一种EXCEL-VB环境下的动态生产作业信息平台

基于EXCEL软件函数和算法,借助VB程序语言,建立了一种信息动态化的生产作业系统.通过核心参数,实现对生产计划、生产进度、物料库存、调度控制、工时考核、生产指令发放、超缺货告警等关键生产参数的实时监控.平台使用后,在生产现场计划和调度管理的各项关键指标中,计划编制时间缩短了80％,零件库存降低39.3％,计划完成率提高31.2％,生产均衡由原来的经常缺件提高到现在的连续8个月生产无停顿,加班减少70％以上,且年度产品准时交付率达到了99.04％.

Singularity analysis for single gimbal control moment gyroscope system using space expansion method

Control Moment Gyroscope (CMG) is an effective candidate for agile satellites and large spacecraft attitude control because of its powerful torque amplification capability. The most serious situation, however, in using CMG is the inherent geometric singularity problem, where there’s no torque output along a particular direction. Space expansion method has been proposed in this work for the singularity analysis. Based on inverse mapping transformation, an expanded Jacobian matrix which is a full rank square matrix is obtained. The singular angle sets of the 3-parallel cluster and pyramid cluster are distinguished using space expansion method. An effective hybrid steering strategy, able to deal with the elliptic singularity, is further proposed. Simulation results demonstrate the excellent performance of the proposed steering logic compared to the generalized singular robust logic and pseudo inverse logic in terms of energy consumption and torque error.     

基于Kriging模型插值的孔位修正策略

飞机装配时的孔位精度直接影响其最终装配质量，而待制孔零件易发生变形和整体偏移，因此一般通过基准孔信息对待制孔位进行补偿。提出一种基于Kriging插值的孔位修正方法，通过基准孔建立孔位理论坐标与实际偏差值的Kriging模型，进而预测待制孔的孔位偏差，并给出每个位置的预测标准误差，以指导基准孔的增添和布置。最后通过有限元和数值实验分别验证了零件在极限变形和整体平移旋转情况下该方法的有效性，实现了孔位估计误差小于0.3 mm。

Lift coefficient prediction at high angle of attack using recurrent neural network

In this paper, identification of dynamic stall effect of rotor blade is considered. Recurrent Neural Networks have the ability to identify the nonlinear dynamical systems from training data. This paper describes the use of recurrent neural networks for predicting the coefficient of lift (C_Z) at high angle of attack. In our approach, the coefficient of lift (C_Z) obtained from the experimental results (wind tunnel data) at different mean angle of attack θ_mean is used to train the recurrent neural network. Then the recurrent neural network prediction is compared with experimental ONERA OA212 airfoil data. The time and space complexity required to predict C_Z in the proposed method is less and it is easy to incorporate in any commercially available rotor code.
