sometimes, the movements of the ground cause ruptures in the earth’s surface and sometimes the two sides of an existing fault shift towards each other. In a structurally complex and inhomogeneous collision region such as the Iranian Plateau, seismicity is not the result of activity of a single fault but is due to energy discharge in fault zones hundreds of kilometers wide.  相似文献

分析了轴对称子午流面上力的平衡关系及其流线曲率、气体绕压气机轴线旋转产生的惯性离心力和叶片力三个影响因素,并研究了流动分离的机理和如何对流动分离进行抑制的思路,在此基础上提出了叶片气动正交的准则。采用气动正交准则对某风扇的第一排静子叶片进行了改型设计,获得了气动正交后的新叶片,并对其进行了全三维粘性流场计算,计算结果表明采用气动正交叶片的流场结构明显好于原型叶片。从全三维特性计算结果看,采用气动正交的叶片其喘振裕度也要明显好于原型叶片。  相似文献
