采用选择性激光烧结(selective laser sintering,SLS)快速制备高温合金叶片用氧化铝基陶瓷型壳初坯,并结合高温烧结(high-temperature sintering)进一步提高陶瓷型壳的力学性能。研究不同烧结温度(1450~1600℃)对氧化铝基陶瓷型壳的抗弯强度的影响,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析型壳的物相组成、断口微观形貌。结果表明:采用选择性激光烧结+高温烧结技术可快速高效地制备力学性能满足要求的陶瓷型壳,随着烧结温度从1450℃升高到1600℃,型壳的室温平均抗弯强度增大,并在1600℃时达到38.03 MPa;型壳的主要强化相为柱状莫来石相,且随烧结温度升高,型壳中莫来石相含量增加,石英相含量降低,方石英相含量先增加后有所降低;裂纹扩展形式从缓慢扩展转变为迅速扩展并引发瞬断,断口由撕裂状演变为平齐小断面,断裂方式由主要沿晶断裂向穿晶断裂转变,裂纹倾向于向晶内莫来石扩展。  相似文献

An aerodynamic force and moment measurement was conducted in JF12 long-testduration detonation-driven shock tunnel of Institute of Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The test duration of JF12 is 100–130 ms.The nominal Mach number is 7.0 and the exit diameter of the contoured nozzle is 2.5 m.The total enthalpy is 2.5 MJ/kg which duplicates the hypersonic flight conditions of Mach number 7.0 at 35 km altitude.The test model is the standard aerodynamic force model of 10° half-angle sharp cone.The length of the test model is 1500 mm and the weight is 57 kg.The aerodynamic forces were measured with a six-component strain balance.The angles of attack were set to be à5°,0°,5°,10° and 14°,respectively.The experimental results show that in the 100–130 ms test duration,the signals of strain balance have 3–4 complete vibration cycles.So,the aerodynamic forces and moments can be obtained directly by averaging the signals of balance without acceleration compensation.The force measurement error of repeatability of JF12 is less than 2%.The aerodynamic force coefficients of JF12 are in good agreement with those of conventional hypersonic wind tunnels.For this test model at Mach number 7.0 and total enthalpy of 2.5 MJ/kg,the real-gas effects on aerodynamic force characteristics are not very evident.  相似文献

深入研究压缩机转子叶尖间隙非定常压力脉动,掌握其变化规律,对进一步提高压缩机效率是非常重要的.利用快速傅立叶变换技术(FFT)将转子叶尖间隙非定常压力场时域图转换成频谱图,分析了其频谱特性与转子转速、出口背压以及叶尖间隙轴向位置的关系,同时与压缩机的气动性能和气流稳定性相关联.实验表明:转子叶尖间隙非定常压力脉动主频随着转子转速的提高而增大,与出口背压无关;主频的峰值随着转速的提高而升高,随着出口背压的提高而降低;同前、后缘相比,转子叶尖中部非定常压力脉动主频的峰值在叶中较大.研究结果对研究其它旋转流场压力脉动也有参考价值.  相似文献

Fused deposition modeling (FDM) has unique advantages in the rapid prototyping of thermoplastics which have been developed in diverse fields. However, although great efforts have been made to optimize FDM process, the mechanical properties of printed parts are limited by the weak interlamination bonding as well as the poor performance of raw filaments used, such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polylactic acid (PLA). Adding fibers into thermoplastic matrix and preparing high-performance filaments have been indicated to enhance the properties of fabricated parts. Recently, heat-resistant polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and its fiber reinforced composites were proposed for FDM process due to overcoming the limitation of equipment and process. However, few researches have been reported on the effects of FDM-3D printing parameters on the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced PEEK composites. Therefore, 5wt% carbon fiber (CF) and glass fiber (GF) reinforced PEEK composite filaments were prepared respectively in this study. The effects of various printing parameters including nozzle temperature, platform temperature, printing speed and layer thickness on the mechanical properties (including tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength) were surveyed. To analyze the microstructure and failure reasons of printed CF/PEEK and GF/PEEK samples, the tensile fractured surfaces were investigated via scanning electron microscope (SEM).  相似文献

轴流涡轮损失预测模型是开展先进轴流涡轮设计优化、特别是低维快速性能预测的重要工具和基础,更准确通用的损失模型一直是涡轮气动热力学领域研究的重点。近年来,精细化设计理念的深入对损失模型提出更高的精度要求,同时先进实验测量方法和数值模拟技术的发展也为建立更精准的损失模型提供了可能。因此,本文首先梳理了轴流涡轮损失模型的发展历程及近年来的发展趋势,并结合最新研究进展分析目前仍存在的不足,最后对轴流涡轮损失模型的未来研究重点和发展趋势进行展望。  相似文献

为探索气流角畸变对超燃冲压发动机尾喷管性能的影响,本文开展了喷管在单一气流角畸变和耦合畸变进口条件下的数值模拟研究。首先简要介绍采用的数值模拟方法,并根据实验结果校核数值方法的有效性。同时为得到准确的数值结果,进行了网格无关性研究。然后,通过数值模拟获取超燃冲压发动机燃烧室出口气流参数,用于研究气流角畸变对喷管性能的影响并讨论了其影响规律。在此基础上,进一步研究了气流角畸变与马赫数畸变相互耦合对喷管气动性能的影响。结果表明,气流角畸变对推力影响很小:推力系数变化仅为0.37%;但对升力和俯仰力矩影响显著,相应增幅分别可达51.84%和12.11%。此外发现气流角畸变和马赫数畸变对喷管气动性能的影响是相互独立的。因此在超燃冲压发动机喷管的相关研究过程中,有必要对气流角畸变加以考虑。另外还需要关注由于气流角畸变导致的喷管升力和俯仰力矩变化对飞行器整体稳定性的影响。  相似文献

