白炽灯色温测量装置电路设计

介绍利用单片单板机接口电路完成对６Ｖ、３０Ｗ白炽灯光源与其对应的标准白炽灯光源的色温比对标定工作。     

卫星天线反射面板热形变面形误差检测方法

为实现航天卫星天线面板热形变面形误差高精度检测,提出利用三坐标测量系统搭载高精度激光位移传感器,对检测对象进行扫描测量;并通过对其系统误差来源进行分析、公差合理分配及误差控制,提出对测量系统进行整体优化,以满足所提出检测精度要求。为验证所提出方法的可行性,搭建测量系统,对标准试件的测量数据进行面形拟合,获得测量偏差优于±4.22μm/m2;分别制作常规铝板及光滑铝板作为测试对象,在其背部黏贴加热板的加热方式,以模拟卫星面板在实际工作环境中发生热形变。采用提出的方法对其进行了热形变面形误差检测实验,检测结果验证了所提出方法的可行性。     

Blank Panel Design of Integral Wing Skin Panels Based on Feature Mapping Methods

A blank panel design algorithm based on feature mapping methods for integral wing skin panels with supercritical airfoil surface is presented.The model of a wing panel is decomposed into features,and features of the panel are decomposed into information of location,direction,dimension and Boolean types.Features are mapped into the plane through optimal surface development algorithm.The plane panel is modeled by rebuilding the mapped features.Blanks of shot-peen forming panels are designed to identify the effectiveness of the methods.     

Ionospheric precursors of earthquakes and Global Electric Circuit

The electromagnetic coupling between the seismically activated area and the ionosphere is considered within the framework of the Global Electric Circuit (GEC) conception. First we consider the anomalous variations in the ionosphere associated with the earthquake preparation process, their temporal and spatial characteristics using the results from recent publications. Then the GEC conception is presented shortly with main accent put on ionization processes which play key role in the complex chain of physical and chemical interactions changing the electric properties of the planetary boundary layer of atmosphere. We treat this part of troposphere as an open complex system with dissipation where so called “blow up” processes are developed leading to sharp and fast changes of atmospheric parameters including the electric properties of the boundary layer. The new concept named Spatial Scintillation Index is introduced in the last part of the paper. In general, this paper may be considered as a short review of the recent achievements in understanding of the seismo-ionospheric coupling.     

复合材料机身壁板的强度分析与试验验证

复合材料在大型客机机身主承力结构应用是近年来的发展趋势，通过分析与大型壁板试验结合的方式研究了复合材料机身壁板的静力承载能力，以及疲劳与损伤容限特性。采用理论公式、半经验公式、有限元模态分析研究了蒙皮的屈曲载荷、壁板的承载能力。依靠创新的机身壁板多轴载荷试验系统，模拟机身壁板的实际受载情况，实现充压载荷、拉伸/压缩、剪切载荷的独立施加与组合施加。通过静力试验验证蒙皮屈曲的工程及有限元分析方法和壁板的剩余强度承载分析方法。引入预埋缺陷、BVID、VID冲击损伤，通过试验研究了损伤对应变分布的影响，并通过疲劳、损伤容限试验，验证了壁板的设计以及损伤的无扩展特性。     

帽型复合材料加筋叠层板轴压稳定性分析与试验研究

 本文对飞机翼面复合材料帽型加筋平板的轴压稳定性及后屈曲特性进行了试验研究和分析计算。指出了两种从试验上确定蒙皮失稳载荷的方法。用“有限条元素法”计算了失稳载荷,计算值与试验结果符合良好。     

利用统计能量分析预测飞机舱壁板的隔声量

 本文应用统计能量分析方法研究了随机入射声通过飞机舱壁板的隔声量,并给出了单壁结构和相互连接的双壁结构的隔声量计算公式。利用所得公式对Y-7飞机舱壁板的隔声量进行预测,预测值与实验结果吻合较好。     

垂直攻击型武器末制导系统设计与分析

介绍了垂直攻击型武器末制导段的特点,分析了其制导控制系统的特殊要求。针对常规控制方案的不足,提出侧力板控制方案,推导出一种考虑速度变化的变系数比例导引律,并结合某型号飞行器进行了仿真。结果证明,侧力板控制与变系数导引律明显优于常规控制和常系数比例导引律,完全可以满足垂直攻击型武器在末制导段的要求,该项研究为型号设计提供了具有实际参考价值的结论。     

快速反设计翼型的涡源交替分布迭代法

本文在高阶板块法任意翼型分析程序的基础上,发展了给定表面压力分布设计翼型的反问题程序。根据表面涡分布对控制弯度有效而源分布对控制厚度分布有效的原理,提出了在反设计过程中交替采用改变涡分布和改变源分布,进行迭代。克服了一般算法单纯采用改变一种分布进行迭代的缺陷。算例结果表明,该法迭代次数少,结果好。
