针对现有方法难以预测出符合飞行移动目标不确定行为方式轨迹的问题,提出基于逆强化学习的飞行移动目标轨迹预测方法,通过学习目标行为偏好以及模拟目标行为决策过程的方式预测目标的移动轨迹。首先基于深度神经网络建立目标的行为决策模型与行为偏好模型,然后通过最大熵逆强化学习方法交替地学习模型参数。为了有效地学习目标的不确定行为特征,采用监督学习的方法学习出目标示例轨迹概率分布模型,用于指导目标行为偏好模型的训练以及初始化目标行为决策模型,同时通过对目标行为偏好模型进行预训练的方式提高其训练质量。仿真结果表明,提出的飞行移动目标轨迹预测方法可通过学习到的目标行为决策模型较为准确地模拟目标的行为方式,预测的目标轨迹分布与真实的目标轨迹分布在Kullback Leibler(KL)散度下的相似度可达0.24。  相似文献

针对空间非合作航天器姿态测量时受光照和地球背景影响大的问题,提出了一种基于卷积神经网络的端到端姿态估计方法.在该方法中,主干网络采用AlexNet与ResNet.首先,移除主干网络末端的全连接层,并列连接3个全连接层,采用三分支网络分别对姿态角进行估计.然后,设计了将分类问题与回归问题相结合的损失函数,通过分类方法将姿态估计限定在某一范围内,再使用回归方法进一步微调姿态.姿态分类损失函数确定姿态角度基准点,姿态回归损失函数对估计角度进行微调.相较于仅采用回归方法进行姿态估计,此方法能够有效减小姿态估计平均绝对误差、标准差与最大误差.实验对比了不同主干网络的测量精度,平均绝对误差在0.376°~0.746°之间,最优标准差为0.474°.  相似文献

In practical mechanical fault detection and diagnosis, it is difficult and expensive to collect enough large-scale supervised data to train deep networks. Transfer learning can reuse the knowledge obtained from the source task to improve the performance of the target task, which performs well on small data and reduces the demand for high computation power. However, the detection performance is significantly reduced by the direct transfer due to the domain difference. Domain adaptation (DA) can transfer the distribution information from the source domain to the target domain and solve a series of problems caused by the distribution difference of data. In this survey, we review various current DA strategies combined with deep learning (DL) and analyze the principles, advantages, and disadvantages of each method. We also summarize the application of DA combined with DL in the field of fault diagnosis. This paper provides a summary of the research results and proposes future work based on analysis of the key technologies.  相似文献

This paper experimentally studied the stress corrosion behavior of 2195-T8 Al-Li alloys with prefabricated pits in 30vol% HNO3. The microstructure was observed and determined by the scanning electron microscopy and the transmission electron microscopy. The typical corrosion features, i.e., regular or irregular corrosion pits and sub/intergranular corrosion, were investigated, and the role of stress were analyzed. The statistical results of the number and area of corrosion pits in various sizes were studied using an improved image processing method. Experimental results demonstrate that stress affects the intergranular corrosion or sub-intergranular corrosion of the alloy most, and promotes them to evolve into cracks under stress corrosion. Stress also plays a role in accelerating corrosion severity of certain corrosion feature. The number of corrosion pits with an area of 0–50 μm2 can be seen as an index to reflect the degree of corrosion. Besides, a corrosion phenomenon, i.e., the pit bottom in the site with the maximum stress locally suffering from no severe corrosion, was observed and discussed.  相似文献

基于分区式线型阱的汞离子微波钟已在国际上首次实现了空间在轨飞行验证,为今后深空探测技术领域实现单向导航奠定了基础。设计了一种基于“四极阱+十二极阱”的分区式线型离子阱,主要采用离子数密度分布模型,数值分析了轴向和径向的势阱结构特征,研究了该离子阱的离子囚禁性能,给出了囚禁离子的设计参数,估算了该离子阱应用于汞离子微波钟的二阶多普勒频移大小。论证了四极阱中实现光抽运与荧光探测,十二极阱中实现离子与微波相互作用及自由演化稳定存储功能的可行性。该项工作对于高性能离子囚禁钟和质谱仪的设计具有一定借鉴意义。  相似文献

Reinforcement Learning (RL) techniques are being studied to solve the Demand and Capacity Balancing (DCB) problems to fully exploit their computational performance. A locally generalised Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) for real-world DCB problems is proposed. The proposed method can deploy trained agents directly to unseen scenarios in a specific Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) region to quickly obtain a satisfactory solution. In this method, agents of all flights in a scenario form a multi-agent decision-making system based on partial observation. The trained agent with the customised neural network can be deployed directly on the corresponding flight, allowing it to solve the DCB problem jointly. A cooperation coefficient is introduced in the reward function, which is used to adjust the agent’s cooperation preference in a multi-agent system, thereby controlling the distribution of flight delay time allocation. A multi-iteration mechanism is designed for the DCB decision-making framework to deal with problems arising from non-stationarity in MARL and to ensure that all hotspots are eliminated. Experiments based on large-scale high-complexity real-world scenarios are conducted to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the method. From a statistical point of view, it is proven that the proposed method is generalised within the scope of the flights and sectors of interest, and its optimisation performance outperforms the standard computer-assisted slot allocation and state-of-the-art RL-based DCB methods. The sensitivity analysis preliminarily reveals the effect of the cooperation coefficient on delay time allocation.  相似文献

面向基于全球导航卫星系统的铁路列车定位实施欺骗干扰的主动检测,在卫星定位解算层次,运用深度学习建模学习方法的优势,提出一种基于变分贝叶斯高斯混合模型-深度卷积神经网络(variational Bayesian Gaussian mixture model-deep convolutional neural network, VBGMM-DCNN)的列车卫星定位欺骗干扰检测方法。该方法首先提取能够充分体现欺骗干扰对定位解算过程作用影响的卫星观测特征参数,构建干扰检测特征矢量;然后,采用VBGMM模型拟合经过预处理的特征向量的概率分布,得到二维概率密度图;最后,将概率密度图用于DCNN模型实施欺骗干扰的检测决策。结合现场实验所得运行场景数据,利用实验室搭建的欺骗干扰测试环境实施了干扰注入测试与检验,结果表明,欺骗干扰检测性能随着DCNN网络深度的增加而提升,相对于常规有监督决策方法F1值最高提升44.68%。基于VBGMM-DCNN的欺骗干扰检测能够适应测试验证中运用的列车运行特征及定位观测条件,所达到的检测性能优于对比算法。  相似文献
