A novel friction stir double-riveting welding (FSDRW) technology was proposed in order to realize the high-quality joining of upper aluminum (Al) and lower copper (Cu) plates, and this technology employed a Cu column as a rivet and a specially designed welding tool with a large concave-angle shoulder. The formations, interfacial characteristics, mechanical properties and fracture features of Al/Cu FSDRW joints under different rotational velocities and dwell times were investigated. The results showed that the well-formed FSDRW joint was successfully obtained. The cylindrical Cu column was transformed into a double riveting heads structure with a Cu anchor at the top and an Al anchor at the bottom, thereby providing an excellent mechanical interlocking. The defect-free Cu/Cu interface was formed at the lap interface due to the sufficient metallurgical bonding between the Cu column and the Cu plate, thereby effectively inhibiting the propagation of crack from the intermetallic compound layer at the lap interface between the Al and Cu plates. The tensile shear load of joint was increased first and then decreased when the rotational velocity and dwell time of welding tool increased, and the maximum value was 5.52 kN. The autonomous and controllable Dual Synthetic Jet Actuator (DSJA) is firstly integrated into the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), and flight tests without the deflection of rudders are carried out to verify the viability of DSJA to control the attitudes of UAV during cruising. DSJA is improved into an actuator with two diaphragms and three cavities, which has higher energy levels. Actuators, differentially distributed on both sides of the wings, are installed on the trailing edge close to the wing tips. Flight tests, containing Differential Circulation Control (DCC) using double-side actuators, Positive Circulation Control (PCC) using left-side actuators and Negative Circulation Control (NCC) using right-side actuators, are implemented at cruising speed of 25 m/s. Results show that roll attitude control without rudders could be realized by DSJAs. DCC and NCC can generate the rightward roll and yaw angular velocity, prompting UAV to turn right. The stronger controlling ability can be achieved by DCC, with the maximum roll angular velocity of 15.62 (°)/s. PCC can generate a rightward roll moment, but a leftward yaw moment will be produced at the same time. Leftward yaw induces the leftward rolling moment, which weakens the roll control effect, making UAV keep to yaw to the left with a small slope. 相似文献

搅拌摩擦焊常采用无坡口焊缝,焊缝装配质量对搅拌摩擦焊装配质量影响较大,通过焊缝的特征,可以对搅拌摩擦焊缝的装配质量进行评判。线结构光是提取焊缝特征的常用手段,基于结构光传感器扫描获得的焊缝轮廓信息多通过离散的点进行表示,如何高效地从轮廓点中提取焊缝轮廓信息,是焊缝特征识别的新挑战。本文提出一种基于机器视觉的焊缝装配质量评测方法,将离散的轮廓点转换为位图,通过抗锯齿算法提高轮廓直线特征的识别可靠性,并计算对应焊缝的装配质量信息,进而实现对整条焊缝的装配质量的量化评价。与传统的离散点拟合方法相比,本方法具有较为明显的效率优势。 相似文献

采用氦弧打底+氩弧填充、盖面的焊接工艺对2219-T87铝合金15 mm厚板进行TIG焊接试验,研究其焊缝成形和组织力学性能。结果表明,此工艺焊缝成形美观,无可见焊接缺陷,气孔抑制效果好,接头平均抗拉强度为278.22 MPa,平均断后延伸率为3.89%,接头平均强度系数达到58.94%。接头硬度整体表现为焊缝中心最低,从焊缝中心到母材呈现先增大后局部降低再增大的趋势;且焊缝中心填充层硬度高于打底层和盖面层。熔合区的微观组织为柱状树枝晶和胞状树枝晶,且垂直于熔合线生长,在靠近熔合区两侧出现了等轴细晶带。焊接接头断面有较多撕裂棱和韧窝,局部发现第二相粒子和微孔,其断裂机制为典型的韧性断裂。 相似文献

针对主动侧杆系统的运行需求,本文设计了一款双三相永磁同步电机,介绍了该种电机的基本结构和优点,分析了极槽配合和裂比两大关键参数的设计方法,研究了在空间限制下电机尺寸设计策略,分析了关键参数对电机性能的影响,对比了参数变化时电机转矩、转矩脉动的变化趋势,研究了电机的优化方向和参数,确定了电机的结构尺寸、绕组分布等参数。通过仿真验证了理论设计的正确性。所设计的电机输出转矩符合设计需求,转距脉动较小,不会为操纵杆手柄带来震荡的问题。电机单余度工作情况下,仍然可以达到额定转距的输出需求,保证了系统的安全性。 相似文献

The Dual Synthetic Jet Actuator (DSJA) is used to develop a new type of lift enhancement device based on circulation control, and to control the flow over the two-dimensional (2D) NACA0015 airfoil. The lift enhancement device is composed of a DSJA and a rounded trailing edge (Coanda surface). The two outlets of the DSJA eject two jets (Jet 1 and Jet 2). Jet 1 ejects from the upper trailing edge, which increases the circulation of airfoil with the help of the Coanda surface. Jet 2 ejects from the lower trailing edge, which acts as a virtual flap. The Reynolds number based on the airfoil chord length and free flow velocity is 250000. The results indicate that the circulation control method based on Dual Synthetic Jet (DSJ) has good performance in lift enhancement, whose control effect is closely related to momentum coefficient and reduced frequency. With the increase of the reduced frequency, the control effect of the lift enhancement is slightly reduced. As the momentum coefficient increases, the control effect becomes better. When the angle of attack is greater than 4°, the increments of lift coefficients under the control of DSJ are larger than those under the control of the steady blowing at a same momentum coefficient. The maximum lift augmentation efficiency can reach 47 when the momentum coefficient is 0.02, which is higher than the value in the case with steady blowing jet circulation control. 相似文献
