大型回流边界层风洞的气动与结构设计

大型边界层风洞是开展风工程研究的必备装备。以浙江大学ZD-1边界层风洞的研制为背景,详细介绍了大型回流边界层风洞气动设计和立式结构设计中的关键问题,在风洞气动设计时采用了收缩比为4∶1的单回路单试验段气动轮廓,在试验段中设置了0．22°的当量扩散角,对拐角导流片外形作了特殊处理,并采用钢结构与混凝土结构相结合的立式结构。流场校验结果表明,大型回流边界层风洞的气动与结构设计能满足设计要求,某些指标甚至达到航空风洞的标准,在试验段中设置扩散角有利于降低轴向静压梯度,立式结构设计对提高试验段气流的水平均匀性有一定的作用,可为今后类似风洞的研制提供参考。     

Optimized Fuzzy Clustering Method for Health Monitoring of Shield Tunnels

Since health monitoring of shield tunnels generally employs multiple sensors belonging to different types,a fine analysis on massive monitoring data,as well as further quantitative health grading,is really challenging.An optimized fuzzy clustering analysis method based on the fuzzy equivalence relation is proposed for health monitoring of shield tunnels.Clustering results are auto-generated by using fuzzy similarity-valued map.The results follow the idea of unsupervised classification.Moreover,a convenient new health index HI is proposed for a fast tunnel-health grading.A case study on Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel is presented to validate this method.Three types of indicators,namely soil pressure,pore water pressure and steel strain,are used to develop the clustering model.The clustering results are verified by analyzing the engineering geological conditions;the validity and the efficacy of the proposed method are also demonstrated.Further,the fuzzy clustering analysis also represents a potential for identifying abnormal monitoring data.This investigation indicates the fuzzy clustering analysis method is capable of characterizing the fuzziness of tunnel health,and beneficial to clarify the tunnel health evaluation uncertainties.     

基于少量数据确定航空发动机涡轮叶片的寿命分布

通过分析第一级高压涡轮转子(HPT-1)叶片现场故障数据,综合考虑影响HPT-1叶片寿命的因素、故障模式、维修情况等,建立三维数学模型,通过降维处理得出HPT-1叶片寿命分布柱状图,使用最小二乘法减少所拟合的威布尔寿命分布曲线与柱状图之间的误差。为处理现场数据提供一种切实可行的方法,且为航空公司维修管理部门安排HPT-1叶片维修操作提供依据,对减少飞机停机时间、提高航空公司运作效益有着重要的意义。

α、β相分布形态对TC11钛合金高温循环蠕变速率的影响

对TC1 1钛合金施行了不同的热处理制度 ,得到 3种组织形态 ,研究了不同的组织形态的高温循环蠕变。结果表明 ,晶间 β组织具有低的循环蠕变速率 ,而随最大应力的增加 ,蠕变速率增加快 ;而等轴组织和片状组织循环蠕变速率较高 ,但随应力的增加 ,蠕变速率增加较慢。分析认为 ,晶界滑移行为对高温循环蠕变有重要影响

New VF-power system architecture and evaluation for future aircraft

Conventional aircraft power system is a constant-frequency (CF) supply based on mechanical-regulated constant-speed mechanism that has relatively low efficiency. Replacing the CF system with variable-frequency (VF) power improves overall efficiency, and reduce the system's weight and volume. However, this creates a new tier of requirements and design challenges. Novel VF-power architecture is developed with minimization of the power losses throughout the stages of power conversions. Optimal partitioning and grouping of onboard AC loads has been discussed with specific system data. New VF-input multi-functional power converters are also briefly discussed.     

RECENT PROGRESS IN THE PROJECT OF SPACE SOLAR TELESCOPE

In this paper, we introduce some process of the project of Space Solar Telescope in recent two years. The astronomic requirements have been further identified,the mission and operation requirements have been assessed, and some critical technologies have been performed. According to the time schedule, it is esti mated that the engineering model of the spacecraft would be completed and put into test operation in the end of 2004 and the spacecraft would be launched in about 2007.     

线性调节器鲁棒设计法

本文将文献最优控制系统设计加权阵的选择方法推广到鲁棒控制系统设计,进而得到鲁棒控制系统设计的一种新方法。本方法适用于输出反馈系统的最优和鲁棒设计,从而使文献最优全状态反馈系统设计方法成为其一个特例。一个具体实例显示出本方法设计结果具有较文献设计结果较优的性能。     

关于当量空速修正计算的讨论

本文指出了一些手册和教科书中关于当量空速修正计算存在的问题。在讨论了问题的原因后，本文导出了当量空速与校正空速之间的关系；并给出了相应的修正计算图表。
