聚酰亚胺泡沫材料研究进展

对聚酰亚胺泡沫材料的性能、合成方法、生产工艺、用途等进行了综述，并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。     

煤样工业分析温控系统的设计

介绍一种用于煤样分析的温度控制系统,硬件主要由热电偶专用放大器,８０３１单片机及其数字调功电路组成,软件采用了智能产生控制算法,应用结果表明,仪器的各项指标均满足国标ＧＢ２１２－７７。     

作战飞机作战能力的量化评估研究

根据空战“信息,机动,火力”三要素以及作战飞机作战行动的性质、分析、总结出了构在作战飞机作战能力的主要因素,在定量和定性相结合的基础上,利用层次分析法对几种作战飞机的作战能力（整体空战能力,对地攻击能力）进行了量化评估研究。结果表明,此计算方法简捷,能有效地结合专家经验,提高空军作战指挥辅助决策的可靠性和生,有着较好的实用性和应用前景。     

飞机燃油箱漏油故障的检查和处理

容易产生燃油渗漏的主要部位是飞机燃油箱的结构搭接缝、对接缝、接头部位、紧固件以及放油口和加油口等位置。查找漏源是至关重要的，然后采取相应的措施，修理油箱、紧固螺拴、重涂封胶，以保证航班正点和安全。     

Investigation of Formation Process of the Chrome-free Passivation Film of Electrodeposited Zinc

The feasibility was investigated to substitute chrome-free passivation treatment of electrodeposited zinc in a titanium bath for chromate passivation treatment. The formation mechanism of the chrome-free passivation film was further analyzed. The surface mor- phologies and the elemental compositions of the treated samples with varied immersion times were observed by scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM) and determined by energy dispersion spectrometry (EDS), respectively. The electrode potential of the sample surface was recorded in the film formation process. The changes of the electrode potential are in accordance with that of SEM and EDS of the sample surface. The results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) show the chrome-free passivation film composed of ZnO, SiO2, TiO2, Zn4Si2O7(OH)2, and SrF2. The anode zinc dissolution and the local pH value increase due to the cathode hydrogen ion reduction process result in the formation of the chrome-free passivation film. The macro-images of the chrome-free passivation films formed on electrodeposited zinc show that the color of the film changes from blue to iridescence with the increase of the immersion times.     

民机项目研制设计过程分析识别

探讨了民机项目研制设计过程。依据国际航空航天质量系列标准要求、SAE ARP4754A民用飞机与系统研制指南要求以及项目管理相关知识,运用过程方法分析识别了民机项目研制设计过程,提出了民机项目研制设计过程的过程图,并分析了设计过程与研制阶段的关系,提出了过程方法应用的具体建议。     

A multi-index assessment method for evaluating coverage effectiveness of remote sensing satellite

This paper deals with the multi-index assessment method for evaluating coverage effectiveness of remote sensing satellite. Because a series of satellite activities such as imaging, moving target observation, and environment investigation need to know the coverage characteristics, the coverage capability of the remote sensing satellite is the most important index. Thus, it is very important to establish the method of effectiveness evaluation of coverage characteristics. This paper focuses on the assessment of coverage effectiveness of remote sensing satellite, and proposes and designs a multi-index evaluation method based on index weight using entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process. With a simulation case, the effectiveness evaluation results of single satellite coverage and multi-satellite coverage performance are given for the proposed assessment. The experimental results show that the established coverage characteristic model and the proposed assessment method are effective and right.     

面向MBD模型的工艺信息组织与重构系统

针对生产准备过程中人工逐项查看、查找MBD模型中产品制造信息工作量大、耗时长的问题,基于MBD模型中工艺信息的存储规范,对非几何信息的检索、提取、分析、重构技术进行了研究,在此基础上开发了面向MBD模型的工艺信息组织与重构系统,满足了制造过程中不同阶段、不同角色、不同专业对产品数模信息不同层次的使用需求。     

A Poisson multi-Bernoulli mixture filter with spawning based on Kullback–Leibler divergence minimization

In the classical form, the Poisson Multi-Bernoulli Mixture (PMBM) filter uses a PMBM density to describe target birth, surviving, and death, which does not model the appearance of spawned targets. Although such a model can handle target birth, surviving, and death well, its performance may degrade when target spawning arises. The reason for this is that the original PMBM filter treats the spawned targets as birth targets, ignoring the surviving targets’ information. In this paper, we propose a Kullback–Leibler Divergence (KLD) minimization based derivation for the PMBM prediction step, including target spawning, in which the spawned targets are modeled using a Poisson Point Process (PPP). Furthermore, to improve the computational efficiency, three approximations are used to implement the proposed algorithm, such as the Variational Multi-Bernoulli (VMB) filter, the Measurement-Oriented marginal MeMBer/Poisson (MOMB/P) filter, and the Track-Oriented marginal MeMBer/Poisson (TOMB/P) filter. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed filter by using the spawning model in these three approximations.     

远程弹道导弹射程评定技术研究

针对远程弹道导弹射程评定飞行子样少、涉及专业领域多和工程实施难度大的问题,从分析飞行试验子样特征入手,提出了基于子样生成的评定流程和子样的生成方法,详细阐述了样本一致性检验、假设检验和射程估计方法,据此设计了射程评定软件,分析了所设计软件的基本架构和软件模块间的信息关系。算例表明,所提出的评定流程合理,子样生成方法可行,评定方法可信,易于工程实施。
