空中交通管制部门的安全运行在全民航的安全生产工作中占有重要地位，而空管设备保障部门的设备保障工作则是做好空管工作的基础，直接关系到空管工作的成效。现在，随着空中飞行流量的不断加大，高新技术的飞速发展和在民航的应用，使得空管设备保障部门所属设备越来越复杂，科技含量也越来越高；伴随着空管体制改革的深入进行，领导干部职位与基层值班员岗位也在不断地变动。

Minimum sliding mode error feedback control for fault tolerant small satellite attitude control

This paper proposes a new control strategy (which we call “minimum sliding mode error feedback control, MSMEFC”) for small satellite attitude control. As we know, the attitude control algorithm plays a significant role in the whole performance of the satellite, especially under the existence of uncertain disturbances from the space. Without loss of generality, the MSMEFC is presented based on the sliding mode theory. It is assumed that the equivalent control error is defined to offset the uncertain disturbances to improve the control performance. Hence, in order to estimate the optimal equivalent control error, a cost function is derived on the basis of the principle of minimum sliding mode error. Then, the equivalent control error wills feedback to the conventional sliding mode control to obtain the final MSMEFC. According to the theoretical analyzes, the sliding mode after the MSMEFC will approximate to the ideal sliding mode, resulting in enhancing the control performance. Moreover, an adaptive non-singular terminal sliding mode is employed to compare with the performance of MSMEFC. Several simulations are performed to verify the effectiveness of proposed MSMEFC in the presence of serious perturbations, even in some fault-tolerant scenarios.     

Analytical solutions of cracks emanating from an elliptical hole under shear

Based on the complex variable method, the analytical solutions of stress functions and stress intensity factors（SIFs） are provided for the plane problem of two collinear edge cracks emanating from an elliptical hole in an infinite plate under shear. The stress distribution along the horizontal axis is given in graphical forms, which conforms to Saint-Venant＇s principle. The influences of crack length and ellipse shape on the stress intensity factors are evaluated. Comparing the analytical solutions with finite element method（FEM） results shows good coincidence. These numerical examples show that the present solutions are accurate.     

基于IPv6的家庭网络技术

家庭网络用户是一个庞大的客户群体,针对这部分用户普遍专业技术比较薄弱,对网络的智能化程度依靠比较高,文章把优于Ipv4的IPv6协议应用于家庭网络技术,使IPv6,信息家电和ISP三者相结合,构建高效的家庭网络。     

纳米碳管/环氧树脂复合材料力学性能研究

以纳米碳管增强环氧树脂以及纳米碳管增强玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料为研究对象，研究了纳米碳管在环氧树脂中的分散效果以及碳管含量和分散剂的用量对环氧树脂弯曲性能和热性能的影响，并用扫描电子显微镜（SEM）观察其微观结构。结果表明，纳米碳管的分散对环氧树脂的弯曲性能影响很大，而加入纳米碳管能够显著提高环氧树脂的耐热性。     

引入旋转自由度的杂交混合单元

文中指出了一个杂交混合型含角点旋转的四边形单元。相容部分位移场以八结点Ｓｅｒｅｎｄｉｐｉｔｙ单元经一个坐标变换导出，不相容部分位移场和相应的内应力场被详尽讨论。特征值检验和路径实验说明新单元的有效，精选解例证明了新单元的杰出性能。     

启发式民用飞机机队规划

从一般形式的整形机队规划模型出发，指出其中整型飞机架数的实质含义，进而提出一种新的机队规划模型，它由“航班频率计划”和“机队－航班系统调整”两个子模型构成，反映我国国情并能处理大规模问题，得到整数型机队和相应的整型航班数计划，着重介绍了目标函数的构造，隐枚举模型求解和系统调整的启发式方法等。     

一种新的参数化标准件库开发技术的研究

介绍了具有参数化变量化功能的ＣＡＤ软件Ｓｉｇｒａｐｈ－Ｄｅｓｉｇｎ，以及在其上利用交互式作图法，配以内部图形数据库，直接建立参数化标准件库的新途径，并给出了寒带的建库方案。
