It is imperative to develop a novel matching of metallic substrate and self-lubricating coating for aircraft spherical plain bearing in a wide range of service conditions. As a new type of superelastic material, 60NiTi alloy meets the performance requirements of aerospace bearing materials, but exhibits poor tribological performance, especially under the conditions of dry sliding friction. A Hydrogenated Diamond-Like Carbon (H-DLC) coating was deposited on the 60NiTi alloy to improve its tribological performance. The microstructure and mechanical behavior of the 60NiTi alloy and its H-DLC coating were explored. Results show that improvement of friction and wear performance of the H-DLC coating deposited on the 60NiTi substrate is mainly achieved by graphitization at the friction interface and the transfer film produced on the counterpart ball. The increased friction load leads to intensification of graphitization at the friction interface and formation of continuous and compact transfer film on the surface of the counterpart ball. 相似文献

GNSS TEC values have been obtained from 18 stations distributed from the magnetic equator to nearly 80°N magnetic dip in the African and west-European longitude sector corresponding to the March 17–18, 2015 geomagnetic storm. Significantly depleted ionosphere have been observed at stations north of 50°N geographic on March 18, 2015 following the above storm over a longitude swath 11.9°–21°E covering the Eastern Africa and Western European longitude sector. High ROTI values were noted on March 17th at locations around 80°N magnetic dip. Two prominent peaks in PCN were noted around 09:00 UT and 14:00 UT on March 17, 2015 and around 15:00 UT on March 18, 2015. Daytime thermospheric (O/N2) ratio was markedly less on March 18th at latitudes above 60°N geographic which is suggested to be the major driver behind depleted high latitude ionosphere during the recovery phase of the storm on March 18, 2015. 相似文献

Effects of welding parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti/Cu/Ni joint welded by electron beam were investigated. High welding heat input increased the melting quantity of Ti60 titanium alloy and promoted the formation of Ti–Cu intermetallic compounds (IMC) such as Ti2Cu and Ti3Cu4, increasing the brittleness of the joints. Low welding heat input was not conducive to the complete melting of the copper interlayer, and the unmelted copper reduced the performance of the joints. Under the optimal welding parameters, Ti–Ni IMCs in the weld would be replaced by (Cu, Ni) solid solutions ((Cu, Ni)ss). However, Ti–Cu IMC layers cannot be eliminated entirely by changing the welding parameters. The maximum tensile strength of the joints was 201 MPa. The fracture of the joints occurred at the Ti–Cu IMC layer, which was a typical brittle fracture. 相似文献

通过盐雾腐蚀实验并结合SEM和XRD分析,研究了稀土元素对锻造态ZK60镁合金腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明,ZK60合金耐蚀性较差,而在ZK60中添Gd、Y后的合金,其耐蚀性明显提高.腐蚀时间相同时,两种合金的微观腐蚀形貌不相同,ZK60合金腐蚀坑的形成时间较早(14 d),而添加Gd、Y后的ZK60合金腐蚀坑的形成时间较晚(21 d),添加Gd、Y后ZK60合金的腐蚀产物相对致密.两种镁合金的腐蚀产物均为Mg(OH)2,Mg(OH)2腐蚀产物膜极易发生开裂,形成网块状的腐蚀产物膜.腐蚀产物膜的进一步生长、开裂和脱落,加速了材料的腐蚀流失. 相似文献
