高职高专工程力学教材建设的研究与实践--《工程力学》教材编撰中的几点体会

通过总结高职高专工程力学教材的编写思路和使用效果，探讨了适合于高职教育特点的教材内容体系和研究对象，论证了教材对学生应用能力培养的重要性，同时，界定了课程内容“必需够用”的知识基础和知识要点，尝试并实践了对教材的特色设计和创新内容的开发。     

Self-similar solutions to stellar winds with cosmic rays

A two-fluid model is used to study the time evolution of stellar winds including the dynamical effect of cosmic rays. Neglecting the diffusion of cosmic rays, we seek self-similar solutions to spherically symmetric winds with a termination shock. The velocity upstream of the shock is taken to be zero. Physical solutions are those that can connect the shock to the star with the velocity approaching zero at the star. Two parameters govern the behaviour of the solutions, namely, the ratio of the upstream sound speed to the shock speed (in an inertial frame) and the gravitation potential of the central star. In some parameter regimes, no physical solution is possible.

对等性权利义务下的我国农业补贴法律制度研究

农业、农村经济的发展以及农民收入的增长是关系国家和社会利益的一件大事。在当前我国社会经济发展前提下，根据权利与义务的对等性理念，分析农业的特性，得出农业具有先义务性，存在权利与义务非对等性的现象，以此揭示农业补贴得以存在的本质内涵，即弥补这种先义务性，寻求权利与义务的数量等值。最后得出必须通过建立完善的农业补贴法律制度，达到权利与义务的对等，保证正当权利的实现，使其获得正当利益，最终使社会正义得以体现。     

Morphology and Frictional Characteristics Under Electrical Currents of Al203/Cu Composites Prepared by Internal Oxidation

Two AhO3/Cu composites containing 0.24 wt.% A1203 and 0.60 wt.% A1203 separately are prepared by internal oxidation.Effectsof sliding speed and pressure on the fi-ictional characteristics of the composites and copper against brass are investigated and compared.The changes in morphology of the sliding surface and subsurface are examined with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrum (EDS).The results show that the wear resistance of the AI203/Cu composites is superior to that of copperunder the same conditions.Under a given electrical current,the wear rate of AI203/Cu composites decreases as the AleO3-content increases.However,the wear rates of the Al203/Cu composites and copper increase as the sliding speed and pressure increase under drysliding condition.The main wear mechanisms for AleO3/Cu composites are of abrasion and adhesion;for copper,it is adhesion,although wear by oxidation and electrical erosion can also be observed as the speed and pressure rise.

要正确评价改革开放三十年，需要注意几个重大问题：高度评价改革开放30年不等于贬低甚至否定前29年；建立社会主义市场经济体制不等于否定计划经济体制的意义；提出中国特色社会主义理论体系，不等于否定毛泽东思想的重要意义；提出科学发展观不等于否定“以经济建设为中心”。     

乡镇财政风险的外部因素分析及对策

乡镇财政风险影响着基层政权的正常运转与稳定，是制约地方经济发展，关系社会稳定的重大问题。近几年，随着我国农村税费改革的推进，乡镇财政潜伏的风险和隐患也日益增多。文章仅就造成乡镇财政风险的外部因素进行了分析，并提出了规范政府行为、完善财税管理体制、提高财政资源使用效率等对策建议。     

高超声速边界层的转捩及预测

首先描述了边界层转捩的基本过程及研究内容。在此基础上,指出了高超声速边界层不同于不可压缩边界层的流动不稳定性特性,并介绍了边界层的转捩机理与感受性特征;给出了高超声速三维边界层中预测转捩的常用方法,并着重介绍了多用于工程实际的e N方法以及对e N方法的理性改进,同时列举了在高超声速三维边界层中应用e N方法实现转捩预测的多个实例。最后,分析并总结了高超声速边界层转捩预测所存在的困难及需要解决的问题。     

三维数模随动下的机翼结构重量优化

目前,基于快速建模下的重量重心估算系统得到了快速发展。为了进一步提高结构重量估算精度,研究了如何在重量重心快速分析(WCGA)系统环境中构建优化模块。以机翼结构重量优化为例,提出优化流程,对优化模块功能进行分解,给出模型简化要求。以A320飞机机翼为例,对梁和长桁进行优化,结果显示,经过优化,有效减轻了结构重量,且相比于传统的减重优化设计方法,极大提高了计算效率。
