国内几种主要旅游地形象理论的比较研究

近年来,旅游地形象策划成为旅游业及旅游研究中的热点。国内对于旅游地形象研究的理论处于逐渐完善的阶段。论文选取了国内几种具有代表性的理论进行比较,对国内旅游地形象理论的发展现状进行探讨。     

标准分划尺在CCD压痕直径测量系统校准中的应用

在高精度测量中,为达到测量精度要求,需要对CCD像素进行校准.本文介绍一种简单易行的采用标准分划尺校准CCD像素的方法.首先标准分划尺经过线纹工作基准装置校准;通过对标准分划尺成像,得出在一段标准距离下的像素数;最后得出每个像素所对应的实际距离.实验证明,这种方法能够有效地抑制综合误差,改善测量精度.     

总线互连故障的一种快速诊断算法

数字总线的互连测试与故障诊断对于电子产品的生产和维护具有重要的意义.针对现有算法存在冗余测试以及测试时间长等问题,通过对总线互连故障的特征分析,提出了一种自适应快速诊断算法.该算法将测试过程分成两个阶段:第1阶段,诊断各个超网络上的短路和呆滞故障,按照短路关系将超网络分成若干集合;第2阶段,根据第1阶段的分组结果,对各集合中的超网络加载"并行走步1"向量,以诊断其开路故障.仿真结果表明,该算法可在保证故障诊断最大化的前提下,减少冗余测试,有效压缩测试向量长度,实现故障的快速诊断.      

Change of Electronic Structure and Magnetic Properties with MgO and Fe Thicknesses in Fe/MgO/Fe Magnetic Tunnel Junction

The effects of the thickness of MgO and Fe on the electronic structure and magnetic properties of Fe/MgO/Fe magnetic tunnel junction was studied using the first principle method. Two series of models with MgO of different thicknesses: Fe(3)MgO(t)Fe(3) (t=1,3,5,7) and with Fe of varied thicknesses: Fe(t)MgO(3)Fe(t) (t=3,4,5,6,7) were established. Calculated results show that in all the models the magnetic moment of Fe increases at the Fe/MgO interface and surface as compared with that of the inner layers. The mag-netic moment of each Fe layer was found to be independent of MgO thicknesses, while the spin-polarization of Fe layer at the interface shows a slight change in function of the MgO thicknesses. The tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) ratio estimated by the Julliere model has the same change tendency as the spin-polarization has, and the largest value is obtained at the MgO thickness of 5 atomic layers. When the Fe thickness increases, the spin-polarization of interface Fe layer follows up an increase with a decrease. The highest TMR value is achieved when the Fe thickness is of 4 atomic layers.     

FBG传感器在微尺度计量中应用的前景

基于作者先前的实验数据和目前用FBG进行动态应力测量研究的实验，提出了把FBG传感器应用于微尺度计量领域的新概念，并展示了FBG在微尺度计量中应用的前景；简述了温度和应力同时测量的技术应用于分离和消除温度漂移的干扰；总结了动态应力产生布拉格波长偏移的解调装置并提出用其实现微尺度计量所需要的高分辨力的布拉格波长解调方法。     

Fracture Behavior of TiNi Based Shape Memory Alloy Cold-rolled Tube

The microstructures and interfacial characteristics of matrices at the inwalls and the out-walls of the cold-rolled tube with different amounts of deformation were investigated by the scanning electronic microscope (SEM), the optical microscope (OM), and the trans-mission electronic microscope (TEM) techniques. It was observed that as the amount of deformation increases, the flaws nucleate at the out-walls of the cold rolled tube, the stress-induced martensites change from (111 ) type Ⅰ twins to (011) type Ⅱ twins and then to (100) compound twins, nanocrystals and bulk amorphisation happen, the high density dislocation causes stress concentration at the out-walls of the Ti50Ni50 cold-rolled tube, and then precipitates its fracture, and the Ti2Ni particles strengthen the grain boundaries and curb the dislocation movements during plastic deformation. The inhomogeneity level of the grains in the Ti50Ni50 alloy plays an important role on the fracture of the Ti50Ni50 cold rolled tube.
