高动态GPS卫星信号模拟器设计与实现

采用地面试车试验考核了固体火箭发动机用C/SiC导流管的烧蚀性能,并对C/SiC导流管的烧蚀机理进行了探讨。结果表明:导流管轴向线烧蚀率变化较大,沿气流方向呈上升趋势。材料的线烧蚀率从进口处的0.018mm/s增至出口处的0.032mm/s,且导流管中间段烧蚀稳定性明显优于进口段和出口段。同时,C/SiC导流管的烧蚀机制主要是粒子冲刷和机械剥蚀共同作用的结果。     

发动机火警传感器校验仪的研制

多层铜布线CMP工艺的优化研究

集成电路多层铜布线平坦化中,CMP工艺参数的配置是决定抛光表面状态和平坦化程度的重要因素。本文研究了碱性介质下铜CMP机理,深入分析了CMP系统中影响抛光表面状态的诸多工艺因素。在此基础上设计了多层铜布线CMP工艺的优化实验,有效地解决了划伤,蚀坑等表面缺陷问题,实验测定表面粗糙度数据较为理想,获得了良好的实验效果。     

T cell regulation in microgravity – The current knowledge from in vitro experiments conducted in space,parabolic flights and ground-based facilities

Dating back to the Apollo and Skylab missions, it has been reported that astronauts suffered from bacterial and viral infections during space flight or after returning to Earth. Blood analyses revealed strongly reduced capability of human lymphocytes to become active upon mitogenic stimulation. Since then, a large number of in vitro studies on human immune cells have been conducted in space, in parabolic flights, and in ground-based facilities. It became obvious that microgravity affects cell morphology and important cellular functions. Observed changes include cell proliferation, the cytoskeleton, signal transduction and gene expression. This review gives an overview of the current knowledge of T cell regulation under altered gravity conditions obtained by in vitro studies with special emphasis on the cell culture conditions used. We propose that future in vitro experiments should follow rigorous standardized cell culture conditions, which allows better comparison of the results obtained in different flight- and ground-based experiment platforms.     

基于TMS320C5402的温度监测及调节系统

Theoretical simulation of electron density and temperature distribution at Indian equatorial and low latitude ionosphere

The electron density and temperature distribution of the equatorial and low latitude ionosphere in the Indian sector has been investigated by simultaneously solving the continuity, momentum and energy balance equations of ion and electron flux along geomagnetic field lines from the Northern to the Southern hemisphere. Model algorithm is presented and results are compared with the electron density and electron temperature measured in situ by Indian SROSS C2 satellite at an altitude of ∼500 km within 31°S–34°N and 75 ± 10°E that covers the Indian sector during a period of low solar activity. Equatorial Ionization Anomaly (EIA) observed in electron density, morning and afternoon enhancements, equatorial trough in electron temperature have been simulated by the model within reasonable limits of accuracy besides reproducing other normal diurnal features of density and temperature.
