多因素组合下发射载体出管速度偏差预估方法

运用极限偏差、合成标准差、统计分析、蒙特卡洛仿真等多种预估方法,对发射载体出管速度偏差进行对比分析。分析结果表明,极限偏差法工程应用成熟,但预估结果偏于保守,适用于影响因素尚未认知完全的工程型号;对于影响因素比较明确的系统,运用统计分析法、合成标准差法得到的发射载体出管速度预估值一致性好,方法简单,且具有较高的准确性;蒙特卡洛法计算过程复杂,可通过大量仿真计算获取出管速度的分布特性,得到对应不同指标的分布概率,相比其他几种方法,计算结果更加科学、合理。工程型号应用时,可根据实际需要组合使用上述方法进行发射载体出管速度偏差预估分析。     

Comparison of alternative route selection strategies based on simulation optimization

Air traffic flow management (ATFM) is a collaborative process between the airspace provider and the airspace users. The result of the collaboration should be an outcome that maxi-mizes the utility of the system without excessively penalizing any of the agents. This paper develops a discrete-event simulation model which consists of aggregate departure/arrival airports, flight routes, and sectors for evaluating the alternative collaborative route selection strategy. Given the different perspectives from air traffic control center (ACC) and airlines, eight performance-metrics and five alternative route selection strategies represent the past, current and proposed air traffic flow management operations that were evaluated. The Monte Carlo method combined with the Optimal Computing Budget Allocation (OCBA) simulation optimization technique is employed to assess the performance of different strategies. A case study of the upper air routes in central and southern China shows that the proposed model can be readily implemented to simulate different kinds of air traffic flow management strategies and predict the effect of changes on the airspace sys-tem. It also shows that the proposed alternative collaborative route selection strategy is an effective way in alleviating the en-route traffic congestion.

本文论述以色列飞机工业公司（IAI）鉴定机载火控雷达（FCR）EL4032的空中试验大纲。叙述了大纲规则、试验方法、试验阶段、试验计划、被试系统和试验数据处理专用设备。被试雷达具有空对空（A／A）上视（LU）和下视（LD）能力以及空对地（MG）金天侯能力。EL-2032FCR空中试验在满足计划节点和预算方面的成功，某种程度上依赖于采用了完善的空中试验计划系统（FTPS）、高度专业的机载数据处理系统（ADAS）以及集成和兼容实时标定地面数据处理系统（GDAS）。这些工具集成为完整的工作系统是试验大纲高效的关键。     

Friction and Wear Properties of Amorphous Carbon Nitride Coatings in Water Lubrication

The friction and wear properties of amorphous carbon nitride(a-CN x)coatings in water lubrication were reviewed.The influences of mating materials and tribological variables such as normal load(W)and sliding speed(V)on the friction and wear properties of the a-CN x coatings were analyzed.It was indicated that the specific wear rate of the a-CN x coatings was related to the hydration reaction of mating materials with water.If the mating materials were easily hydrated,the specific wear rate of a-CN x coatings was low.The water-lubricated properties of the a-CN x coatings were better in comparison to the a-C coatings.The a-CN x/Si-based non-oxide ceramics tribo-pairs exhibited the lowest friction coefficient and wear rate.To describe their friction and wear properties at the normal loads of 3—15Nand the sliding speeds of 0.05—0.5m/s,the wear-mechanism maps for the a-CN x/SiC(Si3N4)tribo-pairs in water were developed.     

Conformal Multi-resolution Time-Domain Method for Scattering Curved Dielectric Objects

A conformal multi-resolution time-domain （CMRTD） method is presented for modeling curved objects. The effective dielectric constant and area weighting are used to derive the update equations of CMRTD. The back- ward scattering bistatic radar cross sections （RCS） of the dielectric cylinder and ellipsoid are used to validate the proposed method. The results show that the proposed conformal method is more accurate to deal with the complex curved objects in electromagnetic simulations.
