The governments’ priority and budgets for space activities are steadily decreasing and the importance of space activities is not any longer reaching the front pages of the newspaper, as in the 1960s. On the other hand in Europe the people, at large, have shown an important interest and support for space activities. A contribution to bridge the gap between decreasing funding and important support of citizen can come from teaching space policy in universities as well as in special workshops for government, industrial and military circles. A longitudinal-lateral control coordination and simplification concept is considered for a tunnel/predictor display, which presents the command flight path and a specified future aircraft position in a 3-dimensional format to the pilot, for improving flight path control. A basic element of the proposed concept is the generation of common longitudinal-lateral transfer characteristics of the predictor-aircraft system for the crossover frequency region. Control coordination is supported by a dynamics similarity between the longitudinal and the lateral response characteristics of the predictor position in closed-loop pilot control actions. The control coordination and simplification concept is considered to support the pilot in manual flight path control, directed at an enhancement of his control performance and at a reduction of his workload. Results from pilot-in-the-loop simulation experiments support the theoretical findings and show the effectiveness of the proposed predictor concept with control coordination. 相似文献

The effects of parameter uncertainty on the flutter characteristics of a two-dimensional airfoil in an incompressible flow were investigated through Gegenbauer polynomial approximation. The uncertain parameters, such as the linear and cubic pitch stiffness coefficients are modeled as bounded random variables with λ-PDFs (probability density functions). With the aid of Gegenbauer polynomial approximation, the two-dimensional stochastic airfoil system is transformed at first into its equivalent deterministic one. Then the Hopf-bifurcation point is determined through the equivalent deterministic system, and the onset of the flutter, together with the flutter frequency against the probability density distribution parameter and the intensity of the random variable is explored. In addition, the ranges of the peak pitch and plunge responses against the flight speed and the PDFs of the peak pitch response are obtained. Numerical results show how the probability density distribution parameters and the intensities of random parameters affect the flutter onset speed, flutter angular frequency, the upper and lower boundaries of peak responses, and the PDFs of peak responses. 相似文献

The objective of this paper is to present the experience of EADS in using a common test support system for integration and qualification testing, aircraft ground equipment (AGE), in-service software maintenance facilities (ISMF) and ground crew training. EADS uses its test support system AIDASS (Advanced Integrated Data Acquisition and Stimulation System) in different phases of the aircraft life cycle. AIDASS is comprised of a real-time front-end system and a standard PC for the user interface. The EADS test support system is used in almost all phases of the aircraft life cycle, for instance, for integration and verification testing, as aircraft ground equipment, for in-service software maintenance and training of ground crews. A new paradigm is suggested for 3D magnetic reconnection where the interaction of reconnection processes with current aligned
instabilities plays an important role. According to the new paradigm, the initial equilibrium is rendered unstable by current
aligned instabilities (lower-hybrid drift instability first, drift-kink instability later) and the non-uniform development
of kinking modes leads to a compression of magnetic field lines in certain locations and a rarefaction in others. The areas
where the flow is compressional are subjected to a driven reconnection process. In the present paper we illustrate this series
of events with a selection of simulation results.

国际贸易中的标准问题是产生贸易壁垒的一个很重要的方面,世贸组织虽然为解决这一问题做出了一些规定,采取了一些措施,但是实际效果并不好,很多的成员国并没遵守有关的规则,兑现各自的承诺。而且随着世界经济区域集团化,各种区域性标准在对内起到保护作用的同时,对外则建起新的贸易保护障碍。解决国际贸易中的标准问题,应该从两方面着手,一是加强双边合作,二是加强多方位合作。双边合作是解决标准问题直接而有效的途径,随着贸易的全球化发展,标准统一化是最终的趋势。 相似文献
