《C++程序设计》课程教学方法探析

2D碳/碳复合材料CVI过程的数值模拟研究

本文根据３Ｄ碳／碳复合材料的结构特征及ＣＶＩ工艺的特点建立了孔隙模型和动力学模型，并利用该模型对其ＣＶＩ过程进行了模拟与分析。模拟结果与实验结果的对比表明该数学模型是合理的。

板料成形的数值分析及程序系统

本文讨论了板料成形的数值分析方法,并介绍一个能在微机上运行的程序系统——CASF(Computer Aided Sheetmetal Forming)01系统。 CASF01系统采用参数三次样条描述板金零件的几何外形,按弹-塑性流动理论用完全拉格朗日有限元法计算成形过程中的应力应变分布。由于参数样条的插值性和分段描述特点与有限元法的结构离散在基本思想和处理方法上的相似性,系统内曲面描述和力学分析程序间数据传递迅速方便。圆板胀形及其汽车零件的计算实例表明了CASF01系统的可靠性和实用性。     

Wind asymmetries in massive stars

We are in the process of surveying the linear polarization in luminous, early-type stars. We here report on new observations of the B [e] stars S 18 and R 50, and of the Luminous Blue Variables HR Car, R 143, and HD 160529. Together with previously published data, these observations provide clear evidence for the presence of intrinsic polarization in 1 B[e] star (HD 34664) and in 5 LBVs ( Car, P Cyg, R 127, AG Car, and HR Car). The data indicate that anisotropic stellar winds are a common occurrence among massive stars in these particular evolutionary stages. For such stars, mass-loss rates estimated using the assumption of a spherical, homogeneous and stationary outflow may be in error.

 本文描述了一种计算机辅助排料的算法。它能自动处理二维不规则形状物体的排料。排料的处理过程分为两个阶段。现介绍的为第一阶段的算法。计算实例表明,该方法可以明显减少计算量。并具有原材料利用率高的特点。 飞机蒙皮等钣金件的下料就涉及到大量的排料问题,在整张的金属板材上排成所需要的零件形状。     

Effect of Counterface Material on Friction and Wear Behavior of Ni-Cr-W-Al-Ti-MoS_2 Composites

Ni-Cr-W-Al-Ti-MoS2 self-lubricating composites were prepared through the powder metallurgy (P/M) method. Their friction properties were investigated by a pin-on-disk tribometer in the range from the room temperature to 600 ℃. Alumina, silicon nitride and nickel-iron-sulfide alloys were selected as the counterface materials. Results indicate that the lowest friction coefficients under 0.22 can be obtained at 600 ℃ when rubbed against alumina. When rubbed against nickel-iron-sulfide alloys, are presented the lowest wear rates in the magnitude of 10-6 mm3/N·m, one order of magnitude lower than those when rubbed against ceramics. In the case of three rubbing pairs, the wear rates of the composite containing MoS2 present themselves inversely proportional to friction coefficients. With alumina ceramics used as a counterface, transfer films and glaze layers will form on the contact surface playing a main role in lubrication at high temperatures. However, when silicon nitride and nickel-iron-sulfide alloy are used, the lubricating transfer films appear not to be promi-nent.

热暴露对B/Al复合材料性能的影响

对经300℃、500℃高温热暴露的B／Al（LF6）复合材料的力学性能进行了研究，实验结果表明材料在300℃下热暴露时，性能下降速度较慢，100h后强度保留率约为76％，延伸率保留率为74％。而在500℃下热暴露时，5h以上强度就有明显降低。高温长时间热暴露后复合材料的断裂也从积累型转变为典型的非累积型断裂。通过透射电镜（TEM）及扫描电镜（SEM）对固态热压制造态和主温热暴露的界面状况进行了分析，认为界面反应是造成B／Al复合材料力学性能下降的主要原因。
