运载火箭发射场无人值守加注发射技术研究

针对我国火箭在发射场射前操作项目多、保障人员多的问题，分析了国内外火箭发射场无人值守加注发射的现状。结合火箭射前状态，从火箭系统、地面测发控系统和发射场系统等方面提出了无人值守加注发射总体方案，通过火箭状态远程监测及故障处理技术、连接器零秒脱落技术、箭地接口组合连接技术、连接器自动对接技术和火工品自动短路保护与解保技术等关键技术研究，可提高人员和产品的安全性，为后续我国火箭实现无人值守加注发射提供参考。     

Initial virtual flight test for a dynamically similar aircraft model with control augmentation system

To satisfy the validation requirements of flight control law for advanced aircraft,a wind tunnel based virtual flight testing has been implemented in a low speed wind tunnel.A 3-degree-offreedom gimbal,ventrally installed in the model,was used in conjunction with an actively controlled dynamically similar model of aircraft,which was equipped with the inertial measurement unit,attitude and heading reference system,embedded computer and servo-actuators.The model,which could be rotated around its center of gravity freely by the aerodynamic moments,together with the flow field,operator and real time control system made up the closed-loop testing circuit.The model is statically unstable in longitudinal direction,and it can fly stably in wind tunnel with the function of control augmentation of the flight control laws.The experimental results indicate that the model responds well to the operator's instructions.The response of the model in the tests shows reasonable agreement with the simulation results.The difference of response of angle of attack is less than 0.5°.The effect of stability augmentation and attitude control law was validated in the test,meanwhile the feasibility of virtual flight test technique treated as preliminary evaluation tool for advanced flight vehicle configuration research was also verified.     

KJY-Ⅱ型精密孔径仪研制中的质量管理

科研成果商品化是我们科研所走向市场的途径之一，而商品化最重要的环节是生产过程的质量管理。本文介绍了在KJY-Ⅱ型精密孔径仪研制中取得的质量管理经验，其中一些内容涉及了小批量生产的质量管理规律。     

半球谐振陀螺控制及补偿技术

首先介绍了半球谐振陀螺(HRG)发展历程，分析国内外研究现状并总结了现阶段半球谐振陀螺发展趋势；其次讨论了半球谐振陀螺控制技术，包括不同条件下驻波的激励检测方法、陀螺工作模式、驻波控制方案，以及一种全新的频率调制控制方案；另外，分别以驻波调制补偿、电极增益补偿、多陀螺补偿以及环境载荷补偿为例，分析了控制方案补偿、器件补偿、系统补偿以及场景补偿等四种半球谐振陀螺补偿技术；最后通过对现有技术和研究的分析，提出了半球谐振陀螺控制及补偿技术未来的发展方向。     

单框架控制力矩陀螺复合操纵律设计

为改善单框架控制力矩陀螺(SGCMG)动态操纵律的奇异回避和逃逸性能,文章设计了一种基于前馈和反馈的复合操纵律.当SGCMG系统远离奇异时,不引入前馈,仅采用基于反馈的动态操纵律;当SGCMG系统接近或陷入奇异时,在动态操纵律的基础上,引入前馈信息,辅助SGCMG系统回避或逃逸奇异.复合操纵律不但可以保留动态操纵律的优点,不需计算Jacobi矩阵的伪逆,计算简单,易于实现,而且可以逃逸椭圆型内部奇点.对某SGCMG系统的仿真结果表明,复合操纵律是可行的.     

EVA与现金流量在企业财务战略中的影响及应用

财务战略是企业战略的隶属部分 ,在企业战略中居于核心地位。EVA及现金流量与资本联系紧密 ,反映了企业创造的价值和资金的运转状况 ,两者已经成为衡量企业绩效的最重要指标。结合EVA和现金流量在财务管理中的作用 ,运用财务状况四分图区分企业所处的财务状况 ,为处于不同财务状况的企业提供相匹配的财务战略。     

A 3D hybrid grid generation technique and a multigrid/parallel algorithm based on anisotropic agglomeration approach

A hybrid grid generation technique and a multigrid/parallel algorithm are presented in this paper for turbulence flow simulations over three-dimensional (3D) complex geometries. The hybrid grid generation technique is based on an agglomeration method of anisotropic tetrahedrons. Firstly, the complex computational domain is covered by pure tetrahedral grids, in which anisotropic tetrahedrons are adopted to discrete the boundary layer and isotropic tetrahedrons in the outer field. Then, the anisotropic tetrahedrons in the boundary layer are agglomerated to generate prismatic grids. The agglomeration method can improve the grid quality in boundary layer and reduce the grid quantity to enhance the numerical accuracy and efficiency. In order to accelerate the convergence history, a multigrid/parallel algorithm is developed also based on anisotropic agglomeration approach. The numerical results demonstrate the excellent accelerating capability of this multigrid method.     

人机闭环组合特性试验研究

综合介绍ＢＷ－１变稳飞机测定人机闭环组合特性的试验方法，驾驶员评定方法及试验数据的分析内容。在ＢＷ－１变稳飞机试验中，用驾驶员的定性分析数据与仪器记录的定量分析数据结合起来综合权衡的方法测定人机闭环组合特性。     

疲劳试验中的数据处理

从疲劳试验工作的实际出发，介绍与疲劳问题有关的数理统计方法。该方法使分散性很大的疲劳试验结果得以合理处理，从而可准确地提供试验数据，供作材料疲劳鉴定与疲劳寿命估算之用。     

自由飞模型在低雷诺数时舵偏角的模拟与修正

由于自由飞模型的试验雷诺数较低而产生了尺度效应,为探论某种四发水上飞机自由飞模型升降舵偏角的模拟和修正,本文叙述了该尾翼的风洞试验,并加以分析比较,初步得出多种模型与预测的舵偏角之间的舵偏等效线,以便在试验和预测中选用。这种试验方法和结果对其它形式的模型试验也有一定的参考价值。
