Vibration monitoring by virtual sensing methods has been well developed for linear time-invariant structures with limited sensors. However, few methods are proposed for Time-Varying (TV) structures which are inevitable in aerospace engineering. The core of vibration monitoring for TV structures is to describe the TV structural dynamic characteristics with accuracy and efficiency. This paper propose a new method using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks for Continuously Variable Configuration Structures (CVCSs), which is an important subclass of TV structures. The configuration parameters are used to represent the time-varying dynamic characteristics by the “freezing” method. The relationship between TV dynamic characteristics and vibration responses is established by LSTM, and can be generalized to estimate the responses with unknown TV processes benefiting from the time translation invariance of LSTM. A numerical example and a liquid-filled pipe experiment are used to test the performance of the proposed method. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can accurately estimate the unmeasured responses for CVCSs to reveal the actual characteristics in time-domain and modal-domain. Besides, the average one-step estimation time of responses is less than the sampling interval. Thus, the proposed method is promising to on-line estimate the important responses of TV structures.  相似文献

针对可重构航天器需要考虑几何和性能双重约束的特点,为了充分发挥概念设计阶段具有较大创新空间的优势,提出了一种基于可视化模型的可重构航天器概念设计方法,给出了具有良好开放性和可扩展性的平台体系框架,搭建了具有高真实度交互界面和快速性能评估功能的可重构航天器概念设计平台,可实现不同可重构航天器构型的拼装。算例表明,所提出的概念设计方法可以满足可重构航天器的概念设计需求,搭建的平台能为可重构航天器概念设计方案论证提供条件保障。   相似文献

针对运载火箭的时变结构模态参数辨识问题进行研究,基于时变自回归滑动平均(TARMA)模型,提出一种时变结构模态参数辨识的确定性演化方法。该方法利用小波基函数的良好局部函数拟合能力,将墨西哥帽小波函数作为TARMA模型时变系数的空间基底,构建了基于小波函数的泛函序列时变自回归滑动平均(FS-TARMA)模型,并发展了两步最小二乘估计方法,实现了时变系数的解耦估计。通过有限单元法,建立了阿里安V号芯级运载火箭时变有限元模型,对所提辨识方法进行了验证,结果表明:墨西哥帽小波基FS-TARMA方法能够有效地辨识系统的时变模态参数;与传统傅里叶基FS-TARMA方法相比,具有更好的辨识精度,并且能够准确地反映出模态局部细节特征。  相似文献

采用伪速度冲击响应谱(PVSRS)对航天器蜂窝夹层结构进行了冲击破坏边界评估。目前航天领域常用的冲击响应谱(SRS)是绝对加速度谱(AASRS),相较于绝对加速度谱,伪速度谱能更清楚地显示出结构在低频、中频和高频段不同的冲击响应特征。分析了弹性力和惯性力在低频、中频和高频段对结构安全性的影响,据此在对数四坐标伪速度谱上给出了相应的结构破坏边界。以一典型蜂窝夹层结构为研究对象,通过有限元分析计算得到的结构破坏边界与伪速度谱给出的结构破坏边界符合得较好。在航天器结构冲击安全性研究领域,本文采用的伪速度谱结构冲击破坏边界是对目前常用的加速度谱方法的一个有益补充。  相似文献

The vibration characteristics of composite vertical stabilizer skin structures play a critical role in damping effects designed for overcoming the air disturbances experienced by aircraft structural components during flight. The first-order fundamental frequencies and their corresponding damping characteristics of the vertical stabilizer skin structure tow-steered by automatic fiber placement technique were optimized with the parameterized trajectories and plies as design variables. Firstly, the vibration and damping numerical models were derived based on Kirchhoff laminate theory, the Rayleigh-Ritz method, and the Strain Energy Method. Then the optimization model was developed by adopting the self-adaptive Differential Evolution Multi-objective optimization algorithm and incorporating the solution method of Pareto Front. The constraints of this optimization model considered the experimentally obtained minimum turning radius of prepregs tow-steered in automatic fiber placement process obtained from experimental tests. Finally, the comparison of numerical simulation results was conducted for the optimized trajectories and the conventional straight trajectories under various boundary conditions, and the numerical results were partially validated through damping and frequency tests. The results indicate the vibration characteristics of the composite vertical stabilizer skin structure can be enhanced to a large extent by optimizing fiber trajectories, and the enhancement percentage is affected by the boundary conditions of the actual structure.  相似文献

流体网络法对喷管气膜冷却问题具有独特的优势,但难以反映出入流对冷却气流道静压变化的影响。针对此引入了可反映出入流导致静压变化的管道元件,并基于孔口速度落后角对静压变化量进行了建模。验证算例表明,这一改进使沿程静压变化趋势与实际吻合较好,使冷却气流量分配计算误差降低到0.5%以下。将改进后的流体网络法与主流通道的计算流体力学模拟耦合用于分析喷管冷却气流量分配,与全计算流体力学模拟相比结果差异小于1.2%,且大幅降低计算量;在某型喷管设计中的应用表明,可以有效反映冷却结构改变对冷却气流量分配的影响。   相似文献

为了研究铝蜂窝在准静态异面压缩下的平均塑性坍塌应力,基于简化的基本折叠单元理论,以单个完整铝蜂窝六边形单元为研究对象,根据能量守恒定律,形成一个基本折叠单元外力所做的功等于屈曲能和膜能的总和,由此分别假设铝蜂窝材料服从Tresca屈服准则或Mises屈服准则,给出了两个准静态异面压缩下铝蜂窝平均塑性坍塌应力的理论计算公式,试验结果验证了理论推导的正确性。提出的公式对研究铝蜂窝的异面压缩性能具有一定的工程指导意义。  相似文献

The dynamics of a multi-tethered satellite formation is considered here, in order to derive a minimum complexity model that successfully represents its dynamics under the action of gravity gradient force and tether tension, where tethers are modeled by means of a sequence of point-masses and massless springs (bead model). The results thus obtained are compared with those derived for a simple, massless tether model, in order to highlight the effects of tether mass on the resulting open-loop behavior. The analysis is performed by means of numerical simulation of the considered models. Once the dynamic behavior of the formation is identified for the nominal values of tether characteristics, the problems raised by the presence of tether mass are highlighted and possible solutions are outlined, when possible. A parametric analysis with respect to the tether linear mass, damping and stiffness is also discussed.  相似文献

The capacity to acquire the relative position and attitude information between the chaser and the target satellites in real time is one of the necessary prerequisites for the successful implementation of autonomous rendezvous and docking. This paper addresses a vision based relative position and attitude estimation algorithm for the final phase of spacecraft rendezvous and docking. By assuming that the images of feature points on the target satellite lie within the convex regions, the estimation of the relative position and attitude is converted into solving a convex optimization problem in which the dual quaternion method is employed to represent the rotational and translational transformation between the chaser body frame and the target body frame. Due to the point-to-region correspondence instead of the point-to-point correspondence is used, the proposed estimation algorithm shows good performance in robustness which is verified through computer simulations.  相似文献
