针对某架波音757飞机地面滑行阶段出现的AUTO SPEEDBRAKE警戒信息故障,分析了可能的故障原因,并采取了相应的排故措施,排故经验可供遇到类似故障时参考。     

7B04铝合金蠕变过程中析出相的影响因素

进行了7B04-T7451铝合金在不同蠕变温度、不同应力水平下的多组蠕变实验,根据蠕变率的变化,得到了合理的蠕变温度为150℃;在此温度下进行了不同应力水平和时效时间下的多组蠕变实验,分析了加工条件对微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,高的应力水平能加速合金强化相的析出和转变,同时增大位错的流动能力,因此,随着蠕变时间的增加,材料的屈服强度呈先上升后加速下降的趋势.     

Multi-objective output-feedback control for microsatellite attitude control: An LMI approach

Mixed H₂/H_∞ output-feedback controller with pole placement constraints against the internal uncertainty of moment-of-inertia variation and space environmental disturbances is proposed for mircosatellite attitude control. The multi-objective controller is designed based on linear model of attitude dynamics. The H_∞ performance takes into account both robustness stability against moments-of-inertia uncertainty and the disturbance rejection aspect. H₂ performance takes into account the LQG aspect which avoids the undesirable wheels’ saturation effect. In addition, the closed-loop poles can be forced into some sector of the stable half-plane to obtain well-damped transient responses. The problem is then reduced to a convex optimization involving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), so it can be efficiently solved. The simulation results demonstrate that the presented mixed H₂/H_∞ control system is robust stable and optimal in the sense of H₂ norm, and has good steady-state and dynamic performances against the parameter uncertainties and various disturbances for the microsatellite attitude control system.     

Ocean Observation from Haiyang Satellites: 2012–2014

During 2012 and 2014, China has two Haiyang(which means ocean in Chinese, referred to as HY) satellites operating normally in space which are HY-1B and HY-2A. HY-1B is an ocean color environment satellite which was launched in April 2007 to observe global ocean color and sea surface temperature, and HY-2A is an ocean dynamic environment satellite which was launched in August 2011 to obtain global marine dynamic environment parameters including sea surface height,significant wave height, ocean wind vectors, etc. Ocean observation data provided by HY-1B and HY-2A have been widely used by both domestic and international users in extensive areas such as ocean environment protection, ocean disaster prevention and reduction, marine environment forecast,ocean resource development and management, ocean investigations and scientific researches, etc.     

基于BM3803的1553B总线通信软件设计

在某卫星地面检测设备中使用BM3803处理器来模拟卫星中的总线控制端对远程终端进行检测,构建了比传统的Windows+1553B_PCI板卡方案实时性更强的卫星数据仿真平台。首先向BM3803移植了实时操作系统μC/OS II,设计了适用于BM3803的板级支持包,保证了软件的可在轨更新和任务的实时性,确定了用户任务与硬件高度分离的软件结构。在设计μC/OS II的用户任务时,充分利用BM3803和B61580的校验功能,提高了软件的可靠性。最后令本设计和Windows+1553B_PCI板卡方案完成相同的用户任务,对比可得本设计有更好的实时性,可满足卫星高层通信协议对实时性的要求。     

环境减灾-1B卫星红外相机数据减灾应用研究

红外相机是环境与灾害监测预报小卫星星座环境减灾-1A、1B（HJ-1A、1B）卫星的3种主要载荷之一,具有宽覆盖、空间分辨率相对较高的特点。文章介绍了以红外相机数据为主,并结合其他遥感数据在我国西藏东南部雪灾、华北地区雪灾、黑龙江火灾、中国北方大范围旱灾以及澳大利亚火灾等灾害预警、灾害监测和灾情评估等方面的应用,结果表明红外相机数据在国内外雪灾、火灾、干旱等自然灾害的预警监测评估中可以发挥重要作用。     

Direct dynamic-simulation approach to trajectory optimization

This paper proposes a new direct method for an efficient trajectory optimization using the point that the dynamics of a deterministic system are uniquely determined by initial states and controls imposed over the time horizon of interest. To effectively implement this concept, the Hermite spline is adopted to interpolate the continuous controls and the system dynamics are integrated with corresponding control parameters in prior. As a result, the optimal control problem can be transcribed into a nonlinear programming problem which has no dynamic equality constraints and no intermediate states in its design variables. In addition, the paper proposes an efficient recursive Jacobian estimation technique and introduces a Jacobian transformation matrix to straightforwardly handle the general state constraints. Important properties of the present method are thoroughly investigated through its applications to the trajectory optimization for a soft lunar landing from a parking orbit, including the detailed analyses for the de-orbiting phase. The computed results are compared with those using the pseudo-spectral method to demonstrate an extreme outperformance of the proposed method in the aerospace applications over the traditional direct method.     

X-37B的发展现状及空气动力技术综述

X-37B的研制和试验国内外一直高度关注。X-37B作为跨大气层飞行器,从空气动力技术角度分析其研究工作很有意义。介绍了X-37B的发展历程,分析了战略用途,并重点介绍了涉及的一些关键气动技术,如气动布局设计优化、气动舵面/RCS/O MS复合控制设计、热防护技术、气动辅助变轨技术等,对其利用三大手段开展的研究工作也作了简要介绍,最后简要总结了X-37B研制过程中的一些经验教训。     

直升机传动系统花键连接轴的动力失稳

为有效传递扭矩,花键联轴器在旋转机械中得到了广泛应用,直升机传动系统也采用了这种结构形式,因此对花键连接超临界轴的稳定性进行理论分析,并在直升机尾传动轴上开展相应的实验和验证工作.通过安装和拆卸花键两端用于润滑油脂密封的O型圈,来改变花键的工作状态,实现了尾传动轴由相对稳定向完全不稳定的转变.研究表明:由花键及其两端支承表面处产生的摩擦形成的内阻尼是导致尾传动轴发生自激振动的根源;通过改善花键连接处的工作状态,能有效改善超临界转轴的稳定性,这对直升机传动系统超临界轴的设计有一定指导意义.
