Efficient implementation of Capon and APES for spectral estimation

Both the Capon and APES estimators can be shown to belong to the class of matched-filterbank spectral estimators and can be used to obtain complex spectral estimates that have more narrow spectral peaks and lower sidelobe levels than the fast Fourier transform (FFT) methods. It can also be shown that APES has better statistical performance than Capon. In this paper, we address the issue of how to efficiently implement Capon and APES for spectral estimation     

辽宁对日本贸易及吸收日资效应的实证分析

日本是辽宁重要的经贸国家之一,在辽宁对外经贸中起着极为重要的作用。研究对日经贸关系及其对辽宁经济的影响,有利于辽宁区域经济的发展。从辽宁与日本的经贸关系出发,运用相关的统计数据,建立回归模型来实证分析辽宁与日贸易及吸收日资对辽宁经济所产生的推动效应,最后阐述了辽宁与日本经贸关系的前景,从而对辽宁与日本的经贸关系有更深刻地认识。     

基于DSP2812的三相SPWM波形实现

针对变频技术的核心—SPWM波形的产生和控制,详细介绍了SPWM波形的产生方法,并给出了软件编程。通过以DSP芯片TMS320F2812为核心,利用规则采样法产生SPWM波形,具有速度快,精度高,实时控制能力强,易于频率变换等优点。     

Surface Composition of Vesta: Issues and Integrated Approach

The instruments on the Dawn spacecraft are exceptionally well suited to characterize and map the surface composition of Vesta in an integrated manner. These include a framing camera with multispectral capabilities, a high spectral resolution near-infrared imaging spectrometer, and a gamma-ray and neutron spectrometer. Three examples of issues addressed at Vesta are: (1) What is the composition of Vesta??s interior and differentiation state as exposed by the Great South Crater? (2) How has space weathering affected Vesta, both globally and at a local scale? and (3) Are volatiles or hydrated material present on Vesta??s surface? We predict that Dawn finds many surprises, such as an olivine-bearing mantle exposed near the south-pole, a weakly or un-weathered surface that has been relatively recently resurfaced, and a very thin layer of surficial volatiles derived from interaction with the solar wind.     

ENERGY-SAVING MATCHING STRATEGY AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF PUMPING SYSTEM FOR TRUCK-MOUNTED CONCRETE PUMP

Aiming at the high fuel consumption and use-cost of truck-mounted concrete pump , an energy-saving matching strategy of pumping system is presented and the experimental study is conducted.Since pumping system occupies most resources of engine , the matching strategy between engine and main pump is analyzed to meet the load demand and reduce the engine rational speed drop.The testing method is established to measure the fuel consumption of engine under various working conditions , and the experimental data are analyzed to find the law of the fuel consumption of engine.The system performance can be improved by adjusting the system input value.Finally , the energy-saving matching strategy is established to reduce the fuel consumption of truck for unit workload , which provides a new approach for the energy-saving of truck-mounted concrete pump.     

AIRCRAFT CONCEPT EVALUATION AND EFFECTIVENESS-BASED DECISION-MAKING

Based on effectiveness analysis, a novel method is presented for combat aircraft top-hierarchy concept evaluation and decision-making. Applying multi-criterion decision-making （MCDM） and analytic hierarchy process, the new method can help to overcome the limitations of existing evaluation systems and decision-make methods. The proposed method includes the following process~ （1） Establish a multi-criterion and multi-hierarchy evaluation attribute system by introducing combat effectiveness~ （2） Assign weight to the attributes and normalize them; （3） Evaluate and decision-make top-hierarchy aircraft concept based on effectiveness to reach a satisfactory design by comprehensively applying four multi-criterion decision-making methodologies, i.e. grey correlation pro- jection method, weighted summation method, weighted quadrature method and ideal solution decision-making method, while considering the attribute hierarchy system and the logical relations among the attributes. Finally, an example is given to indicate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.     

民航维修安全质量综合评估与预测

提出了建立量化的民航维修安全质量综合评估系统并对关键性指标的变化趋势进行预测分析的新设想,为民航维修安全管理提供科学的方法和手段,也为航空安全管理系统(SMS)的实施垫定了基础。从安全状况、质量状况、维修能力和维修经济性四个方面,利用模糊数学进行综合评估,形成反映民航维修总体状况的安全质量指数(SQI);同时利用灰色理论中的GM(1,1)模型和时间序列分析模型对未来的趋势进行预测。评估和预测分析的结果为管理者提供准确的决策依据,及时发现不良趋势并采取相应的预防措施,确保航空安全。     

推力级数、推力比和推力作用时间对弹道散布的影响

用详细的计算数据，在保持计算条件和总冲不变的情况下，分析了二级推力和三级推力方案时的方向密集度，从而得出了二级推力方案的方向密集度优于三级的结论，同时，提出了使方向密集度最小的最佳转换时间。     

基于PXI的液体姿轨控火箭发动机试验测控系统设计与实现

针对液体姿轨控火箭发动机地面试验高精度、高风险和灵活多变的特点,设计研发了一套以PXI （PCI extensions for instrumentation）控制器为主体的发动机试验测控系统.控制系统拥有40路开关量控制能力,综合运用手动、时序和自动控制方式.测量系统拥有120路信号同步采集能力,具备故障诊断功能.测控系统软件使用LabVIEW开发,通用性良好.为增强控制可靠性,设计了面向工艺流程的试验面板,应用嵌入式控制,进行信号多级监测并引入紧急自动关机控制.为提高测量精度,对测量参数进行原位标定,提出了一种改进的干扰消除电路.该系统已多次成功应用于液体姿轨控火箭发动机地面试验,采用的设计方法有效地提高了测控系统的可靠性,测量精度和控制精度分别达到0.5%和0.1ms,能够充分满足多种类型的液体姿轨控火箭发动机对试验测控系统的要求.     

一种微波等离子体原子氧模拟装置

介绍了一种新颖的原子氧模拟试验装置。该装置采用了微波电子回旋共振（ｅｌｅｃｔｒｏｎｃｙｃｌｏｔｒｏｎｒｅｓｏｎａｎｃｅ简称“ＥＣＲ”）的先进技术。最佳调试状态下，可获得１０（１５）／（ｃｍ２·ｓ）的束流。在该试验装置上，对航天器上常用的Ｋａｐｔｏｎ和石墨环氧材料进行了原子氧效应试验，首次在国内成功的获得了原子氧束流模拟试验的样品结果。对样品的表面形貌分析证明：试验结果完全与国外同类设备的试验结论一致，这标志着中国在原子氧地面模拟技术领域的研究已取得重要进展。
