新存货计价法对宏观经济的影响

新的《企业会计准则第1号——存货》废除了存货结算的后进先出法，反映了我国会计准则与国际准则的趋同。在我国目前的经济环境下，先进先出法对我国宏观经济具有利好作用，具体表现在以下方面：（1）在物价持续上升时期有助于企业提高价值，增强投资者对我国总体经济走势的信心；（2）在保持企业稳定发展的同时，税收的增加可以充裕财政，加强政府对我国经济的宏观调控；（3）可以真实反映国有企业资产价值，避免国有资产流失。     

New Horizons Mission Design

In the first mission to Pluto, the New Horizons spacecraft was launched on January 19, 2006, and flew by Jupiter on February 28, 2007, gaining a significant speed boost from Jupiter’s gravity assist. After a 9.5-year journey, the spacecraft will encounter Pluto on July 14, 2015, followed by an extended mission to the Kuiper Belt objects for the first time. The mission design for New Horizons went through more than five years of numerous revisions and updates, as various mission scenarios regarding routes to Pluto and launch opportunities were investigated in order to meet the New Horizons mission’s objectives, requirements, and goals. Great efforts have been made to optimize the mission design under various constraints in each of the key aspects, including launch window, interplanetary trajectory, Jupiter gravity-assist flyby, Pluto–Charon encounter with science measurement requirements, and extended mission to the Kuiper Belt and beyond. Favorable encounter geometry, flyby trajectory, and arrival time for the Pluto–Charon encounter were found in the baseline design to enable all of the desired science measurements for the mission. The New Horizons mission trajectory was designed as a ballistic flight from Earth to Pluto, and all energy and the associated orbit state required for arriving at Pluto at the desired time and encounter geometry were computed and specified in the launch targets. The spacecraft’s flight thus far has been extremely efficient, with the actual trajectory error correction ΔV being much less than the budgeted amount.

线性调频半导体激光衍射光栅干涉仪

介绍一种以线性调频半导体激光为光源的衍射光栅干涉仪。激光与光栅上衍射的±１级衍射波会合，由于有光程差而发生光拍频，测量拍频信号的相位移则可测得光栅的位移。设计了一种克服激光波长漂移和空气折射率变化影响的对称差动光路，使这种方法达到实用化的程度，分辨力达到纳米级。此外，还介绍了应用于接触干涉仪的实验情况。     

环境减灾-1A、1B卫星光学载荷在轨运行情况分析

环境减灾-1A、1B卫星于2008年9月6日发射升空,至2013年7月20日,2颗卫星的4台宽覆盖多光谱CCD相机、1台超光谱成像仪(HSI)和1台红外相机(IRS)已在轨稳定工作近5年,共获取超过61万景2级地面遥感图像数据。文章对在轨运行的光学载荷遥测参数进行了统计和分析,结果表明:DC/DC电压遥测变化量不超过5%,关键光机部位温度遥测变化量小于2.25℃,转动部件电压和电流遥测变化量小于1%,遥测参数均在设计范围内,显示光学载荷在轨稳定正常工作。最后,综合分析了光学载荷图像数据应用情况,分析表明:光学载荷图像数据具有较强的地物影像分类、提取和分辨能力,与国外同类卫星比较,水体识别符合度达到90%以上,旱情分级符合度大于66%,光谱分辨率达到5nm,积雪范围提取精度达到90%以上,在各类应用领域发挥了较大的效能。     

不依赖于分布的置信水平范围的估计方法

在已知合成标准不确定和假定包含因子的条件下，Ｂｉｅｎｇｙｎｅ－Ｃｈｅｂｙｓｈｅｖ不等式给出了置信水平（或置信概率）的取值范围，这个结果不依赖于被测量的概率分布的具体形式。     

飞机纵向驾驶员诱发振荡灵敏度分析

采用系统灵敏度理论，以修正的带宽准则，增益和相位裕度准则以及Ｎｅａｌ－ｓｍｉｔｈ准则等飞机纵向驾驶员诱发振荡（ＰＩＯ）预测准则作为系统指标，建立了参数变化对诱发振荡预测指标影响的灵敏度公式，以ＪＪ７飞机为例，给出了飞机，操纵系统及驾驶员参数上述指标影响的灵敏度，根据计算结果进行了ＰＩＯ参数敏度预测分析，同时与数值仿真结果进行了对比分析。     

Oxygen line mapping of SN 1006 with Suzaku

SN 1006 is one of the supernova remnants (SNRs) with relatively low-temperature electrons, considering the young age of just 1000 years. We carried out SN 1006 mapping observations with the X-ray Imaging Spectrometers (XIS) and the Hard X-ray Detector (HXD) onboard Suzaku, the fifth Japanese X-ray satellite. Thanks to the excellent spectral resolution of XIS in the soft X-ray band, H-like and He-like oxygen emission lines were clearly detected, and we could make a map of the line intensity, and as well as a flux and the photon index of nonthermal component. We found that these parameters have spatial dependences from region to region in the SNR; the north region is bright in nonthermal, while dim in thermal; the east region is bright in both nonthermal and thermal; the inner region shows dim nonthermal and bright thermal emission. The photon index is the smallest in the north region.
