论我国公立高校与学生的法律关系

高校与学生的法律关系其实是一种复杂的社会关系，其中主要是民事合同关系，还有一部分类似于行政合同（或行政契约）关系。其关系一旦确立，学校与学生的权利与义务就明确了。     

高职高专土建类专业创新教学模式的探讨

针对高职高专教改中存在的问题，从能力培养要求，教学体系的改革，实践教学的改革，创新能力的培养等方面进行论述，提出构建模块化实践教学体系，加强专业实践教学改革的思路及可操作性的建议。     

"三工问题"与和谐城市的构建

我国国有企业,特别是大型国有企业的改制不到位,改革深层次矛盾日益突出,政治、社会领域的改革滞后以及法制不健全、监督机制不灵等原因直接导致我国城市中出现“三工问题”。“三工问题”是指由于工人下岗、工厂改制、工业调整所带来的经济社会问题,主要包括工人失业、权力腐败、分配不公、国有资产流失和被侵吞、群体事件、失地农民的安置等诸多经济社会问题,解决好这些问题直接关系到社会稳定和和谐城市的构建。现阶段应主要从完善社会保障、发展职业培训、健全权力制衡、调节收入分配、强化社会监督、化解社会矛盾、整顿工业园区、安置失地农民八个方面入手解决城市“三工问题”。     

X-ray synchrotron nebulae and the origin of neutron stars

“With all reserve, we advance the view that a supernova represents the transition of an ordinary star into a neutron star.”This conclusion, reached just 50 years ago in a classic paper by Walter Baade and Fritz Zwicky (1934), was published three decades before the first direct observational evidence for the existence of neutron stars was uncovered. It still informs the standard picture of neutron star production in the Galaxy. We examine herein some recent evidence bearing on this question which has been derived from Observatory X-ray observations of supernova remnants and radio pulsars. In particular, the discovery that X-ray synchrotron nebulae are found surrounding most young ( 10⁶ yr) pulsars observed to date is discussed. We explore the implications of the lack of such nebulae in the majority of supernova remnants (SNR) for the properties and frequency of neutron star formation in supernova events.     

A319飞机APU启动故障可靠性调查

本文对A319飞机131-9A型APU启动不正常事件进行可靠性调查,对APU启动故障统计分析,对影响启动的部件采取如下措施:老式启动保险6KA质量差主动更换且飞机上配备6KA;启动马达-3构型降级为-2以提高寿命,后续再升级至更高寿命的-4构型;执行改装加长启动线路以降低启动电流;点火激励器软时限控制定期拆下送厂检测。通过针对性措施,有效减少了APU启动不正常事件的发生。     

航空发动机整机振动中的不平衡-不对中-碰摩耦合故障研究

针对航空发动机整机振动分析,建立了含不平衡-不对中-碰摩耦合故障的转子-滚动轴承-机匣耦合动力学模型.在耦合模型中,考虑了机匣运动,同时,充分考虑了滚动轴承间隙、非线性赫兹接触以及变柔性VC(varying compliance)等非线性因素;在耦合故障中,建立了不平衡、不对中和碰摩故障模型.运用数值积分方法获取了系统响应,研究耦合故障特征和规律.仿真计算分析表明了该模型的正确有效性.

基于MC145152-2芯片的频率合成器的设计

主要介绍了频率合成芯片MC145152—2的主要特征、功能以及工作原理。运用MC145152—2芯片设计1800MHz频率合成器电路,从器件选取、参数分析、硬件电路构成等方面介绍了1800MHz频率合成器电路,试验测试中验证电路具有较低的相位噪声和较高的频率稳定度,与传统的频率合成器电路相比,性能有了很大的提高。     

表面处理对17-4PH不锈钢抗固体粒子冲蚀性能的影响

为对比研究表面处理对17-4PH不锈钢抗固体粒子冲蚀性能的影响,在17-4PH不锈钢表面进行了多弧离子镀陶瓷/金属多层膜制备、激光表面合金化(LSA)处理和超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)硬质合金层处理,利用划痕仪、自组装的不锈钢抗固体粒子冲蚀(SPE)装置、多冲疲劳试验机对上述三种表面处理试样的小攻角和大攻角SPE失效行为和机理进行了研究。结果表明,微切削是17-4PH不锈钢及其表面改性试样小攻角下固体粒子冲蚀破坏的主要失效机制,多冲型疲劳破坏是17-4PH不锈钢及其表面改性试样大攻角下固体粒子冲蚀的主要失效机制。HVOF WC-17Co涂层可显著提高17-4PH不锈钢30°小攻角和90°大攻角下SPE抗力。激光表面合金化层能够改善17-4PH不锈钢抗30°小攻角和90°大攻角下SPE性能,但SPE性能改善效果弱于HVOF喷涂涂层。TiAl N/Ti多层膜不能显著提高17-4PH不锈钢抗30°小攻角和90°大攻角的SPE性能。     

Orbital phase spectroscopy of four high mass X-ray binary pulsars to study the stellar wind of the companion

Our work focuses on a comprehensive orbital phase-dependent spectroscopy of the four High Mass X-ray Binary Pulsars (HMXBPs) 4U 1538-52, GX 301-2, OAO 1657-415 and Vela X-1. We hereby report the measurements of the variation of the absorption column density and iron-line flux along with other spectral parameters over the binary orbit for the above-mentioned HMXBPs in elliptical orbits, as observed with the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer (RXTE) and the BeppoSAX satellites. A spherically symmetric wind profile was used as a model to compare the observed column density variations. Out of the four pulsars, only in 4U 1538-52, we find the model having a reasonable corroboration with the observations, whereas in the remaining three the stellar wind seems to be clumpy and a smooth symmetric stellar wind model appears to be quite inadequate in explaining the data. Moreover, in GX 301-2, neither the presence of a disk nor a gas stream from the companion was validated. Furthermore, the spectral results obtained in the case of OAO 1657-415 and Vela X-1 were more or less similar to that of GX 301-2.
