叶片空间曲面(带阻尼台)数控加工的计算机辅助程序编制

本文主要介绍用COONS曲面法对叶片型面数控加工进行计算机辅助编程(CAP),并由计算机直接输出数控加工用纸带。其特点主要是:(1)能主动进行编程误差控制,因而加工精度高;(2)走刀路线合理;(3)能对叶片三角地带的加工进行控制;(4)解决了带阻尼台叶片的型面加工问题;(5)编程用的源程序通用性好,叶盆、叶背的粗、精加工和带阻尼台的叶片型面均用同一源程序;(6)便于检查输出结果的正确性。 本文所提供的方法主要适用于:(1)研制和试生产新型发动机叶片;(2)加工叶片的标准件;(3)加工带阻尼台的叶片;(4)此法还可扩大应用于加工叶片的锻模、铸模以及与叶片类似的零件,如叶轮及飞机的螺旋桨、旋翼等。     

穿地弹的动强度研究

本文论述穿地弹技术在导弹数据硬回收中的应用。作者从应力波角度,分析弹体撞地响应和破坏特性,提出提高弹体动强度的方法:选择合适的弹体材料,采用具有高屈服强度和高断裂韧性的合金钢;增大弹体长径比;应用牺牲头部、缓和冲击的复合结构,在合金钢本体前使用断裂强度低而声阻抗高的钨被帽。本文以大量、重要的实验结果验证了以上的论据。     

一种高精度TVD格式中声速点处理方法

针对Ｃｈａｋｒａｖａｒｔｈｙ－ＯｓｈｅｒＴＶＤ格式，提出了一种处理声速点的方法，可使声速点和非声速点的计算统一起来 。     

基于Leader-Follower的多无人机编队轨迹跟踪设计

针对四旋翼无人机（UAV）群在轨迹跟踪过程中易受外界干扰而引起跟踪误差的问题，设计了基于Leader-Follower的多无人机协同编队轨迹跟踪控制方法。在该系统中，首先通过积分反步法（IBS）对所建四旋翼飞行器模型设计Leader无人机的轨迹跟踪控制器。其次设计了滑模控制（SMC）器，以控制Leader与Follower无人机实现期望的编队队形并同时跟踪参考轨迹。然后通过数值仿真验证了算法的有效性，仿真结果表明，系统具有良好的控制精度。最后通过视觉定位系统进行实验，结果表明所设计的控制器能够实现多个无人机轨迹跟踪和编队控制，所设计的算法具有可行性。     

Testing the H2O2-H2O hypothesis for life on Mars with the TEGA instrument on the Phoenix lander

In the time since the Viking life-detection experiments were conducted on Mars, many missions have enhanced our knowledge about the environmental conditions on the Red Planet. However, the martian surface chemistry and the Viking lander results remain puzzling. Nonbiological explanations that favor a strong inorganic oxidant are currently favored (e.g., Mancinelli, 1989; Plumb et al., 1989; Quinn and Zent, 1999; Klein, 1999; Yen et al., 2000), but problems remain regarding the lifetime, source, and abundance of that oxidant to account for the Viking observations (Zent and McKay, 1994). Alternatively, a hypothesis that favors the biological origin of a strong oxidizer has recently been advanced (Houtkooper and Schulze-Makuch, 2007). Here, we report on laboratory experiments that simulate the experiments to be conducted by the Thermal and Evolved Gas Analyzer (TEGA) instrument of the Phoenix lander, which is to descend on Mars in May 2008. Our experiments provide a baseline for an unbiased test for chemical versus biological responses, which can be applied at the time the Phoenix lander transmits its first results from the martian surface.

综述了国外无铅焊接技术规定、无铅焊料的开发及无铅焊料的种类、性能比较.由于铅对人体危害严重,法定所有的电子设备中禁止使用铅等有害物质.无铅焊接是大势所趋,航天电子产品只有顺应潮流,学习总结国内外先进的无铅焊接工艺,合理的选择焊料、印制板涂层/镀层,制定无铅焊接的工艺标准,才能保证航天电子产品无铅焊接的质量.

Degradation of cyanobacterial biosignatures by ionizing radiation

Primitive photosynthetic microorganisms, either dormant or dead, may remain today on the martian surface, akin to terrestrial cyanobacteria surviving endolithically in martian analog sites on Earth such as the Antarctic Dry Valleys and the Atacama Desert. Potential markers of martian photoautotrophs include the red edge of chlorophyll reflectance spectra or fluorescence emission from systems of light-harvesting pigments. Such biosignatures, however, would be modified and degraded by long-term exposure to ionizing radiation from the unshielded cosmic ray flux onto the martian surface. In this initial study into this issue, three analytical techniques--absorbance, reflectance, and fluorescence spectroscopy--were employed to determine the progression of the radiolytic destruction of cyanobacteria. The pattern of signal loss for chlorophyll reflection and fluorescence from several biomolecules is characterized and quantified after increasing exposures to ionizing gamma radiation. This allows estimation of the degradation rates of cyanobacterial biosignatures on the martian surface and the identification of promising detectable fluorescent break-down products.     

异种状态TC4 钛合金电子束焊接性能分析

针对相对疏松的铸造钛合金和相对密实的锻造钛合金的焊接问题,开展了两种状态的TC4钛合金电子束焊接工艺研究,对比了不同焊接参数对焊接质量的影响。研究结果表明,采用方波扫描可以较好地实现铸造钛合金与锻造钛合金的连接,焊缝成形良好,内部无缺陷;焊接接头力学性能分析表明,拉伸断裂位置全部在铸件母材区一侧。实焊结果证明,电子束焊接可以实现异种状态TC4钛合金焊接的工程化应用。
