民用飞机产品客户化里程碑计划编制方法研究

在同质化竞争难以取得市场成功的时代背景下,标准化批量生产模式所生产的产品难以满足客户个性化需求的问题日渐凸显,民用飞机产品同样遭遇了类似问题。 为满足客户的个性化需求赢得更大的市场份额,民用飞机产品客户化是飞机制造商获得市场成功的重要途径。 从客户需求的表达到最终飞机的实物交付有着明确的时间要求,因此,民用飞机产品客户化是具有严格时间约束的工程项目。 简要介绍了飞机产品客户化的基本概念,重点论述了民用飞机产品客户化里程碑计划的制定方法,指导飞机制造商通过识别客户化的关键任务、明确关键任务的周期到确定关键任务的时间节点来最终形成民用飞机产品客户化里程碑计划,用于管控民用飞机客户化工作的计划和过程。     

Adaptive cubature Kalman filter with the estimation of correlation between multiplicative noise and additive measurement noise
