嵌入式存储器自修复电路的设计与仿真

介绍了一种存储器自修复电路的仿真设计，其中内建自测试模块中的地址生成器采用LFSR设计，它面积开销相当小，从而大大降低了整个测试电路的硬件开销。而内建自修复模块采用基于一维冗余（冗余行块）结构的修复策略设计。通过16×32比特SRAM自修复电路设计实验验证了此方法的可行性。

故障终止的PLP与HPP的经典双样预测

对故障终止的PLP与HPP，给出了双样预测的Frequentist（也称经典）预测子与预测区间，提出了预测区间系数的计算方法，给出了应用于存在显著可靠性增长且符合PLP的失败终止的成败型数据的方法，并用数值例说明之。     

商用飞机单价估算方法

对于100座级以上的大型商用喷气式飞机，开发了一种新颖、灵活和取向设计的单价估算方法。该方法基于现行的技术和成本数据，按照已制定的工程技术标准筛选全部的统计数据，并利用回归分析获得综合的成本估算关系。通过计算机程序计算被选模型，可得到快捷、灵活和精确的成本预算，分析变量影响成本的灵敏度，并可进行成本比较。通过在新飞机上应用该方法来测试其正确性，新飞机不在样本飞机之列。通过详细分析和比较这些结果确立了该量化方法。     

ATM数据网中的MPLS技术

为了解决目前ATM网中IP业务所面临的问题，我们采用了多协议标签交换（MPLS），MPLS可以用在现有的主干ATM数据网上，MPLS能在主干网上大大提高IP转发性能，并提供业务分类（CoS）以及业务质量保证（QoS），在这些网络上实现高性能的IP业务.     

弧面分度凸轮机构参数优化设计的一种新方法

在机械工程中，原始参数的选择和结构参数的设计是否合理决定了产品的质量和产品各方面性能的优劣，从优化设计思想着手，充分考虑到弧面分度凸轮机构的结构特点，采用了交互式多目标优化方法——权空间法，并将此方法与约束变尺度（ＷＨＰ）法相结合，进而解决弧面分度凸轮机构参数优化设计的问题。

介绍了笔者在上世纪90年代参加美国质量学会（ASQ）注册可靠性工程师（CRE）资格考试．以及参加ASQ下属可靠性分会咨询组和CRE命题小组工作的亲身经历和感想。

Simulation of Wave Impact on Three-Dimensional Horizontal Plate Based on SPH Method

An improved three-dimensional incompressible smooth particle hydrodynamics （ISPH） model is developed to simulate the impact of regular wave on a horizontal plate. The improvement is the employment of a corrective function to enhance angular momentum conservation in a particle-based calculation. And a new estimation method is proposed to predict the pressure on the horizontal plate. Then, the model simulates the variation characteristics of impact pressures generated by regular wave slamming. The main features of velocity field and pressure field near the plate are presented. The present numerical model can be used to study wave impact load on the horizontal plate.     

Performance of Cross-Layer Design with Power Allocation in Space-Time Coded MIMO Systems

A cross-layer design（CLD）scheme with combination of power allocation,adaptive modulation（AM）and automatic repeat request（ARQ）is presented for space-time coded MIMO system under imperfect feedback,and the corresponding system performance is investigated in a Rayleigh fading channel.Based on imperfect feedback information,a suboptimal power allocation（PA）scheme is derived to maximize the average spectral efficiency（SE）of the system.The scheme is based on a so-called compressed SNR criterion,and has a closed-form expression for positive power allocation,thus being computationally efficient.Moreover,it can improve SE of the presented CLD.Besides,due to better approximation,it obtains the performance close to the existing optimal approach which requires numerical search.Simulation results show that the proposed CLD with PA can achieve higher SE than the conventional CLD with equal power allocation scheme,and has almost the same performance as CLD with optimal PA.However,it has lower calculation complexity.