The present study elucidates on the evaluation of two versions (V3 and V4.10) of vertical feature mask (VFM) and aerosol sub-types data derived from the Cloud-Aerosol LiDAR and Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observations (CALIPSO), and its utilization to analyze the impact of dust aerosol on the microphysical properties of cirrus over the Tibetan Plateau (TP). In conjunction to the CALIPSO, we have also used the CloudSat data to study the same during the summer season for the years 2007–2010 over the study area 25–40°N and 75–100°E. Compared to V3 of CALIPSO, V4.10 was found to have undergone substantial changes in the code, algorithm, and data products. Intercomparison of both versions of data products in the selected grid between 30–31°N and 83–84°E within the study area during 2007–2017 revealed that the VFM and aerosol sub-types are in good agreement of ~95.27% and ~82.80%, respectively. Dusty cirrus is defined as the clouds mixed with dust aerosols or existing in dust aerosol conditions, while the pure cirrus is that in a dust-free environment. The obtained results illustrated that the various microphysical properties of cirrus, namely ice water content (IWC), ice water path (IWP), ice distribution width (IDW), ice effective radius (IER), and ice number concentration (INC) noticed a decrease of 17%, 18%, 4%, 19%, and 10%, respectively due to the existence of dust aerosol, consistent with the classical “Twomey effect” for liquid clouds. Moreover, the aerosol optical depth (AOD) showed moderate negative correlations between ?0.4 and ?0.6 with the microphysical characteristics of cirrus. As our future studies, in addition to the present work undertaken, we planned to gain knowledge and interested to explore the impact of a variety of aerosols apart from the dust aerosol on the microphysical properties of cirrus in different regions of China.  相似文献

针对航空发动机转子既转动又进动的运转情况,推导用于转子系统的带金属橡胶弹性外环的气膜密封阻尼结构(gas film seal damper,GFSD)雷诺方程.基于GFSD运动方程和位移协调关系,建立转子-气膜-金属橡胶三者之间的流固耦合关系,确定稳态压力场求解流程,并提出金属橡胶刚度的定量设计方法.采用有限差分法求解稳态压力场,研究GFSD工作参数和结构参数对稳态特性的影响,为GFSD结构参数设计提供参考,最后与直通式篦齿封严的泄漏量进行比较.结果表明:合理设计金属橡胶刚度能够使GFSD自适应地调节气膜间隙;在保证动压润滑的基础上,选取大长径比、小金属橡胶刚度和密封间隙能够使GFSD具有良好的稳态特性;GFSD的泄漏量远小于直通式篦齿封严,能够满足现代航空发动机中高进出口压比下的封严需要.   相似文献

Nb-22Ti-14Si-2Hf-2Al-xCr (x=2, 6, 10, 14, 17 at%) alloys are prepared by arc-melting under argon atmosphere. Microstructural characteristics, mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of the arc-melted alloys are investigated. At 2 at% Cr content, the microstructure is composed of Nbss, Nb3Si and a small quantity of Nb5Si3, when the Cr contents increase, Nb3Si disappears. For the high Cr content (x ≥ 10 at%) alloys, besides the Nbss and Nb5Si3, Cr2Nb is also detected. With the increase of Cr content, the volume fractions of Cr2Nb and Nb5Si3 increase, while that of Nbss increases firstly and then begins to degrade when the Cr content is higher than 6 at%. For the alloy with 2 at% Cr, the room temperature fracture toughness is about 14.5 MPa·m1/2, but badly decreases to about 8.5 MPa·m1/2, when the Cr contents increase. Vickers hardness of Nbss tends to increase linearly from about 400 to 500, while that of silicides is not sensitive to Cr contents, about 950. The appearance of Cr2Nb phase significantly improves the high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloys with high Cr contents. The isothermal oxidation tests show that the oxidation kinetics of the alloys with various Cr contents follows parabolic oxidation kinetics.  相似文献

利用X-ray衍射、拉伸实验和动态力学性能DMA实验研究了纤维素甘油醚硝酸酯(NGEC)的结晶度、NGEC及其推进剂的力学性能和动态力学性能,借助扫描电镜观察了NGEC基改性双基推进剂的断裂形貌,并通过流动性实验探索了NGEC全部与部分取代NC的改性双基推进剂的热加工工艺性能。结果表明:与NC相比,NGEC的结晶度和力学强度略低、延伸率较高、玻璃化转变温度低且转变温度范围宽;加入NGEC,可降低高固体含量改性双基推进剂的脱湿现象,有利于提高其力学性能;粘合剂体系中NGEC的含量对其改性双基推进剂的玻璃化转变的α松弛影响较大,随着NGEC含量的增加α松弛温度明显降低,而对β松弛的影响较小;与NC相比,NGEC的加入降低了改性双基推进剂的流动性实验出药压力,提高了出药速度,具有良好的热塑性及热加工安全性。  相似文献
