汽车铅蓄电池低温大电流放电性能研究概况

本文综述了汽车铅酸电池低温大电流放电性能的研究现状。近期研究表明，温度对正、负极板在低温下的放电容量及充电接受能力有极大的影响。且影响的程度各不相同；提高冷起动性能的主要方法是改进电池的结构；此外，还建立了计算机模拟电池低温放电过程的数学模型。     

薄膜充气管充气展开特性试验

用展开导轨消除因重力产生的摩擦力,在不同充气速率与初始展开角条件下对薄膜材料充气管的充气展开特性进行了试验研究,获得了展开角,以及展开加速度和内气压的变化规律。试验及分析结果表明:充气管的充气膨胀与展开相互独立,充气膨胀过程近似为等压增容过程,折叠部位的气压变化特性与整体气压变化特性差异明显。     

激光陀螺稳频反射镜的选择

讨论了球面及平面两种稳频反射镜的加工误差对陀螺腔内光路的偏移作用， 分析了腔内光路随这两种反射镜在稳频平移过程中的变化规律以及光路不对称变形对陀螺朗缪尔零漂的影响。分析结果表明： 无论从稳频反射镜存在加工误差考虑， 还是从稳频平移对陀螺性能影响的考虑， 选择球面镜作稳频反射镜要优于平面镜。     

铝合金定向凝固过程枝晶生长的相场法模拟

本文基于Wang等人提出的熵函数公式。在假定平衡时同液界面处固、液相的化学势相同而溶质浓度不同的基础上。推导了一个新的二元合金相场模型。并利用该相场模型与溶质场进行耦合计算，以Al-4．5％Cu合金为例模拟了二元台金等温凝固定向凝固的枝晶生长过程。研究了在正温度梯度情况下二元合金过冷熔体中的等轴枝品和柱状晶的生长过程及其溶质场的分布情况。     

The Interplanetary Internet: a communications infrastructure for Mars exploration

A strategy is being developed whereby the current set of internationally standardized space data communications protocols can be incrementally evolved so that a first version of an operational "Interplanetary Internet" is feasible by the end of the decade. This paper describes its architectural concepts, discusses the current set of standard space data communications capabilities that exist to support Mars exploration and reviews proposed new developments. We also speculate that these current capabilities can grow to support future scenarios where human intelligence is widely distributed across the Solar System and day-to-day communications dialog between planets is routine.     

Research priorities and plans for the International Space Station-results of the 'REMAP' Task Force

Recent events in the International Space Station (ISS) Program have resulted in the necessity to re-examine the research priorities and research plans for future years. Due to both technical and fiscal resource constraints expected on the International Space Station, it is imperative that research priorities be carefully reviewed and clearly articulated. In consultation with OSTP and the Office of Management and budget (OMB), NASA's Office of Biological and Physical Research (OBPR) assembled an ad-hoc external advisory committee, the Biological and Physical Research Maximization and Prioritization (REMAP) Task Force. This paper describes the outcome of the Task Force and how it is being used to define a roadmap for near and long-term Biological and Physical Research objectives that supports NASA's Vision and Mission. Additionally, the paper discusses further prioritizations that were necessitated by budget and ISS resource constraints in order to maximize utilization of the International Space Station. Finally, a process has been developed to integrate the requirements for this prioritized research with other agency requirements to develop an integrated ISS assembly and utilization plan that maximizes scientific output.

航天飞机用的液体火箭助推器

用液体火箭发动机作为航天飞机助推器的设想虽然很早有人提出过,但被人们搁置了达20年之久.美国肮天局早期的结论认为液体火箭发动机不能承受海水浸渍.但自从“挑战者”号航天飞机固体助推器发生故障而导致灾难性事故之后,美国航天局又重新对液体助推器方案进行了考查,以了解这种方案能否对安全飞行有所改善,以及能否增加有效载荷.这段时间美国肮天局及其承包公司进行了论证,发现液体助推器有不少好处,例如一旦出现故障,实现中止飞行的可信度较高;可增加有效载荷,对低地球轨道
