新机研制技术水平的确定及应用

本文在分析影响新机研制技术水平有关环节的基础上,确定用主要部件技术水平、设计水平等五个关键方面作为新机研制技术水平的主要影响因素。初步建立了技术水平指标的数学模型,从而确立了时间、费用和技术三坐标中的技术坐标。最后,研讨了技术水平指标的应用方式,分析了新机研制的周期、费用与技术的关系。

比较了数控机床的不同验收标准的差异并通过实例数据进行了说明；介绍了数控机床的动态性能和静态性能的典型项目及其评价方法；分析了数控机床校准应注意的问题。

研究了不同边缘连接设计对座舱透明件承载能力的影响.测定了拉伸破坏载荷和冲击能,结果表明,材料种类、边缘连接形式、孔边距等多种因素均会影响边缘连接件的承载能力.

为分析战斗机作战能力的敏感性，通过建立战斗机作战能力的指标体系，综合使用幂指数法和模糊参 差分析法对战斗机作战能力进行评估。采用基于方差的全局敏感性分析方法sobol 指数法分析战斗机作战能力 的敏感性，得到选取的输入变量的重要度排序和变量间的交互效应，将结果与熵值法结果进行对比，比较分析 sobol 指数法作敏感性分析的优势。     

区域创新能力与产业集群的内在关系研究述评与展望

在我国实施创新驱动发展战略的基础上,对产业集群的产生与发展、影响产业集群发展的因素、国外区域创新能力研究动态、产业集群与区域创新能力内在关系研究等方面进行文献阅读,并梳理其研究脉络,最后提出目前研究所遇到的主要问题与未来发展方向。     

Analysis and improvement of ionospheric thin shell model used in SBAS for China region

The most frequently used mapping function for converting slant total electron content (STEC) to vertical total electron content (VTEC) uses a simplified ionospheric single layer model in satellite based augmentation system (SBAS). Aiming at ionospheric single layer model altitude variation, we analyzed the statistical characteristic of mapping function in systemic approach particular for the region of China, and then experimental mapping function was proposed. The experimental mapping function is used in SBAS ionospheric correction and the precision of vertical correction is compared with standard mapping function. The results show that conversion factor errors depend on latitude, time and elevation, experimental mapping function is helpful to the vertical TEC estimation and may improve the precision of SBAS ionospheric refraction correction especially for the low latitude region of China.     

赛博空间作战及应考虑的问题

电子信息系统及其网络在信息战争中的重要性,决定了它必将成为战争中的首要攻击目标。这种攻击已不再局限于火力摧毁和电子干扰等传统手段,正逐步演变成为信息战争中一种全新的作战模式,即赛博空间作战。赛博空间作战目前还不成熟,有些技术还处于发展阶段,有些理论还处于探索阶段。简要阐述美国赛博空间作战概念及其对赛博空间作战能力的要求,指出了赛博空间作战的作用和应考虑的问题。

一种提高星敏感器动态性能的方法

动态性能作为星敏感器的重要指标之一,对其进行阐述,由此引出提高动态性能的运动补偿法．描述该方法的工作原理和实现方式,包括硬件电荷转移和软件提高信噪比（SNR）两部分,其中硬件电荷转移包括CCD的X和Y两个方向的特殊处理,软件提高信噪比用DSP实现．针对STS星敏感器完成初步设计和计算,表明该方法可以提高星敏感器的动态性能．     

A simple model to predict solar radiation under clear sky conditions

Solar radiation is one of the major factors that dominate the thermal behaviors of aerostats in the daytime and the primary energy source of high altitude long endurance aerostats. Therefore, it is necessary to propose an accurate model to predict the solar irradiances. A comprehensive review of the well-known solar radiation models is conducted to help develop the new model. Based on the analysis of the existing models and the available radiation data, the extensive computer tests of the regression and optimization are conducted, from which the new solar radiation model for direct and diffuse irradiances under clear sky conditions is proposed. The new model has excellent prediction accuracy. The coefficient of determination for direct radiation is 0.992, with the root mean square error (RMSE) of 16.9 W/m² and the mean absolute error (MAE) of 2.2%. The coefficient of determination for diffuse radiation is 0.86, with RMSE = 8.7 W/m² and MAE = 9.9%. Comparisons with the well-known existing models show that the new model is much more accurate than the best existing ones.
