高压质子交换膜水电解技术研究

介绍了国内外质子交换膜水电解技术的研究进展,讨论了阳极催化剂材料、膜厚度、电流密度对膜电极电化学性能的影响,利用高压水电解制氧测试平台分析了高压大功率质子交换膜水电解器的工作性能和长期运行稳定性的影响。结果表明,以Ir O2复合金属氧化物催化剂的膜电极,在80℃和1.0 A/cm2的条件下,电解单槽电压不大于1.75 V,水电解器氧气输出压力达到5 MPa,最大产氧量为3.6 Nm3/h,氧气纯度不小于99.5%,研制的水电解器具备在高压、大电流密度下稳定工作的能力。     

抗H2S毒化的载体催化元件

载体催化元件是最为常用的矿下瓦斯浓度检测器件，它灵敏度较高，线性度好，可精确地检测瓦斯浓度。为了克服其容易H2S中毒的缺点，采用并改进了现有的防中毒方法，明显地提高了元件的抗中毒能力。

Fabrication of Diamond-like Carbon Films by Ion Assisted Middle Frequency Unbalanced Magnetron Sputtering

Diamond-like carbon （DLC） films are deposited by the Hall ion source assisted by the mid-frequency unbalanced magnetron sputtering technique. The effects of the substrate voltage bias, the substrate temperature, the Hall discharging current and the argon/nitrogen ratio on the DLC film＇s performance were studied. The experimental results show that the film＇s surface roughness, the hardness and the Young＇s modulus increase firstly and then decrease with the bias voltage incrementally increases. Also when the substrate temperature rises, the surface roughness of the film varies slightly, but its hardness and Young＇s modulus firstly increase followed by a sharp decrease when the temperature surpassing 120 ℃. With the Hall discharging current incrementally rising, the hardness and Young＇s modulus of the film decrease and the surface roughness of the film on 316L stainless steel firstly decreased and then remains constant.     

铝合金阳极化出现木纹状膜层原因分析

以超硬铝合金棒材加工的加强接头零件，在阳极化处理后发现阳极化膜层呈木纹状形貌，为确定其产生的原因及对产品造成的影响，综合运用力学性能、化学分析及金相组织分析手段进行分析试验，并得出铝合金纵向强化效应是产生此问题的主要原因。     

高精密石英谐振器高频感应封接工艺

高频感应封接是利用高频电磁场在可伐金属环中产生高频感应电流,生成热来溶化可伐金属环和邻近的玻璃,达到封接的目的。文中介绍了高频感应封接装置,可伐金属环的处理、玻璃底座和玻璃外壳的加工方法。     

铝及铝合金阳极化染色—电解着色研究

对铝及铝合金阳极化染色—电解着色技术进行了研究,丰富了阳极化着色技术种类,并对铝合金阳极化工艺参数及染色—电解着色工艺参数进行了优选,使其工艺过程稳定,着色色调丰富,制备出的染色—电解着色膜经耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、耐光性试验证明其性能优良。     

Electrochemical micromachining of micro-dimple arrays on cylindrical inner surfaces using a dry-film photoresist

The application of surface textures has been employed to improve the tribological performance of various mechanical components. Various techniques have been used for the application of surface textures such as micro-dimple arrays, but the fabrication of such arrays on cylindrical inner surfaces remains a challenge. In this study, a dry-film photoresist is used as a mask during through-mask electrochemical micromachining to successfully prepare micro-dimple arrays with dimples 94 lm in diameter and 22.7 lm deep on cylindrical inner surfaces, with a machining time of 9 s and an applied voltage of 8 V. The versatility of this method is demonstrated, as are its potential low cost and high efficiency. It is also shown that for a fixed dimple depth, a smaller dimple diameter can be obtained using a combination of lower current density and longer machining time in a passivating sodium nitrate electrolyte.     

冷却环带结构形态及离心角度对流场的影响

为了优化冷却环带局部喷注结构的型面参数,延长液膜存续寿命,采用广义超临界流体定义方法,对高压液氧煤油火箭发动机推力室第一环带的液膜流动特性进行了数值研究。分析了喷注结构的内边弧度半径和冷却剂的入射离心角度对流线发展、介质分布、湍流动能等的影响。结果表明,受超临界流体物性参数的突变影响,入口上、下游壁面处均会出现涡流效应,阻碍当地对流换热作用,阻断液膜铺展并引起液壁分离现象,加剧气液卷吸掺混;增大内弧半径可扩大液膜有效区域,半径为2.0mm时,有效区占比为59.2%;提高入射离心角可显著减弱涡流效应;2.0mm的内弧半径和84°的入射离心角为最佳工况组合,采用该方案可大幅优化液膜的稳定性和顺滑性。
