Modeling of Heat Conduction in Thermoplastic Honeycomb Core/Face Sheet Fusion Bonding

Honeycomb sandwich materials have been widely used in aerospace industry as secondary structural materials or interior panels. Recently the research of full thermoplastic honeycomb sandwich materials has been of interest due to their recyclability. In their production, they usually demand an adhesive-free process, namely fusion bonding, to connect thermoplastic honeycomb core and face sheets. It is a heat induced process where a parameter of temperature should be well controlled to guarantee the product quality. This article presents a mathematical model of heat conduction to analyze the transient temperature distribution from heating tools towards inner part of the core under fusion bonding conditions. In order to simplify the complexity of 3D honeycomb geometry, a homogenization method is used to obtain average thermal properties of the honeycomb along the major heat flux direction. The model is validated by comparing with the results of in-situ temperature measurement during fusion bonding. The presented model can also be applied to analyzing general out-of-plane heat conduction through honeycomb sandwich structures made from other materials.     

一种J2ME与J2EE平台集成方法

为了解决J2ME平台处理数据能力有限、持久化存储空间有限的问题,提出了一种J2ME平台与J2EE平台集成的方法,该方法通过HTTP协议把J2ME端的请求发送到J2EE端处理,减轻了J2ME端的负荷;在J2EE端采用了轻量级的Web开发框架Struts和Hibernate,分离了处理逻辑,减轻了程序开发的负担,同时整个集成平台符合MVC设计思想。     

A micro-gravity simulation of the Marangoni convection

An experimental verification of Marangoni convection in the liquid inter-space between two-coaxial discs is carried out at reduced gravity effect using small Bond's number obtained by choice of small characteristical diameter. Silicon oil is used as working fluid. The upper or lower disc can be heated electrically. The flow is visualized by illuminating fine powder of Titandioxide in the fluid with a vertical “light cut” of about 0.1 mm thickness, which is produced by a laser with a cylindrical glass rod and a microscope objective. Photographs and moving pictures are taken from a TV monitor. From these the vortex configuration and the velocity distribution can be determined, which would be expected for the Marangoni convection in the zero-g condition, for example in the spacelab.     

A sounding rocket experiment on the marangoni convection

During a 6-minutes free flight of a sounding rocket an experiment on the thermal Marangoni convection in a right circular cylindric floating zone was carried out to verify the thermal Marangoni convection by flow visualisation for the first time at 10^?4 g. From the motion picture analysis the velocity distributions are obtained. The interdependence between the two velocity maxima and the S-shaped temperature distribution on the free surface is discussed. The influence of the heat transfer caused by the flow of the surrounding air induced by the thermal Marangoni convection itself is considered briefly.

围绕我区能源工业的发展概况及对人才力资源需求的结构和需求趋势,就高等职业教育城市热能应用技术专业建设的课程内容设置进行了探索。认为只有做好充分的市场做调研,依据人才市场需求制定科学的专业建设规划和课程设置,培养出的人才才能在市场的竞争取得优势,形成广西高等职业教育能源人才培养的特色。     

麦道某型飞机系统装配分析

从民用飞机的安全性出发，在分析麦道某型飞机液压系统及操纵系统的特点的基础上，研究其使用的特殊连接件及其加工手段。通过对这些连接件的研究，不仅使我们掌握了其加工方法，提高了飞机的安全性能，也为我们提供研究更多新工艺创造了条件；在保证产品质量的同时，为我们今后在飞机设计及制造中提供了很好的借鉴。     

分布式内存数据库的恢复

对分布式内存数据库的恢复进行了讨论,内容包括:转储、分布式事务提交及日志。在最后提出了一个日志生成算法,该算法针对机群式环境下的应用,对两阶段提交协议(2-Phase-CommitmentProtocol)进行了改进,有着良好的实用前景。
